The location of the hotel is pretty good - it is 15 minutes walking distance from the central train station, where the old town also begins. There is a shopping mall right next to the hotel, including some good restaurants and bakeries. The room was clean, quiet and the location in general is pretty quiet too.

For the fist two of the three days we stayed there, the central air conditioning did not work and the room was pretty hot, despite it being fairly chilly outside for August (14-15 degrees celsius). Opening windows helped somewhat. They did fix it on the third day.

The hotel's promise of having soundproofed rooms is true. I am quite certain that the hotel was not completely empty, yet I did not hear a single guest. This enabled an exceptional, quiet stay and nights full of rest. This could especially be important to business travellers. The choice of TV channels is exceptional, and many of them are not in German but in a wide variety of languages. The wi-fi was excellent, and I used the free option, so I am certain that the paid Internet is superfast. The room was bright, clean and warm and had plenty of space. Finally - the location. Although not in the old part of the city centre, this hotel boasts an excellent location with regards to a newly built part of Stuttgart's city centre. It is very close to the lovely Stuttgart Public Library and the Milaneo shopping centre (2-minute walk). It is also very close to the underground railway (the Stadtbibliothek metro stop). If you like to walk, you can reach the heart of the city in 10-15 minutes. I would recommend this hotel to travellers who seek quiet and comfort.

I liked everything about this hotel.

The staff are great! Especially Mr. Kopp, very friendly and helpful.

The internet wi-fi, it is not horrible, simply did not working! You must expend 10min trying connecting and if you do not keep using it, you must try connect again. It is a nightmare. Another point, there is no fridge, not sure if was the cheapest option or simply the did not provide instead.

Comfy and clean beds. Clean towels. Daily housekeeping. Bus stop right in front of hotel. Good variety of TV channels (but most were in German). Friendly staff.

There was an unpleasant smell from the toilet noticed as soon as we checked in to the room. After cleaning it the first day, it was fine but returned after we came back the second day. Heating wasn't much so we were still quite cold in the room.

It felt high-end. Particularly liked the shower, and the ease with which I could access the parking facility.

Towels were a bit small, it was a hike to the train station (or rather from, as it is mostly uphill). Some type of shuttle would be great.

Great location, parking available next to hotel. Tea/coffee machine and small fridge in room. Very clean and quiet. Reception team Very professional.

there was no small refrigerator in the room(No need to be full with mini bar - just empty) TV remote didn't work- repaired very fast by the staf) lamp on table didn't work(I told the staff only when I left) no central lamp on the ceiling only peripheral.

Have stayed before, good location, clean, quality rooms and hotel, secure parking.

Reception and bar area feels a little dated from when I last stayed (although that was way back in 2019)
