We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment on top (5th) floor (including living room with table, 2 small couches, mini fridge and balcony with awning) which was perfect for our 5 person family (or a group of friends). Location was excellent, centrally located on a quiet side street just a few min walk from beautiful historic Marienplatz. Lots of shops, attractions, and restaurants around including nice Italian place across the street. Walked to bakery most mornings for breakfast. Room was quiet, comfortable and spacious… appears to be recently updated. Vending in lobby had a variety of snacks and drinks. Housekeeping every day (unless you decline). Not far from huge English garden park and Viktualien market. There is a great app for the hotel that has helpful info. Felt like we had our own “place” in Munich.. was sad to leave. Would for sure stay here again.

The shower has 3 sides so water inevitably gets on floor, and we used a lot of towels wiping up (replaced every day though). Be aware you will need to walk up some stairs beyond elevator if that may be an issue. The self check in made me nervous, but there seemed to be some staff around most of the time that could help if needed. We got dropped off by a taxi so not sure what parking arrangement is.

Cozy room at a very convenient location. The room was on the small side, but well appointed, very clean and the bed was comfortable. Good wi-fi. There is no reception per se, though a staff member was on site and helped with an issue I had with self-check in.

The hotel has a fantastic location, just a few steps away from the Nationaltheater and the Rathaus. Uwe at the reception was very kind and accommodating during the check-in process which was very much appreciated. The room was fairly small but well appointed with most of the essential amenities needed for the stay. The pillows were superb, of different size and firmness.

There was only cold water coming from the bathroom tap which was a bit inconvenient. The shower worked well though. The room was next to the elevator which run very quietly but I was still woken up for a few times both nights by some weird squeaky sounds coming from its direction.

The location is the best! The room was very comfy and quiet, with everything you need. Also it was very easy to get to the place ☺️

I needed to leave at 6 am to take my flight and the lift was off and no one was working in the hotel at that time. So I carry all my luggage 3 floors down to the stairs in the darkness

The location was excellent for exploring all of Munich. It was an easy walk to the Marienplatz and the walking zone. The staff was very helpful when needed. The rooms are very cozy but clean. Overall a good place that could just use an update of the bedding.

The beds can use new mattresses. Mine had a pronounced sag. I turned it around but it was still problematic. Also, if you're 2 people one will have to sleep up on the wall and would have to crawl over the other person to get out as you couldn't get off the end as the wall and a small refrig was there. I was a single person, but the comforter would have been too small for 2 people. Maybe they had a larger one but I didn't ask. Finally, the heating system always defaulted to 23 degrees celsius. If you turned it off it seemed to randomly turn back on. If you lowered it it randomly went back up to 23 degrees.

Very spacious for an inner city property, very comfortable, clean and modern. Great location and very helpful staff
