Nice quiet hotel, easy reach from bus station and easy walk to all major museums and bus stops for out of town sites. No pressure from hotel reception, all very calm casual and polite. Added breakfasts to stay once at hotel and easy to pay on checkout. Rooms adequate and wasn't expecting or looking for 4star luxury. Comfy quiet little hotel. Excellent eating in small tavernas nearby.

This is a great hotel if you're spending a night or two in transit. It is maybe a fifteen minute walk to the ferries- and just steps away from the old town center where you can get many choices for food. The windows are soundproof, so you will have a quiet sleep- but the walls and hallway can get a bit noisy with people coming and going from ferries. The maid service was quick and efficient- and the aircon works great! Breakfast was mediocre- some bread and slices of cheese- and some hard boiled eggs. The coffee is instant- which serves the caffeine addiction, but does not add to coffee culture at all. The room for breakfast has no windows, so we were in and out very quickly. Good value for money

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was perfect for an urban stay, located in the center yet in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable, the room super clean and the bathroom was very nice. Provided luggage lockers were definately a bonus, since we did not properly sync our arrival to the check-in hours. Overall a value-for-money experience!

Probably thin walls, while in a quiet area, it felt noisy at times. The breakfast was limited in options, but everything was super fresh and tasty. It could however be even better if it included just some extra egg options and filter coffee.

The hotel located in a very silent place. Everything was perfect, the bed was really comfy, and our room was cleaned every day. The owner of the hotel was also very friendly and helpful. The central bus station was in 10 minutes walk, and the shops/restaurants were even closer. The breakfast was also delicious, however there were not too many choices but for the price of it I think it worth it.

the location of the facility - exceptionally great, right in the center, and the staff is wonderful, exceptional, hospitable and smiling.

the only minus in our case was the size of the room. We were 3 people, but the size of the room was not sufficient to spread our suitcases comfortably.

The room itself was simple and small but everything was made pretty clever and useful (lighting possible from just a bit to full which is good for sleeping with kids in one room, useful and enough power outlets). It was very clean and we even got free cold water on arrival which was a nice surprise. There was a not too small fridge that worked well and was really cold and also the air conditioning worked very good. The location is very close to the city center and it was only three minutes to the ocean with a cool view over the bay. A lot of small late night supermarkets and restaurants directly around. We only made a night stop after arriving in Crete before we continued to a 12 day holiday on the island and therefore it was perfect. The staff was outstandingly friendly and helpful. We felt welcome from the first moment on. On departure they let us store our luggage (and it was a lot) for free for another three hours. We would definitely come back. Next time maybe for a long weekend in the city.

There was no elevator and I had to carry the stroller up on the very small and steep stairs. But the great staff offered help anyway. It’s also not their fault with the elevator as the building is so small and the layout doesn’t allow to have one. Wasn’t a big deal in the end. The breakfast was really simple. The orange juice is some yellow water with sugar. But that’s what I had everywhere in Greece so far if it wasn’t a five star hotel and the price of the breakfast was around 20€ + per person. In the end we wanted to have something to survive the time until noon for lunch and it did the job. I’m just writing this for the statistics of the pro‘s and con‘s.

Amazing location down town! Everything is nearby! Great breakfast! tasteful homemade cake and a big variety of coffee to choose! Very clean and friendly plus helpful staff! I will be back again very soon! Rea Hotel is Highly Recommended!

Excellent position: just at the end of the historical city centre, so not too noisy but also at 10 m walk from the Morosini fountain. One extra point for the staff, in particular the concierge, who was extremely kind and helpful. Also the breakfast was good and rich.

The room was a bit too small for 2 people. It would have been ok for 1 person, but moving around in 2 people was a bit of a struggle. In order to gain space, maybe they can add some hangers to put your stuff.

The lady on reception was lovely and very helpful. Hotel itself is in a great location. Room was bright and airy. Facilities in room were great - room was very clean.

The breakfast room was a little loud but it's only small so that's understandable. Not a lot of choice and we had to ask for more milk but it wasn't an issue. The cake was delicious!

The staff is fantastic. Rena welcome us warmly and she was super flexible and helpful the day of our departure. We are super thankful with her ! The hotel is super well located to explore the city by day and night. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
