The best hotel in Munich. At first I would like to thanks Linda for her beautiful soul, she was so helpful so kind so cheerful we didn’t felt that we were strangers. Also all the employees are so polite and friendly never visit a hotel with the same atmosphere. The room was clean , quiet and super private. The hotel is so safe and once i forget the door open the house keeper knocked and made sure to close the door. They have a private garage for car which so convince and easier since most hotels in Munich will recommend nearby public parking. I highly recommend this hotel and sure will book again in our next trip to Munich

Loved this hotel for the location, which was in a safe and quiet area, with only a 5 minute walk to get to Marienplatz. Typically we ate breakfast at a cafe 1-2 blocks from Maximilion Apartment and Hotels. Our room was a 1 bedroom apartment with terrace that overlooked the interior courtyard, which was stunning and peaceful. Loved the courtyard area at night too with the lights and the fountain. Had everything we needed for a 5-night stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful in providing recommendations and/or directions. If you are arriving by the train, it's short walk but it can be crowded if you are arriving mid-day or especially in the evening as the S-Bahn train exits directly into a busy area in the Marienplatz area. Lots of restaraunts to choose right down the street from the hotel or within a 5-10 minute walk.

Felt the breakfast selection wasn't slim and overpriced. Only ate here for breakfast once during our 5 night stay. Preferred to walk a block or two and get breakfast from a cafe.

The courtyard was lovely. Our recently updated room was very clean, quiet and the bed was super comfortable. Room was modern. Nice shower, and AC worked. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice little kitchenette area in the room too, although it was a bit cramped for space to store items. We liked having the room serviced daily and coffee pods restored. Really nice fitness room. Washer & dryers are also available for a fee if anyone needs to wash clothes. Their place for breakfast looked really nice, but we didn't get a chance to eat there. Great location to the center of Munich and the English garden, and also close to various public transit lines.

Room was pretty small given the price paid. The Mini bar was filled with so much stuff, there was no room to put our grocery items that we bought at the store (we had to temporarily remove a few things). Mini bar items are severely overpriced - so I'm glad we bought our own supplies at a nearby convenience store. There was also a huge construction project right outside the front of the hotel, but we stayed in the courtyard, so fortunately no noise or ugly views from our room.

Location was great, easy to visit the old town and access good restaurants. Also, 25-30 min walking to the main train station where most of the tours start. Hotel is very clean and has a lovely scent, staff very welcoming. Nice extras provided-- bath robes and slippers. Comfortable beds, quality linens. Construction going on in front of the hotel but our room faced the front and did not hear any noise; it also did not impede the access to the hotel. Perfect for our 5 day trip in Munich, great place to recharge at the end of some busy days.

Beds & pillows are very comfortable. Location is amazing. Close to Old Town and famous Maximillion designer shopping street. Rooms were clean & well equipped and there is a charming garden in the centre of hotel. 2 Amazing Italian restaurants literally around the corner. Rewe supermarket just up the road, other shops very nearby. Staff are very helpful. Our flights was only later than night and they kept our baggage in a baggage room which was very helpful. Bonus that checkout is at 12pm.

Be aware that if you have a late checkout and they charge Euros 50 for 2 hours and Euros 150 for 4 hours per room.

Well located, a short walk from the Hofbrau and a little further to thr Marienplatz but in a quiet corner of its own across the Mandarin. Perfect location. Rooms are sizeable, most importantly the beds are very comfortable esp for a European bed. Best feature of all though is the staff all the front desk people are sooo friendly they make you feel welcome. On site laundry is so convenient. They even provide free soap. I don’t remember their names but young short haired girl and the brunette lady who checked us in and briefed us on the rooms are so pleasant and helpful.

Nothing. Perfect stay!

The hotel’s location is perfect, you’re a couple of blocks away from the old town and the main places to visit. The neighborhood is quiet even though there are some working taking place nearby. The place is wonderful, a mix of modern and cozy rooms that open to a fantastic garden. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and I want to make a special mention about Linda. She is the best!!!!! She was incredibly helpful and kind. I had a health problem and she solved us everything, calling the aphoteke and buying us the medication I needed. In addition she speaks English and also Spanish as a native. It’s fantastic to find someone like her when you’re abroad and far from home!! Thanks Linda! It was a pleasure to meet you!!!

Everything was perfect

The location is perfect to see Munich old town. The apartment was roomy and staff helped us park our car in a small garage but well secured

I didn’t realise that the aircon only works if the window is shut. My fault I guess but the Hotel could have made a small sign under the aircon to advise of this situation. The only thing quite annoying is construction of a new building over the road which won’t be finished till 2026 or later.

Location was excellent - it is in the center of old town and easy to walk to all the sightseeing spots. The garden was lovely. We have young children and it was so nice to have an outdoor space for them to run around in.

The carpet feels a bit old and damp. I would recommend that the hotel remove it. Breakfast was overpriced - it is 24 Euro just for Continental. Eggs are not included.
