We recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by its perfect location—the train station is literally right in front of the hotel door, making it incredibly easy to get around. The mini market at the reception, is super convenient. The pizza offered there is a great touch, especially since you can cook it on-site at a very reasonable price—perfect for nights when you just want to relax in your room. The breakfast is quite good, with a nice selection of options to start your day. The breakfast area and reception are modern and welcoming, creating a great first impression. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which added to the overall experience.

The rooms are a bit outdated and could benefit from refurbishment. The pillows, in particular, are not very comfortable and could use an upgrade to improve the overall stay. Another downside is the single lift, which often results in long waiting times, especially during busy periods.

I had the pleasure of staying at that wonderful hotel iBis and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. (( Kevin )), who works at the front desk, truly made my stay unforgettable. His warm and welcoming nature made me feel right at home. Kevin went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable, always eager to assist with any request or concern, no matter how small. It was clear that when it comes to guest satisfaction, the hotel and its staff, especially Kevin, are willing to do whatever it takes to ensure a memorable stay. His dedication and attention to detail made all the difference. I am incredibly grateful for the kindness and support I received during my visit. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch service and a truly enjoyable experience!

A real minor triumph this set-up. Easy to get to, and super helpful staff. The room is bijou, but super comfy. The underground parking was a real plus ( i had a lot of gear in my vehicle) , especially since you get a free parking ticket. I didn't get the chance to go into the city, but the Hochpark next door, is a delight.

The only gripes were the heating was way to warm and slow to adjust ( i slept with the window open), and for some reason they crammed most of the guests into the same section on the 7th floor. The resulting door slamming was disturbing. One other point is that the underground garage is a very tight fit for a campervan!

The hotel is located just outside the U-Bahn station of Maybachstraße which is perfect for visiting the city centre. The hotel has a private underground car park which costs €10 a day. Accessible elevator from the car park straight to the hotel reception and rooms. The hotel room is basic but clean and sufficient for a few nights. Beds are comfortable. Shower is separate from the toilet and the sink is situated in the room itself. The reception area has a coffee machine and snacks available for sale. We enjoyed our stay. We would recommend it.

It would have been nice to have a choice of soft and firm pillows (only soft ones were available). There isn't much to do in the vicinity in the evenings.

Perfect hotel for a quick solo trip. The room is sparsely furnished, but I was aiming for value over luxury so that's exactly what I wanted. Check in / check out process was easy and the staff I spoke to spoke English as well which was a big plus. The location was not in the centre, but still good as there was an underground station located directly outside the hotel.

Single blankets for a double bed. Also a staff member queried something with me at around half past 10 which was a little bit late for me.

The check in went very fast and good. I also could add a parking space in the garage so that was also handled very fast. Then the room was what I expected. Clean, simple, the bed was good for me. It was what I expected for 78 EURO a night. The location is also good if one has a car that I had. Not sure with transport else.

Overall was all good. One point is it was a bit fresh in the room, not expected as is June but outside was not warm either. I tried to put on the heater but did not manage. I could also have asked I am sure but for 1 night I did not want to go into. So that was even more on my side as I did not ask but wanted to go to bed. I had enough bed sheets so I had warm enough to sleep. So that is basically also fine.

The location was better than expected, just five stops from the Hauptbahnhof and a few blocks from a lovely park for walking/running. You pop out of the U-bahn just steps from the front door... hard to beat that when you've got luggage with you. The breakfast was great -- lots of delicious options and plenty of coffee choices. Didn't interact with staff much, but everyone I did talk to was friendly and helpful.

Long wait for the elevator (because one elevator was broken, which I imagine will be a transient problem). Some street noise on the front side, so if you're a light sleeper, I would bring earplugs.

The room was pretty clean. There were enough towels for two people as well as a soap, a body wash, and toilet paper.

I'm sad I couldn't open the window fully. It only opened a bit which wasn't enough to ventilate the room properly before going to sleep. I get that this was probably done for safety reasons but it still felt too hot and hard to breathe the entire night because of that. The only dirty thing about the room was the shower which had a couple of hairs from other people. The shower door was also pretty bad. It didn't close properly and I needed to ask my wife to hold it for me, so I wouldn't leave a puddle of water next to the bed.

1. Good transport connections as hotel is right at the metro station. 2. Tegut supermarket is a 5 min walk. Hot snacks and hot drinks available there. 3. Room was very tidy, comfortable and clean.

1. Connecting to WiFi from my room was difficult. It takes about 5 min of searching to connect to the hotspot. Sometimes I had to go down to Reception to connect to WiFi, and then bring up my phone to the room. However, once connected, the WiFi connection holds. Suspect signal is marginal in my room. 2. No hot cooked breakfast eg scrambled eggs etc. 3. Electric kettle in room was not provided, though requested. 4. No nearby pharmacy. Few restaurants and eateries within walking distance.

Perfect for the price and for a small trip with a family.IS not luxury, but budget category, however is clean, has all the facilities one can wish for. Walking distance from train station, from city center , perfect for a short trip.

A bit faster WIFI. AC abit noisy, but was we did not needed, and if you open the windows in the evening , tends tobe abit noisy as it our room overlook the main street.
