During my two-day stay at Niu Hotel in Stuttgart, I had a mixed experience. The hotel's location wasn't the best, lacking nearby restaurants and markets. However, its proximity to the train station, just five minutes away, was convenient for transportation. The standout feature was the friendly reception staff, particularly Ali, who made me feel welcome and attended to my needs. The room itself was a highlight – clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The bathroom was especially impressive, with its amazing features. While the hotel's location might be a drawback for some, the positive aspects of the stay, including the welcoming staff and well-appointed rooms, made for a comfortable visit.

I like the hotel’s very aesthetic and modern design. It truly gives off high end, urban vibes! Feuerbach is only 2 train stations away from the main station in Stuttgart, which means the location is also pretty good.

I didn’t bring any of my own bathroom essentials with me because I was expecting to find toiletries like body lotion, hair conditioner etc. in the bathroom, but unfortunately the hotel only offers a 3in1 body, face and hair wash. It also would be great to give people the opportunity to screen share content from their devices to the TV without having to use paid apps like Miracast.

For a 2-nights transit, it was great for us! It is close to the metro station and you can arrive in the city center in about 20 minutes (check the tickets options and ensure you get at least 1 adult ticket for 1 zone; you can take up to 4 zones), and also to the Porsche museum (a walk for about 45-50 min). The breakfast is varied, and although many options are just standard, I enjoyed the camembert cheese, the fresh herbs, the warm eggs and the flavored tea variety. We didn't use the private parking, because we were lucky enough to find a free spot in front of the hotel. If you don't arrive too late, you might find one too (about 15-17 cars could fit on this street we guess). The staff was pretty friendly at the time of check-in, and although not everyone speaks English, I could observe that for every shift there was at least 1 person with whom you could communicate. 🙂

The pet fee is a bit overpriced. I payed 15€ for my cat (30€/2 nights) that has everything he needs (cat litter box, sleeping box, feeding bowls) and it is home-trained and sleeps all day long. Not sure what services would this fee cover. Maybe a drop in the fee for cats could be considered. 🙂 Fresh fruits would be nice at breakfast. Carpet/wall stains could be removed with a bit of grease remover spray, but I understand that there might be no enough time between one customer and another.

it´s 3rd time we stay at niu form hotel and for sure we will come back in the future, the room is not big but we had everything we pretty needed, and everything was "niu" :), the location is not in the center of the city but to get there is very easy with the metro and pretty fast. And we enjoyed our free drinks :D

a smaller wardrobe would be great to have it, sometimes the hangers are not enough

This modern, updated hotel was nice place to stay while passing through on our trip through Germany. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good. Free parking in their underground parking garage was especially nice.

The staff seemed rather ambivalent towards their guests, but they did recommend a good place for dinner. The location wasn't really near anything of interest and it was difficult to tell if it was a safe neighborhood, but all in all, it was a good stay.

the niu Form is a great option for a convenient stay in Stuttgart, especially if you are looking for a democratic price. I especially liked the stylish modern interior. The hotel is also very well situated - vibrant locations like Killesberg and Milano are easily accessible. All in all, the price-quality ratio is excellent.

I have no big criticism points. The only thing I would add would be a little more light in the room. But, unless you need to read small fonts at night, it is fine.

Pleasant and sufficient breakfast. Remarkable value for the cost. Ample street parking along with a well-priced and convenient garage option.

Unfortunately, despite the "do not disturb" sign, the cleaning staff entered the room, interrupting my much-needed rest after being out until 6 a.m. Additionally, I found the Sunday staff to be rather dismissive and unhelpful.

the room is spacious,clean,well furnished and comfy. the room has got Bluetooth speakers to connect to your phone you can connect the tv to your phone through google cast. the location is between 2 metro stations from where you can gave a 10 min ride to the central station/city center . staff are nice and helpful the bathroom is spacious and there is a dryer

Room was cozy. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Bar was decent and had some decent food. Right next to T-Mobile so cell signal was very strong.

Used my cell phone hot spot because the Wifi was really slow. Lack of full door or curtain in shower caused water to go out on bathroom floor. Free drink ticket had unexpected limitations.

The hotel is located between office buildings and road crossings. No fancy surroundings nearby, but metro station and supermarket is close, it was perfect for our one night transit stay. The room and the bathroom is modern and was clean, underground parking was also OK for €12/night (maybe it's free on the street if you can find a place nearby). Bed was large and comfy, also liked the thick (but light) warm quilt. USB charger outlets and bluetooth audio is a nice addition. Didn't try breakfast because of reviews from others.

A minor annoyance is the bathroom without shower curtain or wall - I guess that's some accessibility feature, but even showering cautiously makes the entire bathroom floor wet. The room had no wardrobe furniture, just some hangers, which can be annoying for longer stays. We arrived in coldish weather and felt the room a little cold - the thermostat didn't really affect the temperature at all even when set to max for hours (no visible heating anywhere in room), but in the end we could sleep well under the warm quilts.
