The hotel and indeed the whole area seem to be newly built in the last few years so the architecture is modern and the buildings sufficiently new that there's nothing falling apart. The room was modern and clean, the bathroom great with good water pressure. My window gave out to the local library - not the best but can't complaint either. Pillows were firmer than normally found in a hotel, always a welcome surprise.

€15 added to my bill for checking in an hour early.... An unnecessary way of extracting a bit of cash from the guest.

Location is perfect, one metro stop from the train station and two stops from the city center. The national library is located right in front of the hotel and there is a very nice shopping center 100 meters from the hotel. Many Italian restaurants outside the hotel as well. The hotel is very clean and modern. Staff is very nice.

The room was very small, if you have two luggages, there's no space to open them. There is no fridge in the room, which is weird for such a modern and big hotel. People need the fridge to keep drinks and baby food/milk cool. There was also no water provided in the room, again, unexpected for this kind of hotel. You would expect to find at least a bottle of free water in the room.

The location is among 1 large shopping malls, and there is a train just 2 mins from the exit, and that connects to the main train station. and among other places. Hotel rooms are good. It is better to go with the premium room. which comes with complimentary water.

The complimentary water can sometime take awhile to be replenish. since they don't have all the bottles at the receptions. have to wait for the housekeeping crew to replace it, but the downside is only this because for a good cause house keeping is not every day so sometimes it gets missed out.

Location was fantastic and the newness of the hotel made the overall stay comfortable. Room was nothing special but it was clean and comfortable and the layout was functional.

Random fluctuation in rates from one night to next. Overall value of my invoice was fine but wild fluctuations caused difficulties with the expense system at work (one night was well under budget while the other was well over). Regardless of their own pricing algorithm, can’t they put a single night rate on the final invoice? Bar was a little stinky. I understand the need for cleanliness but if you use really harsh chemicals to clean everything, it makes it difficult to enjoy a drink and your clothes and belongings end up stinking,

great location! right next to stadtbibliothek which is a must-see while visiting stuttgart. at some point we had a problem with our door and the staff were polite and understanding, they helped us right away. they accept deliveries which helped me a lot. they dont clean the room unless you specifically ask them to.

no slippers avaliable. no fridge in the room. the bed was too soft for my liking, but my friend said it was just fine. also i would appreciate it if there was at least one bottle of water in the room.

Location. Big shopping mall with restaurants 100 meters away, two metro (public transport) stations 2-3 minute walk away, parking availability. Comfy bed. Kettle etc. to make tea/coffee.

The carpet in my room needs cleaning. There were multiple stains, and it was just... not clean enough, which was in a sharp contrast compared to the rest of the room. Pretty much no storage. My room was at the ground floor, basically 1 meter above the adjacent sidewalk outside. It's not particularly busy, but that forced me to have the drapes closed all the time - no natural daylight.

The location is great - next to U-bahn station with direct links to the city centre, as well as the Airport. Milaneo shopping mall is next to the hotel, and it’s less than 10 minutes walk to the Main Train Station. The room was tidy and clean, just enough space for the family of 4 for a few nights. If I recall correctly, kids stay for free, so it was good value for money. The food selection for breakfast was good.

A bit tiny space for breakfast given the hotel size and number of guests, it was quite crowded.

Good location. The metro/train line go direct to the airport. Shopping mall just next to the hotel. And the city library next to the hotel as well. Free to visit and read books or newspaper, they have few foreign newspapers, library itself is an architectural gem.

We like to hangout in the bar every hotel we went in the evening before bed. The hotel lounge bar is slow to take order and prepare drinks. The staff in the reception responsible to the bar at the same time entertain in the reception makes the service a bit slow.

This was a typical chain hotel but everything felt new and super clean. It’s next to a shopping mall with two grocery stores and is not far from the train station.

We had to evacuate the hotel around 10pm. They made an announcement in the hotel to all rooms and an announcement when we got outside. The problem was the announcements were in German and 90% of the people standing outside spoke a language other than German, everyone spoke English so they should have made the announcement in English as well. When someone asked, they did that and explained there was a smell of gas. For us to be outside for two hours without a proactive explanation in English was frustrating. This is a hotel so I’d think that would be expected.

Hotel is well maintained with spacious room and bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff. Great location, close to train station and next to Milaneo Mall. So happy to find one of our favourite restaurants, Hans Im Gluck right next door. We will stay here again the next time we visit Stuttgart.

Would be great if there was a mini fridge and a slightly bigger wardrobe/clothes hanging space. We found blond hair on the carpet and requested twice to have our room cleaned but nothing was done after the third night. According to reception, our first request was not recorded and the second time was due to a miscommunication between reception and cleaning team.
