The hotel is situated close to the centre of Heraklion, 5-10 minutes walk to the major sights, including the Archeological Museum. There is a supermarket nearby and many shops and restaurants in the centre of the town. The bus station, from which buses for Knóssos leave, is 5 minutes walk, the main bus station (with buses to other places in Crete) some 10 minutes walk. The hotel is situated in a quiet street. It has 6 floors and 3-4 rooms on each floor. Most rooms have a balcony but the view is not spectacular (unless you stay on one of the highest floors). I had a double room, which was actually a triple room, as there was also a sofa. It was spacious, very clean, had a fridge, a safe, an iron, a tea/coffee making facility (which was great) and a working air-conditioning (also great, as it was quite cold outside). Wifi worked very well, without any cuts. Breakfast is served on the ground floor. The offer was always the same but always quite rich, encompassing eggs, sausage, cheese, croissants, cakes and much more. I appreciated the breakfast was served from 7 am, as that allowed me to take some earlier buses. The staff at the reception were all very nice and helpful. Generally, I was happy with my choice of the hotel and I would not hesitate to stay at the Infinity City Boutique Hotel if back to Heraklion.

The walls are quite thin, so noisy neighbours can be a problem. I was surprised that some guests left the TV on (loudly) the whole night, disturbing other guests. But that is not the fault of the hotel.

The front desk staff and the breakfast lady were very polite and accommodating. They always attended on us with a smile and were happy to help with all our requests. The room was on the small side but cozy and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was freshly prepared and there was a good variety of both cold and hot choices.

The room was supposed to be cleaned daily but the housekeeping staff did not show up during our three night stay. On our last day, we needed new towels that the front desk lady kindly provided after we had requested some but it should have been the housekeeping people that should have taken care of these matters. The sloppiness of housekeeping could also be seen in the totally worn out towels that we found in our room on arrival. Finally, the steps leading to the first floor were too narrow and possibly a bit steep which made hauling a large suitcase upstairs a tad difficult.

Quiet and comfortable room with a view of the harbour and a small balcony. Good position, short walk to centre of town.. Excellent breakfast with great variety. Most staff members friendly and helpful..

The bathroom was a little tired, and the hairdryer didn't work.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk from the city center, which made exploring so convenient. The hotel itself was very comfortable, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. One thing I’d like to note, though not as a criticism of the hotel or staff, is that the room didn’t come with slippers, and they don’t provide a shaving kit or dental kit. This was a bit surprising to me, but it’s more of a heads-up for future guests—make sure to pack these items for your own comfort! For instance, we didn’t think to bring slippers with us. Despite this, my overall experience at the hotel was excellent, and I’d definitely recommend it to others!

From the moment I walked into the hotel I received a warm Cretan welcome from the professional young woman and man at reception. They offered me a very comfortable and spacious room with all the facilities one would need, including a private patio. The breakfast buffet was generous, varied and delicious. It was obvious that the lady in charge of it took great pride in the presentation and quality of the food. Do not be put off by the somewhat less than salubrious entry street to the hotel. The location is conveniently close, within a few minutes' walk, to the magnificent archaeological museum, the main square (with buses that run to Knossos) and to the harbour. This hotel is a gem.

Everything exceeded expectations with my stay at this hotel.

Room: Fresh bedsheets. Lovely beach view. Breakfast: Abundance! Location: Close ride to many restaurants, cafes, and the mall. Staff: Lovely, friendly and genuinely helpful, and always assisted with a smile. Safety: The hotel had good safety measures, and made me feel safe during my stay

To add more vegan options for breakfast like cheese. An occasional unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom pipes, possibly from the toilet, sink or shower drains. Could benefit from some maintenance attention.

The décor is stunning, with thoughtful interior design that truly enhances the overall experience. The atmosphere is quiet and pleasant, making for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were both professional and welcoming, always ensuring we felt comfortable.

However, there were a few drawbacks. The hot tub in our room was disappointingly cold, which was a letdown. Additionally, for the price we paid, I would have expected access to streaming services like Netflix, which was not available.Overall, it was a great stay, but these small issues kept it from being perfect.

Nice facilities, the bed was somewhat comfortable, the air conditioner works really well, location is great for the main centre where shops are etc and my main goal was to be close to the bus station so i could walk there to go to Chania and its definitely doable even with a big suitcase. I arrived before the staff opens the doors but they gave me clear instructions to access my room. The breakfast was pretty good!

There was a bug in my room from them leaving the door open and it stressed me out a little🤣 There was something on the shower that was broken and it grossed me out. Also i had problems with the airconditioner and the gentleman at the front desk used a little sarcasm which i found rude

Well run hotel near harbour and city center. Cosmopolitan atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice, bright and quiet room on upper floor with kettle, coffee etc. Good breakfast. WiFi correct.

Iraklio is not a beauty, but you will like it, especially on Saturday night when the streets are full of younger people visiting the open air bars and restaurants. Party pure. Don't miss to visit Knossos arqueological area a bit outside, the outstanding arqueological museum and the Venetian fortress in the harbour!

A very good hotel, everything was clean and relatively new. The location is great, its in a quiet neighbourhood but very close to the city center with all the markets and restaurants, and the sea is 5 minutes away as well. The view was very nice from the 6th floor, you could see the sea and the port. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the breakfasts had a pretty good variety of foods and drinks, we enjoyed it!

The bed sheets were a bit too crunchy and noisy, and one of the pillows was a bit uncomfortable.
