Location is ofcourse ideal. But for that price they should maybe put more love in the details. The entrance looks a bit messy. Beds where very comfortable. Shower and bathroom also good.

Everything was fine except the breakfast. Not good quality, no fruits or vegetables for vegetarians or vegans. The crackers where due. For such a Hotel , not cheap at all, the breakfast was very very bad. Better quality and less quantity would be better. Should also let the clients know if the products are Organic,,, where do the eggs come from. Is the bread from the market? A bit more love in the details.

You couldn't as for a better location to stay in Munich. It's right on the edge of the Viltualienmarkt and only 2 mins walk from Marienplatz. Everything about this place is good. The staff are amazing, the breakfast is quite good, the wifi is great, the room although a bit basic it was modern and extremely clean. I stayed for two nights before going to the Black Forest and for another four nights on the way my way home and I hand't one negative experience during the entire time. I'll definitely be staying here on my next trip to Munich

I've no dislikes about this hotel.

The hotel was very nice. The lobby looked old and tiny but the rooms were beautiful an comfortable. The bathroom was modern and all fixtures working properly. The reception staff, especially Galina, was very friendly and helpful. There's a huge Eataly right across, Viktualienmarkt was a few meters away, and there are lots of little cafes and restos at the side of the hotel.

They provided only 1 bottle of drinking water -- sparkling, We prefer still water. Wish they could replenish for free. You have to request from lobby which will be charged to your room. The TV wasn't broadcasting anything (though we really didn't have time to watch as well.) There were no bedroom slippers.

Everything was very good, but I have to praise the breakfast in particular, excellent choice and beautifully presented. Also, the room where we ate it was the prettiest I've seen. It made for a wonderful start to the day.

No actual complaints, just the usual thing of no tea/coffee in the room, as seems to be normal in most European countries. I took my travel kettle, Problem solved!

The hotel was in a great location. Just a block off the main farmers market area and walking distance to all the attractions we wanted to see. The room was very clean. Breakfast was great and the staff was very kind.

The beds were a little hard and the rooms are certainly on the small side which we knew about by reading other reviews so was not a surprise.

The location was fantastic. Walking distance to the popular tourist/historical attractions as well as near the train station. Bed was comfortable and room, although small, was enough since time spent there was to sleep! Breakfast was good but not a lot of variety. The evening desk attendant/concierge (regrettably, never learned her name but did learn she was from Finland!) was very friendly and helpful with directions as well as recommendations for dinner.

The shower/tub combination was high off the floor and did not offer a grab bar, which presents a risk for falls. Fortunately, none occurred but there is a potential hazard regardless.

The hotel is well maintained and the staff very friendly. The entire front desk staff speak fluent English. They were all friendly and helpful. We had a Jr Suite so the room was a good size and furnishings were typical German. We were welcomed to the room with a fruit bowl, this was really nice after 20 hours of travel from the US. I did find it strange that there was no décor on the walls in the room. This made for a stark hospital like atmosphere. That said, we didn't spend a lot of time in our room. The overall décor of the hotel was typical German, just as expected. Breakfast was great, typical German and they also offered to make eggs to order. It was a little harder to communicate with the restaurant staff, their English was not as good as the front desk. I realize I say typical German several times, this is a positive for me as I lived in Germany for a few years and didn't want a chain hotel feel. We could not have asked for a better location, a 1 minute walk to the pedestrian area. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would stay there again.

The location is close to churches, shops, Marienplatz and a 5-8 min walk to the train station. Breakfast was good!

We had 2 bedrooms which were 2 rooms apart from each other but didn't know 1 has no bathroom but we managed and asked for another room key and shared the bathroom.instead. Just a little inconvenience.
