Everything about this place it's 100% worth it, the staff are very kind people and they are for you and try to help you ALWAYS!! I do appreciate it them so much, a big thank you. This is a very nice place, it's always clean and the location can't be better, I could say it's just perfect place to stay but the only bad thing about this place it's during summer season, even though it's super modern and new it has not air conditioner at all!! It can get incredibly warm inside the rooms during day and they put an old and dusty fan that does not the job, you can barely feel the air from it, I really hope this can change, this is my favorite place to stay in Munich when I come to visit my friends. I hope this could be taken as constructive criticism because I love this place and definitely I'm a still choosing it, thank you the staff always 🙏🏻

The flat is in a quiet and nice location, 15 mins from the central station and 20 mins far from the city centre but really well connected with s-bahn and trams, there are cafes and a supermarket nearby. The flat is small but complete, the bed is a decent size (not too small) and really comfortable, there is a kitchenette with kettle microwave coffee machine and a stove top that we didn't use. We were working for 1 entire day and the internet connection was super stable. Late check in and late check out was possible. Definitely recommended.

It's a bit pricey for the position but I guess everywhere is expensive in Munich.

It would be hard to tell the difference between this apartment and a four-star hotel. The room was a good size, heating/cooling worked great, nice kitchenette with the necessities, and very nice views from the large floor to ceiling windows. Close to public transportation. Neighborhood was great with tech-centric businesses (Google, Salesforce, Cancom, Citrix, etc.) so lots of young professionals.

Once I put in the code to get the room key, I was stuck because I had no idea which room the key belonged to and there was no mention of a room number from the host. Luckily, I noticed the key ring had a tab. I flipped the tab over and the room number was printed on it. Issue solved. Also, there was no place to set the dishes to air dry once you washed them. Someone had to wash while the other dried.

The apartment is located in a quiet area and is very close to the S-Bahn or U-Bahn, about a 5-minute walk. It is 4 subway stops away from the city center (Marienplatz), and all subway lines pass through there. The location does not offer breakfast, but there are several cafes and a supermarket in the area. Munich Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) is a 30-minute walk away. The one-bedroom apartment is fine, equipped with a kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, and coffee machine. The location is ideal if you're traveling by car (own or rented), as it offers underground parking for only 10 euros/day. The area where the apartment is located is not a tourist area, but it is safe and quiet. Whether you use a car or public transport, you can easily reach any location in Munich or the surrounding areas.

The garbage chute is located indoors, on the path between the garage and the building's access staircase, and there was a very strong smell when passing through that corridor.

1. The main problem was the lack of air conditioning. It was hot at night and I had to sleep with the window open. On the first night, a truck arrived to unload goods (apparently for the supermarket) at 5:30 in the morning. From Friday to Saturday and from Saturday to Sunday it was loud at night due to people drinking in the street. Unfortunately, during the entire stay I was not able to get enough sleep. 2. The pillows were too soft (but this is a matter of taste).

The check-in was super easy. With a code in a safe box. The apartment is located in a safe and quiet location which we really liked. There's also a big park for children to play in the vicinity (Arnulfpark). There's an EDEKA just around the corner and Dean&David 2 minutes walk away and a DM 8 minutes walk away. I'm sure theres also other stuff. The connection with the center is also all right, but we were using only the car. The apartment was super clean, the bed was comfy and big. We were there for 4 nights and the apartment was cleaned once - for me it is enough, I rather clean it myself and have no strangers in the apartment. A parking space is available for 9€/day - super cheap. The kitchen had a coffee machine, water boiler and there was also a hairdryer. Price - quality ration EXCELLENT!

The amenities in the kitchen were scarce. I missed a drying rack, and more knives (there were only serrated).

We upgraded to a middle size room and that felt pretty spacious. Plenty of cupboard space, warm and clean with a decent sized bathroom. Parking directly under the hotel was very convenient and easy to find. We arrived late in the evening and the supplied instructions made it easy to get the keys - direct lift access from the car park to the room floor was a real bonus. Staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Lots of people complain about lack of space to dry dishes - its a bit awkward but not an issue if you don't have much to washup. We were on a corner and enjoyed the light provided by big windows - these all had blinds so it was easy to control heat/light. Finally, the supermarket two mins walk away was big and had plenty of choice.

The only issue was was a bit of noise from a nearby disco. Our room was on the corner nearest the disco's building which probably didn't help and it really wasn't an issue during our stay .... but if you wanted to leave the windows open, it may be annoying. We were there several nights but only recall hearing it on Friday / Saturday.

Basically but well furnished and sparkling clean. Very well located near public transport, free parking area, and a big supermarket. The place is perfect for a short or long stay. The city center can be reached by foot or train, and there are free parking spaces at Hirschgarten, about 15 minutes walking. Paid parking spots (for free from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. and on Sundays and holidays) are available just in front of the building.

The location is near the main station and easy access to Spar supermarket. Instructions of how to get the keys were.very clear and we had no problems understanding the directions. The kitchen was very well equipped with a fridge and cooking utensils. Although the apartment faces the railway tracks, it was not noisy at all and so our sleep.was undisturbed.

The bathroom was not very practical as there was no door and the bathwater tend to overflow to the tiles outside. There was no privacy as the walls of the bathroom were made of clear glass.

The rooms are spacious and in a quiet area perfect for catching up on sleep after exploring Munich. I also loved that it is close to the S-Bahn lines for easy travel to Marienplatz and the Airport. It is also close to an Edeka grocery store which helps with saving money on food and coffee.

I didn’t like that there was a coffeemaker but no coffee pods. I had to wait until Monday to buy coffee pods because the grocery stores in Munich all close on Sunday.
