• The design of the hotel and the room is very beautiful. • The room is spacious and big. • The hotel staff was welcoming and nice and helped with everything we asked for. • The location is great - walking distance from all attractions. • A delicious and varied breakfast. • The bed was comfortable.

• A bit noisy - we sometimes heard noises from the corridor. • It was a shame that we couldn't control the room temperature and as a result we were a bit cold. • It was not the cleanest but not dirty either.

Excellent location. Fabulous breakfast selection. Staff was always extremely friendly and kind. Reception staff was so kind, allowing us to check out a bit later as our plane was in the evening, and we could also keep our bags until late. After when we returned, we were still able to grab a cafe and use the toilet facilities. I need to mention that I really liked the gym in the basement. Super clean. We will be coming back to Casati 100% and recommending to our friends. 10 out of 10!

The room (#36, a junior suite) was AMAZING, I got this as an upgrade from the Hotel and I want to publicly thank them for this unexpected gift. The entire Hotel is a boutique gem, the personnel working there is simply super nice, friendly and always ready to assist. The breakfast is also the right mix of salty and sweet stuff, high quality products. And what I found very nice, it´s the 24h availability for free coffee/cappuccino/tea for the guests. And not to forget, the furniture and the interior design are really amazing!

Location can not be better, it's simply perfect for wherever you would like to go: Opera right across in the parallel boulevard, 2 metro lines, several buses, and by foot everything is up to 15-20 min, including Danube and Chain bridge. Really really perfect location. Staff - one of the best I have ever met. Thousand stars for them 😊

Breakfast could consist of a little bit more food, since this is a 4-star hotel, but I personally had no issues with variety of food. Also, the front door could be a little bit easier to open 😅 Finally, smokers would appreciate some designated area for smoking near breakfast area.

The Casati is a truly lovely hotel , spotlessly clean. Love the funky decor. Room was a great size, beds comfy and a fab large en-suite. Room attended to every day by the lovely housekeeping team. All the staff are polite, kind, professional and are always available to ensure that you have a great stay. Breakfast was included and there was a superb variety of food available. Fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, fresh bread, continental meats and cheese and a choice of hot food too! All delicious! There is also a fabulous cosy little cocktail bar open from 4pm and the cocktails are great!! The location is also great with everything being within walking distance. Opera House is a 2 minute walk! I didn’t take any photos of the room as it’s not my thing. But I can safely say the photos on their website and Booking.com are true. I would definitely recommend staying here and if I go back to Budapest, this is where I will be staying!

Wonderful spot - we travelled with friends and the Casati was a great choice. A great location, calm and quiet but in a central location for sight seeing and nights out. I was not crazy on the breakfast, but they were quite busy on the days we dined. Some more fresh fruit and cereal options would have been super. The coffee and pastries were great.

Really pleasantly surprised by the Casati hotel. The location was super central and we were able to walk everywhere and didn't use public transport once in the city. If I had to pick two highlights the first would be the quiet and calm of the hotel - It is so close to the hustle and bustle of the Jewish Quarter and yet manages to be really quiet and peaceful. The second was the breakfast which was consistently fantastic every morning.

I really can't think of any drawbacks. Perfect for a weekend getaway to Budapest.

Service was superb. All employees of the hotel are very kind and willing to help. The ones taking care of breakfast were amazingly nice and helpful. The facilities are modern, room was spacious and clean and the view to the garden is very beautiful. The Tuk Tuk Bar, that you can access from the hotel, has great intimate atmosphere and the cocktails are lovely.

The only thing that bothered us was the duvets. Even though we had a double bed, we had two single duvets and that was a bit odd, but we ended up not complaining about it so they might have changed it if we had asked, as other requests were attended to immediately.

The whole hotel, especially the breakfast area, have an impressive design. Furniture is good and the mattress is comfortable. Breakfast and cleaning service was satisfying. Nice area, not far from Pest’s center, near to bus and metro stations, with a lot of shops, restaurants and bars nearby.

The hotel lobby was tiny and people of the staff had very different attitudes. Some would be very (almost too much) talkative and informative, while others wouldn’t care for questions. Also, it is a bit pricey.

Great hotel, ideal for a short stay. The room was clean, everything worked fine. The bed was comfy, there were toiletries, coffee, tea and a water bottle. The staff is fantastic - I had an early train and couldn't stay for breakfast, so the receptionist said that the kitchens could make me a small breakfast to go. It was a lifesaver - the package had two sandwiches, yoghurt, muesli bars, a banana, and three small pastries. It got me through the train ride. Also, the welcome chocolates were a very nice touch!

I can't say that I didn't like something, but just three things to be conscious of - the room is very small (but it was enough for 1 person), the sink is not in the bathroom but in the corridor part of the room near the kitchenette (which was fine by me), and there's a window into the shower above the bed (didn't mind that either).
