The apartment was big and gave us lots of space. The quad room was perfect for our kids. The quests bedroom was comfortable. The kitchen and living room area allowed us to cook in and relax which was nice.

The requirement to have all the kitchen dishes clean and dry prior to leaving was difficult because they did not provide kitchen towels or extra towels to dry dishes and appliances used.

The location in Füssen is great, it's on a main street that cars are not allowed to use during the day so very pleasant to wander along looking at all the shops and restaurants. Right outside there's a narrow lane with a few restaurants too. The hotel is good except there is no lift, but a guest kindly helped us with our bags when we arrived and the manager took our bags down when we left. The room was comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed. There was torrential rain one afternoon so we stayed in and the manager gave us fresh milk for tea and coffee in our room. Would definitely recommend and stay there next time we visit.

As the hotel doesn't have a lift, it is difficult with heavy suitcases. Everything else is very good.

Great location, nice room, friendly staff. We were hardly in our room because it was a one night stay but it met all expectations. Close to lots of restaurants (you must try the overnight oats at the bakery across the street!!), and the staff gave helpful tips. We left early for the castles and it was a quick drive.

No A/C which we knew up front but it happened to be really hot when we were there and it was a little uncomfortable for sleeping. We also had to carry luggage from the car in the ramp - not a huge deal, parking was reasonably priced.

The apartment overlooks the city street, very safe area. The staff is wonderful and helpful. We were able to walk around town to shop and eat. The parking deck that is included with your stay is an easy 5 minute walk from the hotel.

The apartment is a lacking in some minor basics. There was no where to set the luggage so we had it lined up on the floor in the primary bedroom. There is no dressing mirror in the primary bedroom so you have to come out and use the hallway one. The TV is not a smart TV so you cannot cast your apps/shows and there are no English stations. There were no games so our teens/big kids ended up on their tablets or reading their books which was fine.

Excellent prime location, especially if only spending a night or 2. Rooms have been updated for the most part and are relatively spacious. We booked 3 rooms for 8 of us and overall we were satisfied (can't comment on breakfast as we had a kitchenette and didn't want the extra cost). Quick walk to the parkade with reduced cost parking which was nice, however loading/unloading was very challenging given the amount of construction and road closures next to the hotel.

Keep in mind there are no elevators and many stairs, including when you first enter the hotel to get to the front desk. Was not a fan of the layout of our suite and would not book it again - (2 bedrooms were great, especially having kids) however there was no 'living' area besides a tiny kitchen with the only bathroom inside of it. Plan ahead for construction and road closures around the hotel which also happens to be the busiest part of the city.

The apartment was large, functional, and very clean. Staff team was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything to prepare fast meals. The hotel itself is very well-centralized, close to Füssen Bahnhof, stores, restaurants, and supermarkets, with easy access to public transportation to castles and lakes. The breakfast had many options as eggs, sausages, cheese, ham, marmalade, fruits, different types of bread, cereal, hot and cold drinks in a well-decorated space with a beautiful view of mountains from some windows, it is worth to pay extra for it.

Hotel was ideally located just a short walk from the train station. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and looked after our bags prior to check-in so we didn’t have to take them on the hike to Neuschwanstein. The room was immaculate and had a balcony with a beautiful view of the town and surrounding forest. Good selection for breakfast at a reasonable price. We would definitely stay here again.

The only downside was that we only stayed at Füssen for one night; we would have like to have stayed longer.

Location is excellent. In the middle of the main market. Near to train station and bus station. Easy to walk from the train station with luggage. The receptionsit was very welcoming and helpful. He helped us in moving the luggage upstairs. The appartment was spacious and modern. The bathroom as well. Rooms were cleaned daily. The kitchen was fucntional with all the required utensils and cutlery. So we cooked food too. The grocery store is very near. Great view of the mountain and the main market from the room. The central square is also very near. Halal food options nearby. The breakfast at the hotel was very good.

No Lift but help was provided in moving the luggage.

The hotel was right in the old town and so easy to find, just a 3-4 minute walk from the bus/train station. The staff was helpful and offered to watch luggage if the room was not yet ready, but it was. There is a beer/drink cooler in the lobby for convenience and a coffee machine right there. Our room was big enough for a desk and mini fridge and the large window gave great light. super clean bathroom. We opted for the breakfast which was the best breakfast bar ever, a terrific value and a beautiful dining room.

We were so pleased to find a fan in our room, but it was on a timer and went off during the night.

The apartment was very well located in the heart of the old town, easily accessible to the castle and restaurants. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and had a number of items for sale (e.g. wine, soft drinks). The bedrooms and bathroom were well sized.

There was nothing negative, just to note that the living room is located in the room with the single beds and the bathroom is off the kitchen.
