Great position but parking so expensive at 23€ a night. Breakfast amazing lots of choice. Very clean.

The parking was excess cost €23 a night No tea coffee in room. Pool sauna really hard to find and not particularly accessible. Usual towels on sun beds so no one got a turn. The number of lite up items in the room a/c was a bright green light radio by the bed a blue light which together lite the whole room not good for sleeping. Excess changing of pillowcases/ towels which is bad for environment.

The location was wonderful. The hotel seemed to have spa and swimming activities that we didn't use. We traveled before summer. The restaurant terrace was lovely for dinner and breakfast was good. While a short walk from the hotel, parking was easy with large spaces.

Our room was stuffy with no ventilation and air conditioning had not yet been turned on. We had trouble finding the hotel as it's apparently linked with two other buildings. Of course, that was a temporary inconvenience.

The breakfast was exceptional.l-- A wide variety beautifully set out ), fresh, good quality and tasty. The location was ideal and a facilities were really first rate. Air conditioning and a swimming pool are quite rare. The staff was extremely responsive and fluent in English. I left behind something which they mailed to me after my departure.

Location was great. Right by water and shopping. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was wonderful. We wish we could have stayed longer.

We sat outside for dinner but then later realized that the full menu was inside only. We didn't realize that and wish we had known because the outside cafe' menu was limited.

The hotel is in a perfect location right on the small harbour beside the lake and just a few steps from Lindau Insel's attractive Old Town. Staff were friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was good. We dined at the hotel's restaurant (the outdoor terrace) for dinner - the food was excellent. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Our third stay in this lovely hotel in a beautiful town. Perfectly located, excellent friendly staff, comfortable room with lovely bathroom, overlooking the waterfront. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Also had an excellent facial treatment during my stay.

Perfect location directly on the harbor, some rooms with lake view. Our lake view room was comfortable, spacious with a nice size bathroom.

No water in the room, no coffee maker in the room, but there is a supermarket 2-3 minute walk. Check-in time is a bit late 16:00, but they will hold your bags while you explore.

wonderful location and a great buffet breakfast. Front reception was very welcoming and helpful.

Kitchen staff a bit overwhelmed and not completely ready for breakfast start…a minor detail overall.

Everything, stunning view over the garden, pool and lake. Really lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Room immaculate, spacious and well equipped.

Nothing for us, had a wonderful but too brief stay.

Staff is very friendly and professional (switching to English when necessary). Our dog was welcomed and we did like the door hanger "I am alone" with the dog picture:) We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet - if you wanted something else for breakfast (in addition), no problem
