The apartment was very nice, with amazing view over the city, I liked the bed, the bedsheets, the bathrooms, good natural ventilation in the rooms, the rooms were warm (we stayed in December), the food in the breakfast and dinner buffet was really amazing!

Female staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about how to get to the ski-slopes, what to prefer, introduced the city map, etc, male staff should get more training on how to make visitors feel that they are welcomed, we felt that we are disturbing them with our questions. Spa facilities could be updated a bit. Location is not central, most people travelled with cars, the city bus goes only 1x per hour, so connections to ski lifts are not great if you are relying on local transport.

The breakfast is very nice, the rooms are a bit old-fashioned (90's style) but also comfortable and charming. It takes a day to navigate the underground floors of the hotel, but once you know your way around it's really charming, and the view is simply breathtaking!

We arrived after a long ride and just wanted to park and check-in. As the place is big and not 1 central building it was a bit hard to get to our room, also, we discovered that the big family suites are all on the 3rd floor without an elevator. It was harsh, but when I complained the staff made an extra effort to make us feel better and you could tell they took it seriously and made an effort - making the stay truly wonderful!

The room was really big and clean. We stayed in the room with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, and 2 bathrooms. There was plenty of space for 5 people. Location wise it is right at the entrance to the town of Garmisch Partenkirchen, and it takes 10-15 minutes walking from the hotel to Ludwig Strasse.

If it is raining then to get to the room might require a lot of walking and stairs, as we went through the underground tunnel. Not all of the staff can speak english which makes it a little confusing when asking for directions and suggestions, and checking in.

The room was large and comfortable and a good value for money. The room was also very clean and had all the essential needed. The breakfast was very good and generous. The facilities although a bit tired are great to make your stay perfect. If you intend to visit the olimpic site, the gorge and the Eckbauer the location is absolutey perfect. The underground car park was a godsend given it snowed for the entire time we were there and it was quite reasonably priced

Some of the facilities are a little tired and need a revamp; however the hotel has everything you need for a great stay in the mountains.

The location is perfect, the staff are friendly and accommodating. It’s not far from the popular tourist destinations like Eibsee, Zugspitze, Neuschwanstein Castle usw. Breakfast Buffet is excellent, Parking was available as well as Pool, Sauna, Massage, Tennis Court, Gym and Wellness area. Room is huge with kitchen if you want to bring and cook your own meals, Bathroom is. clean.

The only thing we didn’t like are the pillows since they’re too idk how to explain and bed since they’re just 2 single beds put together so they kept separating but we still able to sleep well.

We booked a superior double room and it was surprisingly huge! It was quiet, even though it was facing the main street. The building is old, but super clean. The breakfast is exceptional for the price, and the staff was very helpful and polite. Would visit again

Because of the layout of the building you have to walk long from the garage/reception to the rooms, and there aren’t enough elevators, but it did not cause any inconveniences to us. During our stay one day our room was not made.

It was well planned space with one separate bedroom. We had nice view of the mountains. There is underground tunnels connecting all together, which is nice to walk in case of rain. We had dinner once and it was very good. Very nice and big swimming pool. There is also tennis court, and many other activities (we did not use). Hotel has big and beautiful territory, and is situated close to toboggan, and only 15 minutes away of city centre by feet.

We decided to use kitchen, and it was small and not well equipped. There were only tiny cups for tea/coffee. Coffee maker cup had to be replaced because it was broken. Kettle had to be found in separate closet. Room had carpet which was not clean enough. Parking is 9 eur per day. The worst is that wooden parts of the room seem to be old and our child got really big wooden splinter into his hand from the door trim. We had to visit emergency to remove that, and it cost us 500 eur.

Great Location. Perfect for families with kids. They have a big playground & even a playing room dedicated to kids. All the kids from the hotel played there. I felt good seeing my daughter enjoying the vacation. Also, the hotel being inside the city is very quiet & into the nature, with big trees & hills. I loved it all.

As I said, the hotel is situated on mini hills, and because of that, it was tough for us to carry our luggage. Unfortunately, they do not have any cart services.

Our room was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Bathrooms were well equipped and the water pressure and temperature were glorious after days of difficult hiking. The property is beautiful with unbeatable access to the Olympic park and Partnachklamm. The breakfast buffet was impressive and delicious, and we were provided vouchers for free local bus travel within Garmisch-Partenchkirchen through both our arrival and departure days. We were able to drop our luggage in a secured room several hours before our scheduled check-in time. Overall we are extremely pleased with the value and amenities.

While its location is perfect for certain destinations, it is around a 15 minute walk along a busy road from most restaurants and shops, however bus stations are very nearby (and useful with the provided vouchers).

This hotel has a great indoor swimming facility. Breakfast was a nice buffet with plenty of options. Rooms were spacious. There was a small outdoor playground for kids. The price was more affordable than other options at the time we booked.

The walk from reception, garage, and pool to our room was VERY long with a number of steps. This can be difficult for aging or unfit guests. Had I know about the setup I would have requested rooms closer to the pool area. I would also add that the pillows were lacking.
