Nice view of the park and radio tower. Good location next to a large Cinema complex with many restaurants. Parking below in a shared garage.

The air flow in the room was a bit stuffy and warm at night. It did improve with the air conditioning on at nights.

Issam was excellent. one of the nicest and most helpful hotel staff I’ve ever had the pleasure to encounter in twenty years of extensive travel.

Room was a little small.

A lot of space. Very nice bathroom. Nice and big shower. Free drinks if you do not let them clean your room. Loads of sockets. You were able to turn on and off the lights from the beds easily. Beautiful view from the windows. They checked us in and were able to connect our rooms. Friend checked in after us and Staff gave him the room right next to us. Table and chair was nice and comfortable. Big mirror was nice. Free water. Service was friendly and helpful. (apart from Jan) Lots of kiosks and restaurants next to it. Everything was so insanely good. AC was pretty good

For some reason we had to go to a specific elevator to reach our floor, the other ones didn't reach it. Opening hours of the bar were not suitable for us to claim our free drinks so they had to open it for us. There was no way to open the window. There were no blackout curtains. We booked a family room which was supposed to have connected rooms but the door was locked and we had to get them to open it and thats when Jan was a little rude to one of us. Electricity goes off when you take out the card so you couldn't charge anything while you are gone. (Probably not their fault but a little unlucky for us)

The hotel is located close enough to the centre of Cologne, a very nice location and close to restaurants and bars. It is only 15 to 20 minutes walk into the centre. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and provide everything you are likely to need, including a decent coffee (pod) machine. The breakfast are possibly the best I have ever had in a hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I really cannot find any fault. If I was going to make one small suggestion, We would have loved to have received one or two TV channels in English and Italian in the room, there were only German channels available. It was certainly not an issue though.

This smart hotel is a 20-25 minute walk from Cologne train station and the cathedral. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful in assisting us to change our room when the online check-in went wrong and allocated us the wrong room. They also assisted us in storing our luggage at the hotel before check-in. The room was a good size, comfortable and clean. The Nespresso machine and complimentary pods replenished each day was a nice touch. There are restaurants and bars serving kolsch near to the hotel, but it also does not take long to walk into the centre of Cologne. All in all we had a very comfortable stay at this hotel.

Quality of rooms and service and proximity to the city highlights as well as business facilities. But more than that I want to express my forever gratitude that the management was replying to my request for sending over some invitations that I forgot in the room, which were brought from US to be handed over on my return. They found them and offered to send them over to my house - life savers!

The location was tidy and over looked a lake. The rooms were very nice and modern. Beds were comfy and the shower and bathroom was great! There was plenty of space for our clothes. The whole hotel was very clean. Didn't get a chance to try the breakfast or other food.

You had to pay or sign up if you wanted to access your room earlier. Most places will let you in free of charge if the room is clean and ready. It wasn't clear if the water was free or if it was in the charges for the mini bar. Our coffee was also not topped up and no milk was provided.

Nice location by a small pond 15 - 20 minutes away on foot from the Cathedral and the main train station. Lovely room view of a park and the tower. Very quiet and relaxing room. Beds very comfortable, and good shower pressure. Decent breakfast.

Towels had stains and the bathroom walls were cracked, which gave a feeling of unkept. Watered down shower gel and subpar orange juice in the morning. Extremely loud heating/ac system - we could turn it off and heat the room exclusively with the radiator in the bathroom, but I can’t imagine how in the summer you could relax/sleep with that thing on. Some staff were nice, especially the people working breakfast, however some male receptionists would rather finish their conversations with colleagues before acknowledging guests.

Staff very friendly, modern interior and hygienic (no old carpets, dust collectors etc), great breakfast buffet also with different alternative milk options such as almond, oat etc. Very child friendly staff and set-up (kids dont pay for breakfast up to 12 years, got their own kids cutlery and pens/drawing block). Booked a room with a view, and we had the nicest sunrise over the cologne cathedral.

Now we were 2.5 people sharing a big double bed (with our toddler) so I was lying a bit on the edge, but I could feel the springs of the mattress which was a bit uncomfortable. Also be aware that it is not possible to open the windows in the room (at least not on floor 6 where we stayed) so you have to rely on AC and cannot get any fresh air in. For anyone with dry skin thats not ideal.

The customer Relations representative (Silvia) went above and beyond to help us make the best out of our stay in Köln. We enjoyed the hotel location surrounded by a park and a pond with birds. Good breakfast, decent room facilities, clean and welcoming.

The shower drain didn't work very well in our room. I found hotel prices in Köln quite high in general. At this hotel they really try to make it worth it.
