Location close to trains

The pricing was confusing Make sure you read carefully I booked double room for 2 people and single room for 1 person Rooms same size Double of course was more expensive While checking out I was charged more because there were2 people in double room

Perfect location close to the central station and the old town of Munich…rooms basic but clean and comfortable…great choice of good food for breakfast…staff very friendly and welcoming…I would stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was attractive and easy to find. The breakfast was really excellent (as were the breakfast staff), with lots of variety for everyone.

The wi-fi was a bit... old-fashioned? You had to get a code from reception (had to figure that out for myself), and it only worked with one device at a time (also figured that out, after being kicked off my phone and laptop a few times). I had to do a work meeting while there and couldn't figure out what was going on with the tech at first. You also have to hand in the old-style keys each time you leave. No air con in my room and because a neighbour smoked frequently on the balcony from very early morning until late at night, leaving my balcony door open a bit to cool the room down was a challenge. I'm sorry about these things, because the staff are great and I would still recommend the hotel.

The location is good. Metro and other transportation means are close. Room was clean and three beds were comfortable. the bathroom was very clean and wide. the building is like historical. Breakfast was amazing, and a man I forgot the name in the breakfast was very kind.

I did not like the staff members, especially the lady and her cold and irritating manners. We tried to pay by card there was problem and we tried several cards again the problem, When I asked her to change the device because it can not be that different bank cards stopped working at the same time, she rolled her eyes and mentioned that it is your card problem. It is good that our friend who lives in Germany helped us. There is no even a bottle of water in the room, when we asked for kettle or hot water for tea, she gave us hot water in a little tea pot of a size 1 cup and didn't want to give cups. Thanks to the younger guy with strange and "cold" jokes we could get tea. By the way hotel doesn't keep your luggage after check out. But there is very good newly opened storage nearby.

We chose this hotel in connection with the Euros 2024 as it was very centrally located. Great central location, only a 5-minute walk from the train station. Smooth check-in even though we arrived very late (02:00). Nice clean rooms with air conditioning. Contrary to several other reviews, we did not find the noise from the road to be a problem if you closed the window. Comfortable beds and a good room. Nice breakfast with friendly staff.

Everything lived up to our expectations, so there is nothing negative to report, except for a rather high price due to the Euro 2024 event.

Well located hotel with lovely helpful staff. Room was small and bathroom very small. We were at the back of the hotel and it was very quiet. Close to Munchen HBF which was excellent for getting to places via train. 15 mInutes walk to the old centre. Good cold breakfast with the standard european offerings. Bonus dog! Loved the greeting we got from Harry when we got back each evening.

A larger room would be nice, but it was OK for the price.

Excellent location, close to the main railway station for underground, Suburban trains, trams and Lufthansa express airport bus, and the Wiesn. Amazing choice at breakfast time. Comfortable beds. Good sound isolation so could not hear the trains or people outside coming back from Oktoberfest celebrations. Rooms tidied, clean dry towels and beds made daily. Lovely staff.

Wish we could have left our suitcases in a room for a few hours when we checked out.

The check in process was super fast, the room size was good enough also was neat & clean. I really loved staying in this hotel which is close to the city center like 10 to 15 mins working distance and the location in the main street which accessible to many transportations options. The hotel is clean and the staff were so friendly and professional ,also the hotel is secured so I didn't worried about my stuff in the room. Thank you all for this good experience that i got from your hotel. Also, I would like to say thank you for the girl who's working at the reception as she was so professional and so helpful to me. One more point during my checkout they gave me a small chocolate box for Christmas.💐

they are not allowed any visitors for security reasons as they explain to me but over all it's doesn't matter for me because i felt safe and comfortable in this hotel.

My Family and I stayed here for the Christmas markets in Munich. We also went to Dachau for a day. The location was very convenient for us, we utilized a lot of public transportation. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very genuine and cared very much about us being comfortable and having a good day.

I do not necessarily think that this property is ideal for large families. I do prefer more of an Airbnb style, as there were not a ton of places to hang out as a family as the rooms were primarily for sleeping. Although, if you cannot find an Airbnb for your family while you are staying in Munich, this is a very good option.

Its a 10min walk from the station, not too far and walkable. Also, its along a quieter part of the street which I appreciate. The other hotel I stayed at a few streets away was so noisy (plenty of honking at night). But this location was good!! The breakfast was also good and I looked forward to it every morning. Simple but satisfying with a selection of breads, hams, and cheeses. There is also a cute white dog at the reception.

The wifi is a little slow. You also cannot access netflix using the wifi.
