It was a good hotel as I could work in the room wihout to be disturbed. Also, the room is cosy and easy to relax after some working time. I will recommend the hotel to everyone.

It is missing a plug for the laptop to be used when you work in the room. In fact, I had to remove the table nearby the plug of the wall, with 1 meter, in order to have the laptop connected. This is a real issue, as it should be a plug on the wall in the other side of the room (most of laptops can be used with the cable and if the plug is missing nearby the working table, that is a problem for the guest).

Great location, with the U Bahn just outside and a bus stop. Reception and Bar staff were lovely, allowed me to check in early. Hotel was nice and clean and the area felt safe.

Just a couple of things, when the cleaners did the room they didn't replace the towels and also in a double room, my duvet was a single, which was quite annoying through the night.

Huge hotel (popular European chain) in a nice neighborhood near Hamburg central train station (Hbf). Location is great with several U-bahn stops nearby (one right next to hotel), that will zip you anywhere in the city; tons of good eateries nearby. Rooms are rather small, but surprisingly stylish. Air con a bonus in hot weather. Friendly staff, very good breakfast.

Room might be a bit bigger.

good location for my purposes - close to main station but away from the dodgier parts of St Georg, underground station right i. fron of the hotel and a 10min max walk to one of my favourite Hamburg streets with restaurants, cafes and shops (Lange Reihe). hotel clean and modern, good facilities (finally a TV with good acoustics), bed & mattress good, my room to back quiet and i was able to open the window as on 1st floor, bar and reception area good and suitable for a day of work if needed, staff very friendly. The hotels name ‘Motel’ is misleading - it is a good quality hotel at reasonable prices.

Hotel can be easily reached with underground, next to station Lohmühlenstr. just a few stops away from main station, small but functional rooms, comfy bed, friendly reception

not much, no real closet just a covered open section with hangers, room was a bit small and a large suitcase might be difficult to put away

The room was very clean!! We asked a room on the higher floors, so the view was pretty good, too. The room and especially the bed was super comfortable. The metro station was right in front the entrance and there was also a bus stop right across the street going to the city centre.

The general area was quiet, especially at night, even though the hotel lobby was busy until after midnight. There were some weird people at the tube station, but the exit was right in front the hotel. The wifi connection was very bad! I had to use my data several times.

The stuff was very nice, the Lounge too, the room was friendly and and the bathroom fine. The location is close to the city center and to the ‚Lange Reihe‘ with nice bars and restaurants.

Not a fault of the hotel though but the drug addicts in the neighbourhood are heavy. Shelves or nightstands on both sides of the bed would be nice.

Motel One has their brand identity clarified and the experience at one of their hotels is always positive. And for a three star hotel they are heads above most of the competition

Nothing to complain about.

The view from the hotel room was amazing. The location was close to a U-Bahn stop. The staff (front desk, bar, resturant) was very friendly and accommodating. The cocktails at the bar area were delicious. I would highly recommend.

Clean, modern, very friendly staff, metro station located right outside the hotel with a direct connection to the city centre. Also walking distance to a nice street with lots of restaurants and little shops.

The street itself that the hotel is on isn’t that nice, but it was not an issue.
