Breakfast was excellent and very well presented. The Bavarian choice as we entered the restaurant was a great idea. Outstandingly all your staff are fantastic.

The smell in the passage way leading to our room. I understand this emanates from Middle Eastern guests who “boil their water”. Perhaps a diffuser would be a good idea so that your guests of all regions can enjoy their stay as they see fit.

The construction banging in the morning. Those of us on jet lag stay in hotels! Our time clocks are off!! It was impossible to sleep past 7:30 due to the construction noise! I would have never stayed here for that money if I had know that

room is expensive. got in there and A/C was broken they couldn’t fix and it was in the middle of the night. they offered a fan. but it was super loud. not something you would expect from this hotel.

I can’t say enough about our short 2 night stay at MO! The staff was absolutely incredible and made the stay for us amazing. From jennifer the front desk manager (who couldn’t have been more accommodating and thoughtful) to marinella at the front desk who gave my 2.5 year old son toys and puzzles to Sebastian at the front desk who although was an intern was incredible - each with their attention to detail and to our well being was very evident with every encounter. They even set up a surprise in our room for our 2.5yo with a play tent for him. Alexander at the front door and the entire bell staff were so kind and helpful. I can’t say enough. The breakfast was also excellent and extensive which was included for us. The food and drinks in the lobby living room with the piano were excellent. We will definitely come back here for our next stay in Munich. We LOVED IT thanks to the hotel and staff.

Google The room was excellent with great veiw. We got the room on 7th floor. Free mini bar! Doorman service was great. Excellent japanise restaurant! Excellent breakfast and service! All problems have been resolved very quicky - but with the improvment of the service, there should be no such problems. Front desk service was good, but made mistakes. Was promised free late check out until 4 p.m. But evening before check out when i made double check, front desk said to me that it it is untill 2 p.m. After i insist that it was promised until 4, they changed it untill 4. Still next day they called to my room and said it is until 2, only after i repeated that it was agreed until 4, they finally changed it until 4. Not a big deal, but still: shouldn't happen in 5 star hotel..

Housekeeping - should be improved! Concierge service - shouls be much better! They told to us, that made the reservation in the restaurant, that we asked and when we arrived to this restaurant, the was no any reservation on our name and also the restaurant was fully booked. Lucky us, that the owner help us and arranged the table for us

The room was extremely comfortable with the very best of amenities. We were delighted each afternoon with champagne and chocolates in our room. There was great attention to detail in the room set-up and its servicing.

The stay was perfect. There is absolutely nothing to dislike. There was some construction next to the hotel - but it really provided little distraction to the experience.

I must say this is one of the best 5* Hotels I staid so far. It's easy to understand why it was considered one of the best 5* Hotels in the world. The staff is very friendly and the concierge is top-notch! They help with whatever you need and they even try to match your requests based on your style. We travel with our Dachshund and the room was ready with a big bed and food and water trays. We got an upgrade to the next room category, and the bedroom was quite big and the bed was very comfortable. It had probably the best bathroom I've ever seen in a Hotel room as well. We went to the restaurant for dinner and the food is really good. Our waiter was ok-ish and we were expecting a nicer waiter for such a restaurant in such a Hotel. He was nice but at times a bit slow and when we wanted to pay, he was chit-chatting with his colleagues and not paying attention to our table (it was almost closing time as well for the restaurant). We are pretty chilled and easy going but waiting like 15minutes to ask for the bill and clearly seeing the waiter was just chit-chatting was not nice. My wife had to stand up for him to come to our table, as our attempts to call him with our hands failed. On the other hand, the Ory bar is amazing! If you can stay at the bar so you can see and interact with the barmen! It was truly a great experience. Everyone was exceptionally nice and the drinks are amazing! Tell them what you like and they will suggest something nice for sure! We were going there for just 1 drink around 11 pm and ended up staying there until closing time (2 am). A special thank you to all the staff, especially the bellhops! They were amazingly nice and gave a special touch to our arrival and departure!

In the heart of Munich, this hotel truly offers an amazing experience from start to end with the most exceptional staff that will go above and beyond for guests. I truly loved this hotel from the prime location to the beautiful attention to details incorporated into the stay. Rooms were immaculate and the staff were efficient and attentive. I would most definitely recommend this hotel if staying in Munich.

The rooms are very cozy and comfortable. The location is perfect - right in the centre but in a small quiet street. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is kind of minimalistic :) but you can order whatever you wish to be prepared. They have a card also for breakfast. The restaurant in the hotel is one of the best in the city for Japanese food.

They could improve the room service with the digital connection in the room but anyway they are very kind and you cant really be mad about a mistake.
