Please remember this is a basic little hotel with very reasonable prices. What really made it for me was the wonderful-warm welcome I received from the lady in charge. I arrived 3 hours before check in time and was met with a lovely smile and an offer of a nice coffee. I was told I could have my room in 5 or 10 minutes ( which I thought was great) the room was spotless with a lovely comfortable bed so I had a great nights sleep. The hotel is only about a 15 minute train ride from the airport. The train station is a 2 minute walk from the hotel just opposite a Lidl supermarket (in a quiet side street) they have private off street parking. There are numerous places to eat or have a coffee within a few minutes walk. A car rental office is a half minute walk away (Eurocar) all public transport is very close by so easy to get to and from any part of Hamburg. The WiFi was excellent and a table and a comfortable chair came in very useful. I was in room 10. I would be more than happy to return.

The staff was really nice and helpful, 10/10. The room was pretty spacious, and met my expectations. In the reviews, people complained about it being too bright at night, but that was not my experience as the room had a view of the backyard. The bed was comfortable and had clean sheets. Although not central, the hotel is located in a nice area, a couple of stations away from the airport and the city center. You have everything you need nearby: supermarkets (Rewe, Lidl), bakeries, and public transportation.

The cleaning could have been a bit more thorough, because there was some dust on the countertop. The shared toilet although clean, sometimes smelled awful. The entrance to the hotel is via an alleyway that has no lights. This gives the FALSE impression of it being not safe. The room was a bit noisy because one of my neighbors, but that's my bad luck, not the hotels' fault.

It is exactly what it says it is. An affordable hotel located not too far from Hamburg Hbf. The roon was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The wifi worked perfectly. The shared bathroom was sparkling clean and well stocked with towels and toilet paper, etc. The communication with the hotel staff was clear and the check in was very straightforward. It doesn't have a kitchen or living room area so it's perfect for a short stay. The rooms do the job: providing an affordable and comfortable place to sleep.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was waiting for me and welcomed me smd had a pleasant chat. Bathroom was clean as well. Also many shops around the hotel and metro /s bahn really close by.

I couldn't find spoons or a kitchen but maybe I didn't look at the whole place and maybe missed out. I will ask again when I return next week.

This was my second time staying. I had a very clean and well serviced room. Staff was so lovable and professional. Public spaces where very clean. I really recommend this hotel as it is in a really good location with connections to the main stations.

Everything was great.

The staff were very nice! I messaged one day before to ask if I could check in early - the cleaning lady remembered my request and even my name! She welcomed me with great hospitality. The room was basic but had all the necessities. It's very convenient to travel to by public transport. A shopping mall is only about 2 mins walk away.

The sound proof is very poor, I could hear the TV and the conversation from the next room. Also, the room is in general quite clean, but don't look under the bed...

I like everything about this little hotel. This was not my first time to stay there (see my review of November 1st) The lady who runs it is outstanding. I don’t know if she owns it but everything is spotless. The bedsheets are like a commercial for the best detergent (whiter than white). The towels were also new and of very good quality (not always the case in budget hotels) The location is brilliant ( especially for the airport) which is only about 15 minutes away by train. There are a couple of car rental places beside the hotel and many restaurants and coffee shops close by. Also all transport options for the city centre are only 1 minute walk. A supermarket is just across the street from the hotel. They provide private off street parking as well. A real bonus. The rates are very reasonable. Recommended.

A brilliant small budget hotel. You won’t find better at the price. Well worth a visit.

It is close to the supermarket Lidl.Just a few minutes to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn.And there are also some restaurants around.The room was clean and comfortable.Staff was ok.

It is actually located in a quite environment.But there is some kind of workshop at the backyard and weekday mornings might be a little bit noisy.But luckily most of my accomodation was weekend.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Despite looking a bit shady from the outside, it is cute and cozy on the inside. The room is small but doesn't feel tiny - I had enough space for everything. The bed was comfortable and bigger than usual in hotels of this type. Everything was clean in the room and outside. The walls are thin enough to hear your neighbors, but this didn't bother me, I slept great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

After I saw the price I just thought it would be a bad place but it was adequate and very well located from the city center, easily accessible with U-Bahn & S-Bahn. Ideal for a 2-3 night stays just like I did. Would definitely go again.
