Location is very good close to the train station city . The hotel is close to hotel is close to the road but NO noise thanks to their double or triple grazed windows 😀 Their breakfast is nice .and staff are very helpful.

Pillows stunk of sweat I was in ro 209 ( incase its the only room ) I had to buy 2pillows for my self as I couldn't afford another night with the hotel pillows..plse change pillows or throw away old ones every often

We had a one-bedroom apartment, and it was very good. The facilities in the apartment were sufficient for our stay. The location is great, right beside a historic church, and it’s about a 20-25 minute walk to the central station and around 10 minutes to the harbor. The staff were friendly. Although we didn’t try the breakfast at the hotel, there’s a nice café nearby with good breakfast options at a lower price. The availability of coffee and tea 24/7 at the reception was also very handy.

Since we had an apartment with cooking facilities, it would have been helpful if basic cooking essentials like oil, salt, and pepper were left in the room from previous guests to avoid having to buy these general items. Additionally, we noticed that the sofa (a bed sofa) was not cleaned, although we didn’t use it.

The staff were so helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. The communal area with table football and tv ( the Euros were on at the time of our visit ) was very inviting, relaxed and comfortable. The free coffee and ice cold water was very civilised. One evening we tried the hotel's frozen food as we were too tired and hungry to even order food and it was excellent! The kitchen in our apartment was great as was the bathroom and separate toilet.

My only niggle which I managed to sort out was the air conditioning which didn't seem to function at all, luckily July has been awful so I slept on the very comfortable sofa bed with the windows open and it was nice and cool.

The room was a good size, the beds including the sofa bed were really comfortable and the partition between the bed section of the room and sofa bed section gave my sister and I some privacy. The kitchenette area was really useful too. Special mention for Elli at reception who made us very welcome and went out of his way to be helpful. Free coffee and tea in reception for guests was a lovely addition.

Absolutely nothing, we really enjoyed our stay.

The best of this place is the location, halfway and at a nice walking distance between the central areas of Altstadt (Rathaus, Mönckebergstraße, etc.), Neustadt (Neuer Wall, Komponistenquartier, etc.), the Speicherstadt and the Hafencity (the harbour area where the Elbphilharmonie is located), the Landungsbrücken where most of the ferries and tour boats departure, and not far from the Reeperbahn area. The aparthotel itself is more than enough for a few days. The standard apartments feel more like slightly oversized hotel rooms with a kitchenette. For a few days it is adequate, but it might feel crammed for longer stays.

The only thing that disappointed us a bit was the cleaning, or lack of it. When we got to the apartment, it looked overall clean, but under the surface it was not necessarily like that. Some smaller surfaces were clearly not clean and the long pillow laid at the bed had a lot of dust on it. On top of this, for what we could understand, the apartments (rooms?) are only cleaned weekly so, for shorter stays, they are not cleaned. If you're staying just for a couple of days, that might not be a big issue, but if, like us, you have a dog, it would have been nice to get the room cleaned at least every other day.

Located near the centre of Hamburg, just a few walks from the metro station. It is easy to reach the city centre by metro and on foot. The room is clean and well-organised. In the kitchen, all you need is that. Everything is clean and easy to use. The dishwasher works so well; I don't need to wash dishes for my baby; I insert it into the machine and press Start. :)) The hotel is so nice for providing a baby cot free. You need to have a room card to enter the hotel; if not, call the receptionist by ringing the bell :)) At first, I thought it was a bit weird :)

I am a bit scared to walk in late at night because of homeless people, but it is not a big problem; make sure you come back to the hotel before 10 PM :) I have a small child, so I am worried about that.

I loved how modern and equipped the room was. When we arrived, our toddlers cot was complete with cosy child friendly pillow and duvet as well as her own children's toiletries. On our first morning the hotel left a little bag of chocolates on everyone's door. We loved this. The room was warm and bed was comfortable. Free coffee, herbal teas aNd britta filtered water was a lovely touch. Behind the hotel there was several lovely bars and restaurants. Perfect for when you didn't want to walk to the town center. On check out, the receptionist called us a taxi and was so kind to our toddler. We would definitely stay again.

It was a little bit away from the Christmas markets but that can't be helped. Pillows a little bit uncomfortable

It is central, perfectly clean, brand new! Has its fully equipped kitchen in it -i mean it:all size of cups, pans, plates, toaster, kettle etc-. There is free tea and coffee at the lobby. Has a lovely concept. Its the perfect spot if you are looking for a chill time and pampered feeling. The receptionist (especially Hamza) are always smiling and willing to solve your problems :)

The cleaning staff opened my door at 8 am after a very exhausting day. I was sleeping and they didn't knock the door, it just opened and then quickly closed. There was a nasty bug in the size of my nail on the wall. The bathroom smelled a bit from the drain pipe.

Very spacious rooms offering a kitchenette and seating area (not blocking your way). The bed was super comfy and large. Also the bathroom is spacious and clean, as well as Wi-Fi connection is super easy to use. The hotel seemed to me like a backpacker/family hotel, although rates were quite high at the time of my stay. The hotel offers a decent breakfast, but you need to get there early to get seated. The staff is super friendly and the counter always offers you a big smile. The location is not a tourist spot at all, but there the harbour is not far off, as well as the subway in close walking distance.

The direct surroundings don’t really look like the ideal Hamburg visit scenery, but a few blocks around you will find more interesting and picturesque views.

The hotel is very elegant, has a lovely spacious lobby, the room is large, the bed is great, the bathroom is excellent. Free tea and coffee available in the lobby at all times. The location is very good - right next to Hauptkirche Michaelis, 10 minutes from the harbor and 15 minutes from the Elbphilharmonie - the most amazing and beautiful concert hall in the world, visited by a huge number of tourists. You can't talk about the staff in general, it depends on the person. When I came home late one night and one of the wardrobe doors had come off the rail and I didn't have the physical strength to lift it, the front desk told me they would call a technician the next day, and in the morning the young man at the front desk arranged for the door to be installed in two minutes on the rail and I am very grateful to him.

I stayed for six nights. In such a pretentious and stylish hotel, the trash cans were not cleaned for three days, indeed there were two days off, but the next three working days were not cleaned, so in six days they were emptied only once. The room is for one person and has kitchenette, and a huge dishwasher, although there is no dining area - so it was completely unnecessary for one person. However, the hairdryer in the bathroom did not work and the electric kettle did not turn itself off.
