Very friendly and helpful staff, great mattress, delicious breakfast. A special shout out to Sebastian at the front desk. Not only is he very helpful and knowledgeable (ask him for recommendations on restaurant and sightseeing), but he made sure my injured ankle is also extra taken care of by bringing me some ice daily. The bartender and housekeeping staff are also wonderful. The hotel is nicely situated and close to the tram stop.

Pleasant hotel on the edge of the center. Trouble-free parking in the hotel's underground garage for €13. The room was tidy and clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The beds were just hard. In-room safe, electric kettle or mini-fridge. The free WiFi worked well and reliably. The advantage is the presence of an armchair and a corner sofa, so you don't have to sit on the bed. We only tried the hotel restaurant as a bar - they serve excellent local Hacker Pschorr beer from the brewery not far from the hotel. The breakfast was great - they had everything we could think of, all fresh and replenished.

Nothing. Only the shower has a solid glass wall, so you can't close yourself in it. The design is great, but the water is all over the bathroom floor

The hotel is modern and comfortable, within walking distance of the centre of Munich & the main railway station but we preferred to use the tram which stops close-by (Sandstrasse stop on lines 20, 21 & 29). It was also ideal for getting to the Olympic park for a concert. Decent size Lidl supermarket across the road from the hotel & a good bakery. It's also very close to the Lowenbrau beer garden - there's a super restaurant called Sardinia Day across the road.

The toiletries (soap, shower gel etc) smell horrible. We bought some soap at the Lidl which is across the road from the hotel.

Sebastian, at the front desk was most friendly and accomodating. He cleared up all our queries on places to go to (restaurants and tourist spots), underground parking and the buffet breakfast. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety at a really good cost. The basement parking was a huge convenience for those with cars. The location was just at the very edge of the touristy areas of the city, with. wide variety of restaursnts nearby.

The hotel, the staff at the reception, as well as the room itself were amazing, everything was spotless. There is nothing I would criticise, I was more than satisfied with this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, multiple options to choose from. I recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Munich. There's a tram stop nearby and you can get to the Olympic park easily, it's only a few stops. Metro U2 line is approx. 10 minute walk. The surroundings of the hotel were very nice, seemed safe.

Breakfast - super. Bar & restaurant excellent - Waiter Suleman was very friendly, good-humoured and provided excellent service. Sebastian on Reception was extremely helpful (directions to tram for city centre, etc.) and congenial.

The hotel is some 20-30 min on foot away from the city center, it's well connected by tram as well. Lidl and DM are a couple of minutes away, so very convenient if you forget to pack something. The room was cozy, with plenty of space for two people and a decently sized and well equipped bathroom. We had a view of the garden and it was very quiet. It was very clean in general and the facilities are in good shape. Really felt like we're getting our money's worth and more. Also the breakfast was tasty, would recommend.

The beds were okay but nothing special, it was a bit too warm during the night as well. The elevator is a bit slow, that's the only thing I can complain about.

Sleeping: comfortable beds, quiet room (at the back of the main building, and the windows insulate well), blackout curtains, air conditioning. Bathroom: walk-in shower and good air extraction (makes noise, but goes out a few minutes after switching off the light). Location: neater neighborhood, just outside the busier area, easy to walk from the station, bakery with tables at 2 minutes walk, good restaurants at 5 minutes. Breakfast: for 12.50 euros an extensive buffet (also fresh fruit and pastries) and good coffee.

I was satisfied with the comfortable bed, friendly reception staff and restaurant staff, and the hotel restaurant that runs until late at a reasonable price.

It was hard to trust the cleaning staff. I went to eat breakfast with one of the two room keys inserted. When I returned to the room, I found out that the window in the room was open and the key disappeared, and I asked the cleaning staff about Key's whereabouts, but they replied that they did not know. I asked again a few times and checked the room, only then they took my room key out of my pocket. One time, I asked the front desk because the door was locked, and the other time, the housekeeping key was plugged into my room and the lights were all on. It was a hotel that needed attention every time I left the room for a while.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was very tidy and comfortable, especially the bed and the sofa. The personnel was really kind! The location is fantastic, just 20 minutes on foot from the city center and around 30 from the Olympiapark which makes it perfect for your stay if you are attending a show or other event there.

The only minus is that the parking of the hotel does not have enough parking spaces, so you must park somewhere on the street. We found a place right in the front of the hotel, though. :)
