The location is excellent central to everything shops, restaurants, bars and the sea! The breakfast was a spread and feast for the eyes with something for everyone, including a lot of gluten-free and sugar-free options. The rooms and other hotel areas were always immaculately clean, and the staff were super friendly and ready to help with anything.

My only tiny quibble was that with breakfast, any coffee and tea that you wanted was available and included in the price except the Greek coffee (the only coffee my partner drinks) we had to order and pay extra for. This didn't spoil our stay, though.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was accommodating.

When I fell down the stairs, the staff heard but didn't come to help. I still paid the full price for my room and when I reported my injury to the front desk, they tried their best to help by providing ice and such. I wish they would provide me with their Whatsapp number for me to reach them from my room like other hotels do (due to my deafness) instead of me having to go all the way down to their desk to make requests while dealing with a foot injury. The shower drain was clogged and flooded the bathroom, so they sent someone to fix it, which was appreciated. Aside from that, the hotel is beautiful and is in a great location. The bedding was very comfortable and the room was clean!

We booked this hotel after the apartment we were supposed to stay in cancelled our stay at the last minute. But it was Godsend! This hotel is bang in the centre of Thessaloniki. Every major sight is at walkable distance. Parking is a bit tricky but worst case you get a private parking for 15eu a day. Luggage room to keep our bags after checkout was very helpful. Breakfast is the same everyday but good.

They would provide bottled water only for the first day of stay which was weird. We do pay for everyday we stay.

The staff were phenomenal! We had an emergency situation with one of our team members and they ALL offered their full attention and support to make sure we had everything we needed. Especially Alexandra, Mr. Rena, Nikki, and Morfa (?) (at the bar) == truly truly exceptional staff! They made our experience a thousand times better! from helping us identify medical facilities in the area, accommodating our needs post checking out while we were waiting for our injured team member to return to the hotel, to calling the taxi service... they were soooo helpful!

The hotel was modern, clean, convenient location. Room was nice and had a nice bath.

Customer service was bad, we ordered a room with a bath, the lady in the reception gave us one without and when we asked for a room with a bath she gave it to us but she was evidently very upset. A second lady gave us a late free check out till 12, and then she was questioning when it was 11:20, and she said she didn't remember. Then, when my wife went to the reception, at least she remembered and apologised.

The location of the hotel is great, it''s just minutes away from the sea, the square, and many restaurants and cafes. The rooms were small but clean, with lots of light, one had a terrace. Beds were comfy and big enough. The hotel has a deal with a parking place, which is just a street away, it's a much better option then searching for a parking spot in the overcrowded and narrow streets. Breakfast is good. Staff was very nice and helpful, especially the receptionist girl.

The rooms were really small, especially the bathroom. When you take a shower you splash the water all over. Also, the bathroom door does not fully close and is from glass, so don't expect the full privacy here.

Conveniently located in the center of Thessaloniki, close to the Aristotle Square and lots of nice, good eateries. Newly renovated building, with modern, bright, cozy rooms. Generous and delicious buffet breakfast. Parking available for a fee about 200m from the hotel.

Sauna, Jacuzzi swimming pool and other spa facilities not open to the guests at the time of our visit. In double rooms with shower there is no panel separating the shower area from the rest of the bathroom, which makes it almost impossible to avoid splashing water all over the place.

Location was good. We were close to the boardwalk and were able to see sights and have dinner within walking distance. Their breakfast was nice- the best part was their automated coffee machine!

The parking garage was two blocks away and a bit inconvenient. The staff in the main lobby were almost hidden. Their counter was very tall and they were too low behind it. They couldn’t see you and vice versa. It was odd.

The staff were great, the breakfast buffet was also good. The facilities are new and clean. The location is also very good. Easy to get downtown and easy to exit the city.

The rooms are really small. The shower is in the corner of the bathroom and everything gets wet. The pillows are new and really really high. The air conditioning is super strong and it is too cold with it on and too hot without it. The rooms are nice but small and stuffy at night. I think the price for the hotel is high...even though everything is nice...still pricey for the small room.

The hotel was excellent. Room was very big and very comfortable. My family and I had a great time and also breakfast was really yummy. The hotel’s staff was very helpfull, caring and genial. The hotel is near to the center and entertaining places. Thanks for having us. We will definitely come back again.

There is no free parking area for hotel’s customers but you can find parking places in the streets near by.
