Everything was very clean and fresh, decorated with a lot of taste, the staff is friendly and made us feel welcome, the breakfast was fresh and tasteful with a lot of variety and the location is good, in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood, just 10mins walking distance from main attractions on the island. Overall, it exceeded our expectations

Price/value - we paid 134eur for 1 night for 2 persons (including parking and environment fee). We visit the Bodensee region quite often and for 1 night it was a bit too much for 3 stars in a region without a great view, outside of main season

It was a good breakfast and the hotel was spacious and airy.

Clearer directions are needed during the re-building of the nearby bridge. Both ends of the road have problems, one is now pedestrianised, and the other blocked by the work on the bridge. After parking some distance away and walking there staff were very helpful and gave directions and you then find the hotel and car park. Details before would have helped.

Modern and confortable room, excellent continental breakfast, as well on quality side than on food availability, bar was always filled by the staff who were plaisant and always smiling, taking care of clients

Everything! modern, beds super comfortable, near the train station and bus stop, staff super friendly and helpful, very good breakfast, I loved it! I had a train cancellation at night so needed a place to stay and they made me feel at home :)

Everything was perfect

all was perfect: excellent location, view on the garden and the lake, nice very clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, nice wine card, very friendly and attentive personal. we arrived with the bikes and could park them in the garden. many thanks! we really enjoyed our stay!

Calm location, near to the lake an to the city center. Great breakfast. Beds are very comfortable

9.50 Euro for each day parking outside without Lamps on a gravel path ,was to much.

Lovely hotel. In fact we decided to stay a second night. Well worth walking the 20 minutes along the coastal path to the Lindau Thermae baths. Amazing.

Not much really. The lack of air conditioning I guess, but the use of a fan helped massively

Monika on reception is a great asset to the hotel. She is so friendly and helpful and was so eager.to share her knowledge of the local restaurants and areas of interest. Monika is a top class lady and a massive bonus to the hotel.

Bed mattress sloped towards the outside. Soapy hands unable to restart flow of water in shower because knob too slippery- have to constantly let a bit of water run to rinse off hand… Also, with soapy feet, floor is extremely slippery.

Good location only a short walk from the island. Parking is paid but there are plenty of spaces which made it easy. Our room was great, everything is new and clean. The breakfast buffet is amazing, lots of choice and not just the standard.

The doors to the hallway aren’t very sound proof. We could hear people on the hallway and opening/closing their doors when going to breakfast. When booking we saw that there is an option to book a quiet room - if you want to have a sleep-in maybe that’s a good option.
