Nice little hotel, conveniently located and well equipped. There's even a small playground for the kids! They have sent us an email warning and apologising that they only have rooms on the ground floor left, but that turned out to be just perfect: quiet, with a nice garden view and a large balcony. The reception is only staffed until 1pm so that did not give us plenty of chances to speak with the staff, but whenever we did, they were nice and helpful.

That's a rural area which has its ups and downs. Mostly it's great, but when an owner of the field nearby chooses to go around their field with a natural fertiliser... well, the smell can be less than perfect for a moment. But again, when you pick a hotel in an area like this, you need to know what you're doing.

Self check in from an amazingly early 1pm was easy, following the clear instructions we were sent. Room 2A was absolutely gorgeous and a brilliant size for all our motorbike gear. There was a little entrance hall with shoe & clothes racks; a separate toilet off the hall; a large lounge with TV, sofa, dining table & chairs and access onto the decked enclosed terraced balcony; and a large bedroom with another TV, kettle, plates, mugs and cutlery plus an ensuite shower room. No aircon but despite being very hot during the day it cooled down nicely at night. We didn't stay for breakfast so cannot comment on that. Parking was flat and easy for the bikes. The restaurant across the little side road was very good, with amazing views.

Nothing to note.

Our room was huge. The only small area was the bathroom which was a little tight but besides that, you get a ton of space. There was even a kitchenette with appliances and glasses/silverware/pots if you wanted to cook small meals. The contactless check in was very easy and I thought having the passcode to enter the building after the staff left for the day was very efficient.

We had a room on the side of the hotel so the view was not as amazing as I thought it would be unfortunately since a tree obstructed the view partially.

The description of the hotel absolutely matches. What a perfect location and place to enjoy the beautiful Allgau. We had a balcony with stunning views - actually my favorite part of our holidays - it's that beautiful. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. A family-like feeling. Very clean. Delicious breakfast. In walking distance to the lake. Our 3 years old enjoyed the lovely playground daily. We already recommended the hotel to our neighbours who will visit in a few weeks, and we cannot wait to return ourselves.

We loved everything!

The hotel has a good location, near the lake but far enough from traffic. The room was nice and clean. Also the bathroom was very clean. The beds were very comfy. In my point of view the location of the hotel is very good to reach the near castles. A car is mandatory to reach the castles as the bus didn't go as scheduled (maybe depending on the season) - definitely check it before you want to use it. A nice restaurant is nearby.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Although not in Fussen, it is in a village with bars and restaurants. The room was comfortable, bathroom clean and water hot. We also had a large balcony with a lake view. Parking on site or the road outside.

No reception past 1 p.m. Lockbox for key to room and door. Outside door which should have been locked often wasn't. No safe or fridge in the room. Rooms not cleaned unless requested. This was because of Covid but was the only one of four hotels we stayed in that adopted this policy. Breakfast was extra at 14 euros each. Although in a lovely location, for me it was not value for money.

The location, the view, the room facilities, the breakfast + one of the best mattresses I ever slept on in my holidays. There is also a nice restaurant with a view right bear this accommodation, which may come handy after a long and tiring trip.

I was surprised with help from the staff, great location, bus stop to the city is a couple of steps from the hotel, they have cafe machine with excellent coffee, you can choose a variety of drinks and snacks from self service ground.You definetly get a lot for the price you pay. For sure a place I will return to! 👍

Everything was great!

Room was nice and big. Coffee machine in the lobby. Lovely location. Check in after hours was so simple. Check out was very quick as well.

Bathroom had a sliding door which did not close all the way. Privacy was a bit lacking. It took a very long time to heat the room.

Very Quick check-in and appreciated the small detail of water and a blanket for our Dog in the Room. Very friendly Reception and cleaning staff. We díd not try the breakfast but it looked delicious. View from the Rooms were fabulous.
