Friendly, nice breakfast, you could drink something in evening, clean room, all went fine.

Not really that much parking place in hotel but more behind you can put your car at street without any problem.

I was surprised by the rooms, they were individual decorated and the windows could even be opened. The breakfast was good, especially as the hotel wasn't that big. I very ,much liked the art that was present everywhere and the staff could even tell from whom the art was and if you could purchase it.

The only negative point I have was the lack of parking spots. We traveled with our own car and had to park on a public street (not far from the hotel), but I didn't liked that very much as the space wasn't secured. They only had 10 parking spots next to the hotel.

The waiters were very helpful and kind and the hotel was clean and hygienic with a sense of design, which gave us a very good stay.

The location is a bit awkward, about the same time walking and taking the tube from the train station. This meant that it also took us some time to get to and from the nearby metro station. Also the hotel was under renovation nearby and even though we chose a high floor we still couldn't see a good view.

The shower was big, which was great. The room was very clean. Definitely value for money if you only need somewhere to sleep.

Staff at the front desk need to acknowledge new arriving clients quickly, instead of continuing with what they are doing, and only assisting when they are done (they were not assisting any other clients, they were just talking to each other).

The hotel offers a great standard for the price, for a couple of nights it is alright, breakfast is excellent and the staff is very welcoming, we spent a night out after a long drive and it was exactly what we needed, I can only recommend it to everyone!

Parking is there but it can be limited if the hotel is packed, however we did not have any problem with that. Make sure you reserve a parking lot with your reservation!

Very friendly staff, nice rooms, clean hotel, decent breakfast (nothing special, but good enough selection, late breakfast until 10:30 on weekdays (11 on weekends) is a big bonus :) A lovely touch is that guests can chose to refuse the room cleaning in return for a free drink voucher at the bar :)

The room close to the main road was very noisy with the window open even just a little bit. The location is not very central but a good 10 minutes walk from the centre doesn't do harm (30 minutes to the expo is also bearable)

the loud noise of an arab man that working in the hotel , his voice was too loud when i was getting off my room at the morning 🤨, i think he was instructing the cleaner ! he must react gently 🤨

Nice staff, breakfast facilities, stylish rooms. Great that room has Chromecast enabled TV. Free cot was offered.

Would be nice if rooms were a bit more child-friendly - softer corners, out-of-reach toilet brush, etc. Was able to move tricky items in some cases.

Super friendly staff! No hiccups on check-in, nice bar. Good breakfast. All in all very very good in terms of amenities. I forgot a thing in my room and the staff contacted me immediately upon finding. Excellent service culture.

The beds were too soft for me.

The room was lovely and clean,modern. I liked that they had food and drinks down stairs but over priced for drinks.

No kettle in the room with tea or coffee! 10 min from train station. Staff need to be better trained on the bar. They didn't seem to know what to do.
