Very nice location in Old Town Heidelberg, directly next to the old bridge and close to shopping etc. Staff were very kind, made recommendations for restaurants in the area and spoke perfect English. The room was large by European standards and clean. Breakfast was good as well.

I was on the first floor overlooking the bridge and the square, which did mean a bit of noise in the room. I visited in January and the radiator in the room wasn't enough to keep it really warm.

The room was comfortable and clean and had a great view of the Old Bridge and its surroundings. The receptionist that checked us in was extremely friendly and gave us some good recommendations for day trips, including the Technik Museum in Sinsheim, which we ended up visiting before we left the region. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of breads and cereals and the parking facilities were good value for money and not too far from the hotel; we were able to leave our car in the hotel's private parking for the duration of our stay.

I have no complaints. Our only regret is that we only spent two nights there.

Perfect location and big chambers. Perfect start for a city trip with a fantastic view of the historic Bridge. Hotel offers a parking garage at 500m, which is good for an old town.

Small bathroom, small shower cabin. They could have made it bigger in a room 8*4 metres. The sofa and chairs have seen their best days. But it is in a historic building and that makes up for a lot.

I cannot imagine a better location in Heidelberg. Our room looked out on the Neckar. We were a short walk to the Schloss and all other Altstadt sites.

I have no suggestions for improvement. While it may be difficult to climb the stairs with luggage, installing an elevator would rob the hotel of its old world charm

The hotel was amazing in terms of location - right next to the historic bridge in Heidelberg and therefore in easy reach of the old square and city; customer care, space and breakfast. The bread was the most delicious I have ever had in my life! Nothing was too much for the staff and although there was no lift, the lady on reception carried my excessively heavy luggage up to my room. This is a traditional hotel and an incredibly spacious twin room and plenty of seating in the corridors if you needed a change of scenery. There was a good sized TV with international news channels and was easily accessed via a bus from the station. Someone was on reception 24 hours a day so it was just like going back in time in term s of the service we used to expect on holidays.

The only thing I would say would be the lack of lift might have to be a deterrant to someone who was less mobile but this wasn't an issue for me personally.

Wonderful location, friendly helpful staff, relaxed and comfortable. I liked it so much, I stayed an extra day.

Hot water not always hot enough for my liking. Shower a little difficult to get in and out of.. Would be nice to have a kettle and tea/coffee facilities. But apart from these small complaints, I loved being here.

Lots of character, very friendly and helpful staff. Great location - right in the old town but easy to get to. Good parking, not too far away in a covered parking garage.

The hotel doesn’t have a lift and we were on the third floor - next time I’ll ask for a room on a lower level, but it wouldn’t put me off.

We had a lovely weekend in Heidelberg. The staff at Vier Jahreszeiten were grest. The location was brilliant especially the view. Breakfast was enough for us until dinner time.

Pillows were uncomfortable Bathroom was tiny but clean.

Fabulous location in the old town. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Awesome breakfast!

Wi-Fi did not work on the 4th floor, but we requested that area so not a problem.
