I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel in Chania, Crete, and I can’t praise Samauthe and her team enough. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and truly valued as a guest. Samauthe’s warm hospitality set the tone for my stay. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring that every detail was perfect. Whether it was recommending local dining spots or arranging activities, her knowledge of the area was invaluable. The team mirrored her dedication, always ready with a smile and a genuine willingness to assist. The hotel itself was stunning, with beautiful accommodations But it was the exceptional service that truly made my experience unforgettable. Every interaction with Samauthe and her team felt personal, and their passion for hospitality shone through. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Chania, I highly recommend this hotel. Very nice hotel and staff. The rooms were very clean, good breakfast with fresh local orange juice. The hotel is placed next to the main bus station of Chania.(aprox 20' from the airport) In the last day of our holiday because we had to leave early, they gave us the breakfast to go which was very kind from them.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Firstly, the communication was excellent, my questions were answered immediately, a taxi pick-up was organised and I was greeted in a very friendly manner upon arrival. The hotel's team is nothing short of brilliant. It is a rare thing to be greeted each time you enter or leave the hotel lobby, wake in the morning or go to breakfast. Every person was friendly, from the reception to the cleaning staff to the breakfast staff and they are so genuine about it. The breakfast was sensational, all the normal foods plus some local treats such as spinach and cheese pies, stuffed vegetables and eggs with feta, together with freshly squeezed orange juice. I was even welcomed with wine and sweets on the first day. The room was very comfortable and clean and the location excellent. Very close to the bus station, shops, old town and beach. The staff were obliging and helpful-told me that I needed to have the long-distance bus tickets printed so they did this for me, they also gave my advice on what to see and do during my stay. I had to work a little while I was there and the wifi was great, so was the large desk! I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

These are minor things, definitely not criticisms but just suggestions for improvement-dare I say that they may cause some guests to rate the hotel low, so its worth considering: the air conditioning worked but was challenging to operate as it was either too weak or too strong-maybe some simple printed instructions would help. You may also consider providing a normal blanket for those that prefer them to the thin ones as they are not really warm. You could mention that the balcony provides an internal courtyard view as some people obviously expect sweeping views of the beach and are disappointed when they find that their balcony overlooks local peoples' apartments. Again, not a problem for me at all.

The location is exceptional, 5 min walk from bus station and right in the city centre. You are basically in the middle of the main attractions. - The cleanliness was exceptional, very fast and so effectively planned that we were never bothered by the cleaning service. Never experienced anything like this before. - The staff everywhere is amazing (reception, cleaning, restaurant). They give you the best tips where to go and every time you need something, they are all willing to help you. Amazing team! - The bedrooms are well equipped and very quiet. - Great value for the money!

The only thing that could be improved are the pastries at the breakfast.

Our stay was only for 2 nights and it was amazing because of the staff. One lady in particular at reception called Samantha was so extremely kind and helpful. She gave so many recommendations and helped us with everything. She was so professional and welcoming. I must say the rest of the staff were brilliant too, it’s so lovely to be greeted with a genuine smile and feel so welcomed. Also breakfast was amazing, although there wasn’t a huge variety it was so fresh and clean!

Nothing really but if I had to pick something the room could be a bit bigger and the lift may need to be changed as you have pull the door open which is a bit of a hassle when you have luggage.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in! It should have 5*. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling, they are so careful to your needs. The cleanliness is top notch and the rooms are beautiful. The breakfast was amazing, fresh orange juice and so many delicious Greek treats. The location is ideal, close to the bus stop and also the port. It was simply the best possible experience for our first time in Chania and for celebrating our anniversary. They even gave us a delicious sweet treat as a gift for our celebration. We're already considering booking again for September!

Breakfast (the same one during all our stay) not superlative but sufficient. Excellent location. Very gentle staff.

Bed wasn’t comfy.. Especially with peope who have back problems. Something I will recommend to have in mind!

The hotel is very close to the city center , 3min by walk, a nice new builduing, with very nice and helpful stuff. Very various choice of breakfast + room service. Rooms are very clean, cleaned every day or on request. A beautyfull huge terrase for enjoying the sun. (room 404)

The cleaning ladys could be a little bit less talkative while cleaning the rooms in the morning. I had no choice than wake up with them on my rest days .

Great location, quick an easy to get to the old town, bus station (to other parts of the island) and near a nice sandy beach. The rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast was delicious. But for me the staff made our visit. They were so friendly and helpful going out off their way to ensure we had the best stay. A particular thank you to Michail and Samantha for giving us some great recommendations - they truly provided the most amazing service and were just so friendly. Thank you
