Great location, in a nice area, close to a supermarket, across the street to the tram, 700mts of the SBahn and 1600mts of the Hauptbahnhof. The room was comfortable, the hotel provides decent free coffee for guests at the lobby and the gym is small but well equipped.

The cooking plate did not work very well, as well as the dishwasher, which had some defects. We only cooked breakfast, but even for the scrambled eggs was a bit difficult. They also don’t provide any cleaning service for stays below 6 nights, which is a bit too long in my opinion. To get a towel replacement it is necessary to go to the reception and ask for it. Not really a big issue but a bit of a hurdle. It would be nice if at least they would come every 2 days to take out the trash and pick up dirty towels.

Very friendly and comunicative staff, easy to make arangements for room cleaning, parking. 30 min walk to City center, or 10 min by Tram. I recommend Family day tickets, wery good transportation services.

Only 2 chair in an apartament for 4 guests. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, even for kids, 8 and 15. The ventilation system in the bathroom was a little dusty. During our stay only one elevator was working, second one was under repairs, you cannot reach reception or the garage from your room using only the stairs.

The apartment was comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen! Also the location was nice. The public transportation was really near to the hotel (tram station exactly out of the hotel while S2,S7 etc just 5 minutes on foot). The staff at the reception desk was kind

There was no service for cleaning. They informed us that we had to clean by ourselves. This is not an issue for me , but they could provide at least some basic things that you can use in order to be able to clean! Even the garbages we had to throw them away by ourselves at the basement. That could at least pick up the garbages…

Our apartment was great size, more than we expected. We had a full kitchen area with everything provided - even things like washing up liquid and cloths etc. We then had a full sized sofa and dining table area. Our bedroom was separate and a good size. We then also had a separate toilet with a sink and then a separate bathroom. All areas were clean but they didn't offer a room service unless you were staying for longer than we were (4 nights) I think you could get room service but at a cost but I can't quite remember. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as it was a bit expensiclve. Having a full kitchen and a Netto down the road we just got some cereal, milk and fruit for our 4 days which made things a lot cheaper. The hotel is out of the main city area, being about a 20 min walk from the station (don't try and do it with your bags like we did as it seems to take a lot longer!) However as we discovered afterwards there is literally a tram stop outside the hotel which is about 5 stops to the centre. We recommend getting the day card ticket which allows unlimited access to all public transport in the city. With it being away from the centre we tended to stay out all day and eat before we returned as there are no restaurents near by that we could see. Overall though it is a good hotel if you're wanting an apartment option and once you have the trams figured out it is only about 5 mins from the station by tram and just a bit more to the main centre. It also means you're a bit nearer to other attractions such as Schloss Nymphenburg which is out of the main city area.

It is a bit out of the city centre which we knew when we booked it but for some people this might not be ideal. We did have A/C in our room which was good as it was warm when we were there and the room was quite stuffy. The A/C was ok but not tremendous

The room was decent sized as also the bathroom. It was well lit and ventilated. The bus stop was just across the road. They had a laundry room in the basement which was convenient to use. They had complimentary hot chocolate and coffee in the lobby. The

The AC was not very effective. There was no pedestal fan and it got stuffy inside. If one opened the windows the property is on the main road and it gets noisy. The kitchen was quite tiny. There weren't many restaurants around and it felt more isolated an area for our preference.

Great location, a few tram stops away from Munich Hbf, room was spacious, clean and quiet. Very nice breakfast. I have to give a big shoutout to the staff as I forgot to inform them I needed gluten free options for breakfast and the lovely lady in the cafeteria baked some bread for me. They didn't have to do this as I was the one who forgot to inform however this deserves a special mention for service above and beyond!

I wish there was a bar in the lounge area not just beers from the fridge, some more toiletries in the bathroom wouldn't have hurt but this is just nitpicking.

The room apartment was exactly as per pictures shown on the website. We were welcomed by very nice receptionists ,all had good English communication and very helpful. The reception was always helpful at any time. Our room was located to the main road. It had a small kitchen with small cooker, kettle, toaster, sink, small fridge/freezer, dish washer an iron for clothes and a small hair dryer. The bathroom with a big shower with hot water, toilet and sink and a towel heater. The bed was comfortable with feather pillows. And a sofa bed too. And a small table. It was very warm, no need for lots of clothes onces you are in the room cos it's warm. Location was perfect just 10 min walk to lidl. Right outside is the tram which tickets can be bought from the reception or on the tram. Very easy to use. It was just about 10 min by tram to the centre.

The room was located to the main road which was fine but the window are not very sound proof as you can hear all vehicles passing by at night. Honestly didn't bother us much but for a light sleeper it might. The pillows were too soft as they are feather pillows. But I highly recommend everything and would definitely stay there again.

What you'd expect from a large chain German apartment-style hotel. Excellent facilities (including a GHD hairdryer in the room!) Large and very clean. Dishwasher and everything you might need in the kitchen. Separate bathroom (shower over bath) and toilet was good. Very handy for the tramline into town (there's a stop right outside) and the train station. Coffee shop/ cafe just down the road is brilliant - we went several times - 'Die Cibos' - for coffee and food.

Coffee machine is free to use in main reception but wasn't working when we were there. Nice lobby/ lounge area which is good for teens to hang out in if they need a break from their parents (or vice versa!)

The location of the hotel was very important to me, and this hotel was just perfect. As soon as I walked into the hotel, I was greeted by a friendly girl at the front desk who was from Ukraine, just like me. The room itself was just perfect, the kitchen was fully equipped, there was a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, frying pan, pot, cutlery, basically everything. The bathroom was basic but modern, two showers, a sink and a toilet. Bed was very large, for two very comfortable. And for small things: a TV, a chair, a small mirror, a table, a coffee table, two curtains, transparent and solid.

Everything was just great!

Very new and clean apartment Good distance to the public transportation, the tram line is opposite to the hotel

We booked a room for 4 people with the sofa bed and one bed room. When we came at the late night, the sofa bed was not ready made and missed a pillow. The staff didn’t help to bring the missing pillow to our room when we asked and requested us to come and get it ourselves (even though it’s their own mistake?). We ended up spending extra 30 mins for getting the missing pillow and making the sofa bed, which is a bit anoying
