The hotel was at a really good spot to walk around the city and also you could park the car at a parking and get a better price if you paid at the hotel. The stuff was kind and the mattress was really good after a long day of walking .Breakfast was very tasty ,with a lot of choices.

The view was old houses and pipes ,but it was the cheapest room so we didn’t expect much . At least there was plenty of light because the window was big. The most annoying thing was the insulation. Inside the room the bathroom door was from glass and you could not have a lot of privacy , also outside of the door you could listen anything happening.

The staff are always really welcoming and helpful, making this a favourite place to stay in Heraklion. The breakfast is very good with a large amount of choice of delicious things. The design of the rooms is attractive.

Because we chose a less expensive room, it was internal, and this was fine, but my own mobile wifi hotspot (rented one and the one on my phone) wouldn't work because of the lack of signal. But the hotel wifi had a personal code on it, and it worked fine. There was no power to the safe box in our room, and it was after hours for the maintenance person to sort it out, but the staff put valuables in the hotel main safe for us, and this was straightforward.

Very central position, we walked to the port (5 min) since we had to take the ferry the next morning. Cozy and clean hotel, marvaillous breakfast served in a very nice place, luminous with good Music and relaxing vibe. Excellent if you want to be in the center, just between the port and the pedestrian area. We were in our honeymoon, and they welcomed us with 2 glasses of wine plus we had our room free upgraded. Super!

Nothing to blame

The staff was really friend. Especially Nikos did everything to make me feel welcome and helped to Plan my Trip. The Breakfast is good thanks to being served at the hotel beside the rooms. The Location is good and really close to the old City Center. I got a bigger room than I had booked.

Room was not ready after checkin time. But the served me a free Drink in their Restaurant with a Good view towards the Port.

Great place to stay for been central in Heraklion. Near lots of restaurants, bars, shops. Archaeological museum short walk from Hotel and definitely worth a visit. Very easy quick drive from the airport and there is free parking if you find on street outside or down at port. 10 minutes walk back to hotel from port. Very comfortable rooms, beds and hot showers. Great buffet breakfast in the morning.

Excellent hotel with exceptional hospitality. The front desk was extremely accommodating from my arrival, walked me to my room, and was able to help me print some documents I needed for an early ferry the following morning (allowing me to get an extra couple hours of sleep and avoid the crowds at ticketing). The room was very clean which made me feel safe during these COVID times and bed comfortable. Excellent Wifi speeds too. A short walk to the Ferry Port and a great value!

Everything was wonderful. If you were spending a lot of time in the room and traveling with multiple people it could be a little tight depending on which type of room you book. I was traveling solo and knew this when I booked, so was completely satisfied with everything.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff. We have been upgraded with the sea view and receptionist helped us with drivning directions, as the adress given by Booking was incorrect. Very nice to have free parking space close to the hotel. Free tea/coffee at the room. Comfortable beds and bathroom.

As a hotelier an a non-stop traveller, my standards are high. This place is the cherry on top, and if you like airplane sounds & airplane spotting, you will adore the sea view rooms. Very good breakfast also, well done. I am looking forwad to coming back with my family and enjoy it to the fullest.

The service staff is very friendly, because I have to take a ferry the next day, I asked a lot of questions and she still answered patiently, and even printed my reservation form for me, thank you very much！ Although the room is a bit small, it still sleeps comfortably for a night.

The hotel was great and the staff very warm and friendly. The location was amazing. Right in the middle of it all with enough privacy to be quiet. Very easy to get to excursions and many restaurants and shops within short walking distance. Overall was a great time.
