Close proximity to 100 metres central railway Hbh, 5 min walk, automated check in was smooth and easy. If you have any issues the Kings hotel is just across the road can help. Short Walking distance to restaurants, a laundromat, a small shopping mall, and Aldi. Round the corner from the hop on hop off bus starting point. A bit on the seedy side in the evenings, but did not feel unsafe.

Advertised as apartments but they are not. Sold as an apartment, with kitchenette, with coffee maker, microwave, sink and fridge, and having to pay around €38 to have pots and pans, plates, cups etc included. What you in fact get is a hotel room with a basic coffee maker on the table, a fridge and a locked cabinet that you have to pay €20 per night to unlock to use the ‘kitchenette”. This hotel has to decide if it’s an apartment or a hotel, and charge the appropriate tariff, not sell As an apartment, then make you pay extra on arrival to upgrade from a hotel room to an “apartment” in a cupboard. I believe this is misleading and needs addressing by the owners and booking.com in the descriptors.

Hotel location is really great – close to the railway station, with a lot of public transport stops around. Room is a bit smaller than it looks on pictures, but has a nice view to the lively city street. Room also has a small hidden kitchen set that works perfectly. There're a lot of places to eat or drink around.

We've booked two rooms: on the 1st and 5th floors. During night the sound of water in pipes on the 1st floor is much louder, so you can definitely distinguish it from the noise of the city. Also by default staff will knock the door every morning at 9 am unless you find the not very visible "Don't disturb" button on the door knob – I've expected room cleaning to start around 11 am (same as checkin time), not 9 am.

Excellent location from which to sightsee, very near the historic downtown and lots of amenities around the hotel. Room was cozy and clean, comfortable with a great little café below.

While the room was furnished with a small kitchenette, in order to make use of it you had to purchase a separate cooking box (with cookware & cutlery) for 38 euro... this is the only lodging with kitchen we've stayed where these items were included in the room fee. Disappointing.

The location was great. The coffee machine that I found in the room made me very happy. It was very easy to reach major attractions and also transportation

Noisy place

A very nice room with modern furniture, with everything you need inside, even a small kitchenette where you can make your own breakfast if you want. You have an amenity room where you can help yourself with clean towels, Coffee, tea, cups, and dispose the garbage. You can even do your laundry there, all without extra costs. The self check-in and check-out work without any problems. The staff available there was really nice and helped us whenever we needed during our 2 weeks stay. Downstairs you have the Coffe Bean restaurant where you can have breakfast or brunch, i really recomend it. The hotel is really well located in the middle of the city and you can easily walk to the most important sightseeing atractions. You are really near to all kind of public transportation and to Main Central Station.

The air conditioning in the room ran by itself at some point but the staff was really prompt and answered my watsap messages and fixed the problem in no time.

The room was great, clean and the bed was comfy. Great to have a fridge. The shower was good, nice hot water.

The temperature and the noise! The room was really hot. We tried to make adjustments in the thermostat but it was fixed on heat mode. Turned it to 16 which was the lowest temp but the room was just too warm so we had to open the windows at night and then it was just so noisy with people trams and cars that didn't seem to stop. It is a shame because it was the one negative and always difficult when it affects your sleep. Also couldn't figure the safe and no instructions and the coffee machine is in a really awkward space which makes it difficult to actually use it, it needs to be on the table by the TV. The TV had no English channels, I think that tv's in hotels should have Netflix/Amazon apps so that people can log in and use their accounts.

The whole space was perfectly clean, the bed was comfy and the lining so soft. At First I wasn’t sure about the Self Check-in but actually it took faster then one at the reception - great option for people in rush to jump into bed.

The air circulation was dramatic, it seems that the building is actually too insulated. You can either use AC or open the windows, but in the night it was not possible because there is a crowded bar on the other side of the street and relatively high traffic. So I am actually unsure if my deep sleep was caused by the comfiness of the bed or I was just suffocating.

Loved the location and the neighborhood - we walked all over. Tons of restaurants of different nationalities to choose from, close to the bus and subway terminals. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The staff at the front desk location across the street was super helpful with questions we had. Self check in and out was easy.

The room we got (520) was smaller than the pictures had indicated it would be for a Club Double Room with Courtyard View. The "refrigerator" was really just a small drink cooler and the kitchen proved too small to effectively cook in. The staff was helpful at securing additional refrigerator space for our medications, it just wasn't in the room with us.

Nicely sized rooms with large beds. Very comfortable and quiet. The laundry was such a bonus for us - you need to book the machines via the website link on the machine or download an app, we just used the website and made an account. Laundry was cheap and easy to book, only issue was the dryer didn’t dry our clothes but we got a refund from the washing app company. Hopefully they fix the dryer because we tried it 3 times and it kept ending the cycle with everything wet. Location was very handy to the main train station, just 5 mins flat walk. Not the best area but safe enough (we didn’t see anything concerning but it felt less nice) and very convenient.

Dryer didn’t work to dry our clothes but we were able to get a refund for this. The kitchen was very expensive to book (20 euro per day) and they said it didn’t have a microwave despite one being listed on this website. The price is too high for very basic kitchen facilities so we didn’t use it. If it was 10 euro we might have.

Very convenient location 5 min from central station. I received a large and comfortable room. The breakfast place downstairs provides good food (cash payment only!). There is a coffee machine provided in the room - would be nice to offer a better milk option rather than a powder creamer (who uses that these days?…). There is no manned desk but a rapid reply to emails sent or a telephone line provided. My room was on the street side - not my preference but it was fine. The safe is too small to leave a laptop in and there were no instructions how to use it in addition. So left the items in the room and the staff was fine and reliable. Easy check-in and check-out. My second stay at the hotel.
