Spent the past 4 weeks across Greece, and this apartment is the only place where the value per square foot is higher than the rest. This is a Big Clean modern apartment that you can walk to ( from the ferry dock or bus station! ). Full kitchen, a/c in living room AND in the bedroom! No other apartment had two brand new units in all of my travels in Greece. Full size shower with MORE HOT WATER than you could ever need! Nice closet with hangers, iron, full tv setup ( Even if I didn’t want to use it ). Electronic door lock with code. From inside you cad use deadbolt and feel safe 100%.

Ground floor with door right on the street was a little noisy at first but things quieted down at night. Actually, I kind of liked not having to climb 2-3 flights of stairs lo get home at night like I had to in both Santorini, Mykonos and Athens!

The host always responded to our questions quickly. The host kindly had treats for us in the kitchen for our arrival. This apartment is in a good location within walking distance to the Heraklion Museum, a grocery store, shopping, the harbor, and the port where we parked our rental car. There is a parking garage closer to the apartment, but they turned us away when they learned we were not staying at a hotel. The apartment is very spacious. The decor is eclectic, and everything was functional. We were in the Apartment with a Sea View which has a tub with a handheld showerhead. There is no overhead shower if you are accustomed to that. It worked for our family, but it is good to know what to expect. This particular apartment also had a washer which was great if you needed to do laundry.

I have stayed in over 100 places in the last few years. This magnificent property joins the top two accommodations in the Portuguese Azores and Serbian Nis. Great location, cleanliness, comfort, amenities. For this the greatest of the greatest owners. Pleasantly welcome surprises, help at every step. A year ago I fell seriously ill, this is my first journey after the amputation of my feet and fingers. Despite my disability in this accommodation, I felt 100% healthy with this owner <3 Thank you very much

I highly recommand this apartment for these reasons: - Owner: We had to call the owner when we arrived and he answered right away. He was very nice and helpful, and he lets a bottle of water in the fridge as well as snacks for the guests. It was highly appreciated because water is not drinkable in Greece. - Apartement: Very clean, big and equipped. We loved the shower as well as the nice furniture in the living room. - Location: The apartement was perfectly located in the centre of Heraklion, near the good bars, restaurants and the port. We had to take the ferry in the early morning so the 10 minute walk to get there was very nice.

I loved this apartment! The bed was very comfortable, it had a full kitchen space with the hot plate if you wanted to cook. The stairs, going up to the balcony overlooking the water was great to sit, drink wine and watch the sunset. Also to watch all the people going by below. The location was amazing to be right in the main Square of town.

The charm of the building is part of the age of the building. The power did go out when we were getting ready to take showers. As this caused a delay, the staff was very attentive, and someone arrived after 30 minutes to fix the issue.

Location is excellent. 5 min walk from the harbor and 10 min walk from the Lions square. Mano was very prompt and helpful for everything I needed. Even booked me a taxi for 5am departure. Loved the terrace with plants. Made me feel at home. Clothes washer is also very helpful. Kitchen has all the amenities and appliances you need. Windows and doors looked brand new. Excellent AC units that cools fast.

It is not a modern apt if you are looking for one. Missed a door mirror/long mirror.

Decent quality, comfortable studio in awesome localization - literally 300 meters from main tourist street of Heraklion. You have everything you need here.

The biggest advantage of that apartament is biggest disadvantage as well - being close to the city center makes it quite noisy (loud people and traffic) up to 24:00. After midnight is quiet. However, you need to accept such characteristic when you want to be close to the city center.

The apartament is situated in the down town of Heraklion. The owner helped me a lot and was very kind. He told me where to find a parking for the car in the airoprt. I strongly recommend to hire this apartament if you visit Crete and Heraklion.

Clean and spacious apartments in a great location. We wanted to be within walking distance to the port and the central part of town as we had an early ferry to catch the next day and this apartment was perfect. Communication with the owner was fantastic. The Owners stocked the apartment with some light snacks and water which was very nice.

Only that we were there for one night. I wish we had stayed longer.

The communication with the host deserves a special compliment. You can get any information and help in a blink of an eye. The location of the studio is perfect if you travel alone with a heavy luggage, having pretty little time to spend in Heraklion. Earlier check-in at 13.00 gave me extra time to enjoy the city and had a bit of rest before the night flight home.

I did not have enough time to stay longer, but it has nothing to do with accommodation. All is really well-kept, comfy and a step to enjoy the city center.
