Breakfast was great! The continental buffet (muesli, milk, coffee, toast with ham and cheese, eggs, etc), also included some delicious, traditional greek food (greek joghurt and dakos). The staff replaced everything immediately, there was never a shortage of anything. The diner was also spacious, several families could comfortably sit and enjoy their breakfasts there. The hotel itself is at the very best location of the city: the city centre was a few minutes walk! Also a busstop is right in front of the hotel with a direct bus to the airport. Other busstops (to Knossos palace for example) are also only a short walk away. The room was comfortable, just big enough for two people. Another amazing thing was that the doors were soundproof - the city was loud, but after closing the door we were sound asleep during the nights. :) We also had a small, private balcony with a panorama view.

The receptionists were a bit indifferent, and I had some difficulties understanding myself with them. However, they were helpful when help was needed.

Great location in the city, great view of our room and very friendly stuff! Very comfortable room and the stuff had the A/C going on so that we can find it cool and instantly remove all the heat and sweat ☺️ Great deal with breakfast included.. Highly recommended!!

Great value overall, I would personally improve the bathroom, increase the soap/cleaning product options and add maybe some decorations to make the place even more warm and cozy... just a few details..

We chose this hotel specifically for its location and we're very glad we did. It is located very close to the city centre, making it excellent to explore the city itself or to visit nearby restaurants and bars. On the inside the hotel was very clean and cozy, as was the room itself. The room also had a small balcony with a nice view of the city and the sea, where you can sit and relax in the evening. The breakfast was very good, especially the dakos bread. The staff was professional, always available and friendly. Overall a very pleasant stay, can definitely recommend.

The staff was friendly, room comfortable with air-conditioning, check- in and check- out easy, perfect location in the city centre. Bathroom was equipped with shower gel and soap.

If you are traveling for work, 7.30 breakfast start might be a bit late start. I wish there were fresh fruit provided at breakfast. My window was facing a busy street, so I couldn't open the window at night, it was noisy.

Last minute reservation. I booked and I called to let them know we were coming. We got upgraded to a triple room so that the request for a double bed could be full-filled. We stayed on the 4th floor and you get to see the skyline of Heraklion. You stay in the city center, next to a bus stop with lines for the two main beaches and the airport. Good simple continental breakfast. Modern design and renovated rooms. Great experience. Price is okay but maybe a bit higher than other offers available.

The only negative point was that despite Booking saying I would only be charged at arrival, the hotel tried to charge me in advance. The transaction did not go through because they tried to insert my card data into a manual machine which declined the payment. I called and they were fast to understand.

Location was good, 200 metres to a square with family restaurants open late - bonus as we arrived after 23:00. The breakfast was traditional Greek fare and plenty of it so don’t be looking for full English 😀 Receptionist was very friendly on checkin and checkout, he ordered a taxi to take us to the airport which cost only 14 euros.

I would have preferred a safe in the room but it wasn’t a deal breaker.

The room was clean and well suited for a young couple. The staff was also extremely helpful in everything from assistance with ordering a taxi from recommending a good restaurant. Location of the hotel was also really central and close to all interesting places in Iraklion.

The room and especially the floor was relatively cold even if the air conditioning was on. Additionally, the door to balcony leaked moisture into the room during nights, resulting in a somewhat moist atmosphere at mornings. However, the weather was rather cold and rainy during our stay which may be the reason behind these problems.

The room was kinda small, a double bed and an extra bed occupying a part of the already small space because we were 3 people. The bathroom was unnecessary big, but the shower was very small!

The location of the hotel was superb. Accessible to all the shops and it’s walking distance. The staff especially the guy who welcomed us was very helpful and he helped us to everything that we need. I just forgot to ask his name, but he was the one who welcomed us and he was also on duty when we left. So thank you to him.

Our shower area should be updated, it’s a bit old. They should also complete the stuff each room, they provide kettle in other rooms but most probably they forgot ours and when we request they gave us one but you need to ask for the cups again. They We’re also not fully prepared for the breakfast like they did not anticipate the number is guest that they have and they need to cook and prepare the food while the guests are waiting. But just mentioned it so they can improve. But the breakfast is ok.

Very friendly staff; very good location in walking distance to the all sightseeing; comfortable beds, essential breakfast. Good value for money

A bit noisy street, especially during the night, but with closed doors it was comfortable
