The staffs are very nice and helpful. They're happy to support and answer every questions and give us very useful suggestion for our trip. The hotel is locate on good location. Close to main train station and easy to visit attactive desination in Munich. There is a good Thai reataurant , Noppakao, beside the hotel which I love to recommend you to try. I would like to say that there taste is very good and better than some restaurent in Thailand. Try if you love Thai food.

The room is close to road which locate many restaurants. Then in some night you can hear some noice but you can close the window and use air conditional in the room. However, it's tiny problem and no problem for stay here. The room is quite comfortable but has little space.

Well, I liked everything, the room was cleaned up every day during my stay, very quiet, hotel staff is friendly, willing to answer all question even not related to hotel( I remenbered asking about Munich public transport ticket), well located central location, 5 minutes by foot to Munich central train station from Munich hbf you can get easily every where in the city by using S-banh, U-banh. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Munich

The room was comfy and spacious. Nice WIFI connection, elevator, the hotel is next to the tram stop. There is also an iron room to iron your clothes!

The room could have been a little bit cleaner (there were traces of stains on the curtains and the toilet) and I would have liked a sewing kit.

IBIS Hotel is very standard, so you know what to expect. The breakfast was very good with many options. The location is very central and close to a tram station.

The only point is that could have more than one plug to charge mobile phones in the couple bedroom. The rest was ok.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff

It would have been nothing - until we were woken up at 8am abruptly with power drills on and off for 30minutes

We didn't have breakfast. The position is perfect.

Could have mini fridge and kettle in the room.

Though small, it was a super well equipped room in terms of functionality, very warm in mid-winter, excellent/hard mattres for a very good sleep and great bathroom functionality. We had a room with windows on the inner yard and we barely could hear any sound. Cleanliness was at great standards, staff exceeded our expectations in terms of support and customer orientation. The basement parking lot was excellent, never crowded and an elevater would take you straight to your room. Walking distance to city center/old town (Marienplatz, Rathaus etc)

The room and the parking space size were small, but these are the general norm in Munich.. so, I cannot say it is something the hotel could do better. Though the general area of the hotel, which is close to the central station, is famous for being noisy and packed with minority people we felt safe and walked around with no problems. Justice Palace and old Botical Garden are around the corner and many consultancies have offices close-by (McKinsey & Company etc)

One name: YOLANDA. She was the receptionist that received us when we arrived. She gave us an EXCEPTIONAL service and was always friendly, helpful and attentive. She made us feel as though we were staying in a five-diamond hotel with that kind of service and closeness. And also: she speaks Spanish! We checked-in at 11:30, were quickly taken to our rooms and were perfectly explained all about the works of the hotel and the breakfast (which was great, diverse and affordable at 15€ per person). An anecdote from the first breakfast we had: My family was already having breakfast, so I went downstairs to the reception, Yolanda just saw me coming in and, without me saying a single word, she knew I was looking for the breakfast room and told me with a smile: "Down the hallway to the left!" and it was amazing. When we checked-out, Yolanda kindly accepted our request to leave our luggage at the hotel while we enjoyed our last day in the city (as our flight departed at 19:00). The rooms were comfortable, just good enough to sleep comfortably (which was what we wanted, as we would spend the whole day out). They were clean, and cozy. The bathroom, although a little small, had all that we needed and also had a dedicated heater that turns itself off when it reaches the desired temperature (you can set it by turning the knob it has). The beds were good enough, the blankets were great as they kept us perfectly warm during the night and so were the pillows. The location was on point for the price. Just a 3 minute walk from the central train station and 20 minute walk to the very center of the city (Marienplatz), for which you could also take the tram and be there in 9 minutes from the central train station. There were many restaurants close by, stores, banks... All that you needed you had it in a 5-minute-walk radius. All this goes to say we are very happy with our stay in this hotel and definitely recommend it.

I liked every single thing.

Very convenient location close to the main train station, very near to the tourist info and hop on hop off bus, lots of eating options, 7-10 minutes walk from the pedestrian old town sites. Very helpful, friendly staff

No complains It is standard Ibis, so you know what to expect: functional small rooms, no kettle, no fridge, no cupboard to store clothes etc. Room was only cleaned once in 3 nights stay. Other 2 days they simply knocked on the door and asked if you wanted dustbin cleared / towels changed.

I think the price is good for the location and facilities. The hotel is just down the street from Munich's main station. The room is spacious though the bathroom is somewhat cramped. The staff were also very friendly and accomodating.

The main room had excess space while the bathroom was quite cramped. The pants hanger was worn out and didn't work well. No faulth of the hotel, but the view is not particularly scenic.
