beautiful interior/ modern , nice view

part of the electricity didn’t work e.g. blinds or the mirror light in the main bathroom. also, the bin was not emptied/cleaned from the prior guest. and parking was apparently not available, we spoke to different staff members and all of them had different understanding about it therefore gave wrong information, this was frustrating, especially since we were looking for an accommodation with parking facility. we ended up parking in the 24hrs parking from the shopping center and paid more than 50€ per day….

Great location one stop from the main central station. Good shopping on the doorstep for both groceries and a variety of shopping outlets. Very comfortable apartment.

Doors and windows are quite heavy to move until you get used to them. Recommend side tables in the lounge. Lights in the cupboards remained on unless you closed the sliding doors “just right”. Could get hot in the summer but there was a good breeze through the apartment.

Loved the use of space and optimisation with technology. Very helpful staff.

Nothing to complain about at all. Just the basin in the bathroom had a bit of a leak, so we had to use the little one in the toilet. Since we were staying over the weekend, weren't sure if someone would be able to come n fix it. It's good there was an alternative, otherwise it would have been a bit tricky. But apart from that, a wonderful stay.

Very beautiful sleek design apartment. Comfortable and well laid out. Excellent kitchen and shower. Nearby Underground stop, but already 15 minute walk to Hbf and 20-25 to city center with most museums theater and music. Building is next to Milaneo Center with limitless shopping and food.

Perfect location, beautiful view from the terrace. Fully stuffed kitchen, bathroom and the room. The apartment is suitable for both - short and long term staying. It will definitely suit for those who prefer freedom and independence, and appreciate quite environment and privacy.

Excellent position adjacent to Mileaneo shopping centre. Very comfortable bed and settee. All appliances worked. Management office open weekdays. Contact free check in. The balcony was nice although only one chair and we were advised it wasn't possible to have a second one although both neighbours had two chairs. Unit was very clean and attractive.

We knew there was no air conditioning but it was hot during our 12 night stay in June. We left the balcony doors open overnight and it was extremely noisy, mostly sirens from emergency vehicles(police station opposite), and mosquitoes were a nuisance even though we were on the 11th floor.

The room was very lovely and luxurious, we even got a free room upgrade! We only stayed 2 nights so we didn’t use the kitchen area but many facilities to meet all your needs, would be great for a longer stay also.

No staff onsite on weekends.

Nursel (office manager) is the most incredible woman and Cloud No. 7 is so lucky to have her. The room with all its facilities is fantastic and they have such great showers. This accomodation made our holiday GREAT.

I think it’s great but to make it even better it could use a folder with what’s around. Especially if you arrive on a Sunday like we did… we didn’t know where to eat and most places are closed so we forked out for delivery and turns out there was a restaurant 150m down the road… a folder with tips and also advice on how to use the train system would be greatly appreciated by most people.

The apartment is modern and beautiful. The view from the balcony was outstanding. It is easy to reach the city center and the station taking different U-Bahn lines. There is a shopping center a few meters away and the Stadtbibliothek is also very close. The woman at the reception was very kind and helpful.

The apartment was a bit dark, and we couldn't find the kettle.

The appartament its really great! We wanted to celebrate christmas dinner there while we visited my sister in stuttgart and had no problem to fit our three people dinner there or cook it :) Even if the room was for two people , it didnt feel small for when we were three! We were really happy and had a lovely christmas week , we will be sure to return if we come back to the city!!

The bed pillows were too soft but we managed with the sofa ones, the room was very hot at night, and some kitchen things needed to be cleaned, but nothing was a big problem that we couldnt find an easy solution :)
