Excellent service good communication, clean, comfortable and lovely breakfast. We were made feel welcome by hosts. Our dog was welcome food/water bowl and treats in room when we arrived. Free bottles of water and fruit during stay. 10 min walk to metro station.

Room was warm so we needed the window open. The traffic was noisy it didn’t bother us too much as we live in noisy road in London. If you want a quieter night request room facing away from road or fan in room.

Spotlessly clean, parking right behind, breakfast was very good. READ: Refrigerator with bottles of cold water left open to take what you need and fruit left out to take what you need. Amazing, thoughtful and so appreciated! Staff very friendly, helpful and responsive.

There's water in a fridge on the 1st floor, still and 2 types of sparkling water. The breakfast was very nice and the staff very friendly and welcoming.

There's construction next door and at 7:45 they started the machine that pounds poles into the ground. That was one heck of a wake up alarm! Luckily I was already mostly awake.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast very good and location was easy to get to the center of Cologne. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable. They have a parking for free right behind the hotel which is pretty handy for people with their car or rentals.

To be welcomed with a cold beer was perfection. Having free mineral water was nice too. Otherwise, room was alright. Parking was free too near the hotel. Breakfast was ok. The host was really friendly too. Maybe the price was a little bit too much, but yeah, it was euro 2024 Matchday so...

This little hotel illustrates exactly why I do not book a room in a big modern facility, it has charm and it’s well located. There is an amazing Turkish grill on the other side of the street and a very convenient parking, very friendly staff. A true Köln experience.

It’s a bit noisy but it’s a city hotel, you here cars or people talking in the lobby but nothing really annoying.

Very friendly staff in charge at breakfast and dealing with bookings and taking payment at the same time in the rather small breakfast/reception area.

Our rooms were across the car park in an annexe. Perfectly clean and our rooms were as described, but we couldn't get WIFI in our rooms and there wasn't anywhere in the main building to sit and use the WIFI as the reception and breakfast rooms were tiny and not available in the evening.

Very friendly and helpful staff that goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The single room has the perfect size for a single traveler. Everything was clean and well maintained and despite being on a major street it was quiet. Great working and fast WiFi.

Very nice and comfortable family-run hotel. The room was very small, but convenient. Elevator is well appreciated. Friendly and helpful people here.

The only downside is that the reception closes at 6pm (or even earlier, which was my case), but the hosts are communicative and there’s no issue with it. Just keep it in mind in case you might have additional needs.

Lovely hosts, free parking and comfortable room. Even though some furniture seemed little old, the room and other parts of the hotel were super clean. The owners are obviously caring for it.
