The room was small yet very cosy with a super comfortable bed (and additional pillows in different sizes), a desk and a wardrobe (with a safe and a small fridge). The hotel is very close to the Wandsbeker-Chaussee or Wandsbek Markt stations (yet, at the time of my travel the facade was covered by scaffolding which made the entrance harder to find) and can be easily accessed from the airport or the main train station.

I could not find an electric socket close to the bed (there was a bed table with a built-in lamp but with no available socket). This is rather annoying when you want to charge your phone at night. Also, the building is not very well isolated so I could hear some street noise (and, in particular, a street sweeper in the morning). Anyway, this is a very good value for this money.

The hotel has a great location - very close to the metro station and close to Hamburg city center. The room was very clean and spacious. There is a small kettle in the room.

There was a desk in the room, but for some reason there was no chair, so I couldn't really use the desk. It would also be great to have a small fridge in the room.

the location of this hotel was perfectly located. it’s super close from the U1 Station Wandsbek Markt. it just takes 8 min by train to get to central station Hauptbahnhof. in Wandsbek markt you have a shopping mall, cinema, pharmacy and a lot of restaurants along the main road. the receptionists were friendly. the room was super clean and the size of it was enough for a short city trip.

The room was clean. Staff friendly, breakfast very good. Finally a safe in the room, which is big enough to store our laptops.U Bahn just in front s-bahn also nearby.

Unfortunately, our nights were disturbed by a noise. We thought about the metro, or maybe a shop or bar nearby.

The hotel was really nice. Bright room, a lot of facilities in the room, big and comfortable bed. Close to the metro station and shopping center. Beautiful room design. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Everything was fine. Don't have any complaints.

Friendly staff in the lobby. Also we liked a concept with either cleaning your room during the day or getting a complimentary chocolates/wines/juices, if you don't need the cleaning.

A bath tub had a minor issues with the door.

One of our rooms smelled badly of smoke. They insisted that the room was no smoking even though it was the only room with a no smoking sign outside of the room.

Nice and clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Access to U1 underground right in front of the hotel. There was a nice desk in the room.

Area is very noisy late at night.

Just extremely clean and fresh room. Location: on the one hand, the location was perfect for us, cause there is a lot of transport nearby (bus, underground, taxi), but on the other hand, you could not sleep with an open window due to the street traffic (but you can use air plugs or just sleep with closed window - it has double glass and you do not hear street).

We visited the hotel in August, but the blankets were for winter.

Calm room near to metro station. Equipment of a room looks little bit old fashion, but nothing to complain. Clean bathroom was part of a room. Desk is 24hours. Perfect.
