The hotel is situated close to the centre of Heraklion, 5-10 minutes walk to the major sights, including the Archeological Museum. There is a supermarket nearby and many shops and restaurants in the centre of the town. The bus station, from which buses for Knóssos leave, is 5 minutes walk, the main bus station (with buses to other places in Crete) some 10 minutes walk. The hotel is situated in a quiet street. It has 6 floors and 3-4 rooms on each floor. Most rooms have a balcony but the view is not spectacular (unless you stay on one of the highest floors). I had a double room, which was actually a triple room, as there was also a sofa. It was spacious, very clean, had a fridge, a safe, an iron, a tea/coffee making facility (which was great) and a working air-conditioning (also great, as it was quite cold outside). Wifi worked very well, without any cuts. Breakfast is served on the ground floor. The offer was always the same but always quite rich, encompassing eggs, sausage, cheese, croissants, cakes and much more. I appreciated the breakfast was served from 7 am, as that allowed me to take some earlier buses. The staff at the reception were all very nice and helpful. Generally, I was happy with my choice of the hotel and I would not hesitate to stay at the Infinity City Boutique Hotel if back to Heraklion.

The walls are quite thin, so noisy neighbours can be a problem. I was surprised that some guests left the TV on (loudly) the whole night, disturbing other guests. But that is not the fault of the hotel.

Firstly, the location is great. It’s really close to 25th of August street and all the other highlights of the city center and the port so it was easy to walk around, explore, and join any tours. A close second but so close it doesn’t even matter was the staff! MVP to Michalis, all the staff were so nice, helpful, and accommodating but Michalis has a special place in our hearts. He was setting the standard for all the staff and I believe this is why everyone was so amazing. Also the rooms are so well kept, it always felt clean and refreshing to come back to the room after a long day of touring around.

The only thing I can complain about was the size of the shower, it’s a bit small but whatever everything else was so great.

Location of the hotel is excellent, in a quite street in the inner centre of the city and just next to the city port (important if you take a boat trip to Santorini), where you can also embark on the tourist bus, which regularly circle around the city's main attractions and to the close by city beach. Room is not big but it is clean, has all important amenities and has a small balcony, with a partial see view on the port. It is as advertised through pictures on booking platform and the value for the money ratio is good. Breakfast is decent, but nothing more than that, as it lacks variety and could definitely include some more fruit options, e.g being in Greece in the middle of the summer I expected some watermelons to be an option, as it had always been the case in my prior visits to Greece in the same period of the year. Of course it is not a five star resort and you can't expect the breakfast as in one, but the recommendations I suggested regarding the available local seasonal fruit (rather than ananases and apples) should not be expensive and would significantly raise the quality of the breakfast in my opinion. The best asset of the hotel are its stuff, made of locals which are both friendly and knowledgeable and ready to help in any moment. My special thanks go to Pantelist, one of the receptionist, who provided us with all the right advices, only local could know... and that's why it is in my opinion very important for the hotel owners and people working in tourism to hire local people as much as they can and pay them well, even if they are sometimes more expensive than ones imported from abroad just for the tourist season. In this case I can just say the hotel owners have a good team (receptionists, cleaning ladies, breakfast lady), which certainly enhances the overall quality of stay in the hotel.

The walls and floor between rooms are really thin and you can hear and feel any noise made in the neighbouring rooms, but I am not sure anything can be done about it in a near future, without large

Nicely located hotel in the historic center, offering partial view of the harbor in upper floors. The hotel's big asset is its people: from the excellent service of the front desk to the smiling cook at breakfast and the (very) polite cleaning staff.

The rate is overpriced for what the stay offers. This is not a boutique hotel, or else if it aspires to be they should invest more on the room's ambiance as well as the breakfast area. For ex. when opening the roof of the breakfast area (for much desired light and fresh air) there is dirt, noise or even water splashing from the upper floors and the surrounding buildings... The balconies of the rooms are dated and totally without character, under no circumstances would I want to sit there and relax.

We arrived very early at the hotel and the room was not ready yet, but the employee at the reception invited us to serve breakfast and a coffee (although it was not included for that day). We received the room earlier than the time provided in the reservation, which was a great help as we were tired. The room is clean, linens and towels are impeccable, equipped with an iron. The employees are wonderful, they responded promptly to all our needs: recommendations for places to visit, where to eat, I applied for the car rental service (which was very convenient - pick up and drop off the car at the hotel). The first morning there was work on the building next door, which was a little disturbing, but we were immediately offered a room on the other side of the hotel so that we would not be disturbed. The hotel is located very close to the center, port, restaurants and nightlife. The breakfast is rich and tasty.

Although there is a coffee machine in the room description and in the photos, the room is not equipped with one. When I said this at the reception, the employees offered to bring coffee to my room in the morning. So again, great employees.

Modern hotel close to the museum, port area, bus station, and old town. Loved the bright, clean room with ceiling high windows. An amazing breakfast buffet with every fresh breakfast food one can imagine, including freshly baked breads, rolls, and cakes. As we stayed over Christmas, the lobby had numerous Christmas cookies available. The hotel was more than generous with their food, hospitality, and good Christmas vibe. A shout out to the small, almost hidden Greek taverna (Plani Restaurant) located right beside the hotel. Wished we had discovered it sooner; probably best food experienced during our stay in Crete.

Unfortunately, but for 2 nights only, we had a family or two with a herd of children, staying above us, the stomping of which became quite noisy late into the evening. When the children seemed to be either out or sleeping, a couple lost no time in using their opportunities which was 100% audible to us below, over and over again; we could not escape the noise thus became quite uncomfortable. Perhaps hotel owners need to look at some soundproofing options, for the enjoyment of all their guests.

A smart and modern option pretty much right in the heart of Heraklion's centre. Even though it's quite a small hotel it was well sound-proofed, both from internal noise and the outside noise of planes coming in to land. The room was very comfortable and also had a really good amount of storage - a lot more drawers and shelves than I had seen in other hotels in recent times. Breakfast choices were also plentiful and really tasty too. Finally the staff members that we spoke to were also extremely friendly and helpful. So would definitely recommend for a short stay.

Smaller bathroom than I expected, and our toilet seat was at a very strange angle - they should probably look into that! :S

A good location on a quiet, narrow street. I was glad I got the airport transfer from the hotel, because the taxi driver had no trouble finding the street, and it was no more expensive than just getting any taxi at the airport. Good breakfast. The room was a nice size. It had a very tiny balcony, but it faced nothing but the walls of other buildings. Easy walk to the Heraklion Archaeological Museum.

The mattress was quite soft, not my preference. Also I think there can't be more than one or two rooms in the whole hotel that have a view of the Venetian Port like they show in their photos — so do not expect to have that view!

The Hotel is within walking distance of the port and ferry, if you know where to go. If you don't know where to go, the reception will book you a 10 EUR taxi to your ferry which will save to from searching early morning. We had to leave prior to breakfast. The hotel provided a "breakfast to go " package which saved the day. Likewise the airport is close and the reception can arrange an 18 EUR ride to the airport. on day 1 we walked to the hotel from the Heraklion bus station coming from Agios Nilokaus.

The room was great! The hotel is centrally located big in a quiet side street. It’s easy to walk to the main shopping are and waterfront. The breakfast is absolutely amazing!

While there is parking at the hotel for loading and unloading, there is no overnight parking on site as it is in the old town. The good news is there are large city parking lots at the port just a few hundred meters away, and the staff is super helpful with explaining how to get there, and the cost is only 3 euros a day.
