Alex went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. He stores medicine that needed a refrigerator for us. He gave us a cappuccino when we arrived and gave us helpful advice for dining and transportation. He also speaks several languages. Loved layout of room with a separate shower and sink from another bathroom and sink. Excellent for couples. Spacious room in a quiet area near bus stop.

No coffee maker and hotel is quite far from the downtown tourist center and Octoberfest. Public transportation as well as an Uber took a lot of time to get to because of traffic.

Breakfast was really good! I thought breakfast was untill 11:00 (I was there on saturday), but it was untill 10:30. The lady the lady who ownes the hotel thought it was no problem that I was too late and I still could enjoy the nice breakfast. Really Nice people working in the hotel (mother and daughter who I spoke with). The daughter gave me a nummer to call a cab. But with public transport it’s also really good to manage. My room was small (1 person room) but everything was clean. I was there for the Adele concert and in about 15 minutes I was at the concert. From the hotel to the centre of Munich it was about 20 minutes with public transport.

Very clean. The staff very helpful and good. Want to say big thank you to Alex and the management for making my stay flawless and going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The location was perfect and near the metro and alot of buses available. Very good residential area. I was very impressed. Highly recommend.

everyone was here to see a certain someone. Really well connected to central Munich and Munich messe stadium- took less than 30mins to get there and no issues getting back after the concert Booked very late and got a good price comparatively

There was a ledge above the head of the bead which meant you couldn’t sit up in bed- but not a deal breaker just a note

Good value for money. Room was a decent size. Parking on site was available. Easy check-in. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was a bit too expensive for our taste, so we didn't have any there. Fees for parking are also on the higher side.

Easy communication with friendly and helpfull staff, clean room with balcony, adequate facilities and fridge with cold beveriges.
