The hotel is situated in beautiful surroundings. The design of the rooms is extraordinary (I loved the basket egg chair). Clean and quiet. Good breakfast.
I know there were vending machines with water at the reception but once I arrived to the hotel after 11 pm, I just wanted to have a sip of water and to go to bed. There was no bottled water in the room, I thought it is a standard for the hotels. At least I believe the tap water was drinkable 🙂

no family rooms for more than 3 people, we had to get 2 rooms and they were at different ends of the hallway. no balcony and the view is covered by trees and out to the side. screen in window was torn. Dinner was very expensive!

Restaurant and bar is good, location especially lake side cycling tracks are excellent. Right in to the woods so great feel in lap of nature.
For connectivity hotel should provide shuttle services from nearest station free of cost.

Very nice but a bit remote location. I can imagine in the spring and summer this hotel is exceptional with respect to the lakeside location. Staff, facilities, breakfast were all very good to excellent. Great implementation of the Covid-19 hygienic rules and measures. The parking was free (maybe part of the deal?)
The free WiFi was poor, which was rather annoying because cellular coverage was not great either. Good place for people that want to disconnect :-) The location is remote and you need a car or a bike. This is of course very good if you want to relax but you need the shuttle or taxi to reach the place if you do not have a car.

the hotel is in front of the late and with quite location. the public transportation is convenient, the tram station, train station and bus station are only 10 mins by foot from the hotel. staffs are friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, room was clean and overall good experience with a great location. Really the staff is very helpful and you can see that they care about the people inside the facilities even for help at 4am in the morning. Highly recommend this place.
