- Central location - Spacious and well-maintained apartment - Fully equipped kitchen - Extremely helpful staff - Closet with plenty of hangers and shelves - Absolutely quiet during day and night. I have stayed in dozens of apartments in Europe. This is easily in my top three.

The hotel - rooms to rent was in an extremely good location close to the metro, tram, supermarkets and restaurants. The room was fully equipped with comfortable spaces, very warm and clean. The staff was very kind and especially a receptionist I don't remember his name, he had a little long hair, he gave us a lot of information about the city, he booked a cruise for us and in general he was very helpful. I highly recommend it and I will prefer it again because Budapest was a dreamy cit...

I cant say something...maybe the price for the breakfast is 18€ per person...

Almost everything: the staff, the clean, the facilities

On the night of September 15, around 00:10, there was a man who knocked on all the doors of the apartments on the floor (including ours of course), rang the bells, for many minutes, woke us up from sleep and caused us great stress and fear. I called to report this immediately to reception and a reception representative on your behalf said he sent a security person. We have not received an update on what happened. We expected to feel safe when there are security personnel and the gate of the compound and the entrance to the building are locked, as a result throughout the vacation we went to bed feeling insecure.

location, staff, apartment was wonderful, we upgraded to the deluxe apartment and it was worth it. easy access to public transportation, and Uber, lots of food options felt very safe and will always recommend to families visiting Budapest

I didn't like that after I booked this apartment hotel through booking I found out that booking directly through the 7seasons would have saved me about 230 euro. I contacted booking and they were not able to price match.

(1) Great location, close to Deak Ferenc Ter, a major transport hub. Many sites and shops are within walking distance, such as the basilica, the suspension bridge, the synagogue, Prima, Spar, and dm. There is also a restaurant named Havec almost next to the hotel. (2) The bathroom is large and includes a washing machine. The washing machine looked clean, and I used it after cleaning it again with disinfectant powder bought from dm. (3) The room was quiet (not facing the street) (4) We have a baby, and the hotel provided a cot, a baby bathtub, a baby toilet, and some toys. (5) A full set of kitchenware was available, and we cooked food for the baby.

(1) The air conditioning was not working. The air conditioner had obviously never been cleaned, as there was a thick layer of dust on the mesh screen. Even after cleaning the screen, it still did not work—I think there was little refrigerant left. Fortunately, it was cool at night, so I could open the window to bring down the room temperature. (2) The microwave did not work either.

Recently we stayed in this apartment hotel and enjoyed our stay. Perfect location, in the heart of Budapest, surraunded by lots of cafes, restaurants, shops. Walking distance to the main city attarctions. Central Metro station DEAK is just arond the corner. The apartment located in secure building, very clean, spacious rooms, full equiped kitchen, including washing machine and dishwasher. We were 3 people, so we booked one bedroom appartment, which include 1 bedroom, the living room, kitchen and the balcony. The staff was very nice and helpful. The apartment is being cleaned every 2 days, but if you need extra towels, you can get them at the reception.

Some minor minuses: They charge you in HUF, not in Euro, if you are paying by card, and the rate is pretty high. So, if you want to pay in Euro, just bring the exact amount and pay cash. And there is no coffee capsules refill, you have to buy them at the receprion. Exept of that, the stay was great and enjoyable and we'll be back again!

The apartment was very spacious, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet. Each room has plenty of cupboard space. The living room was pleasant, and we had fun - me as grandmother, my two daughters and 3 granddaughters. We also once had a meal there, with a take-away. The showers were very good, and the location of the apartment couldn't be better. Wherever we wanted to be, was just walking distance. We went to see the Ballet at the Opera House! It was magnificent. The apartment was nice and warm to return from walking outdoors , and very comfortable.

The chairs in the kitchen are a bit shabby, and the walls, also could use some fresh paint. Some of the curtains also need to be fixed.

Location super, very quiet, could check in at 13 after a short waiting in lobby. 2 mins walk to airport express bus. Many food options in the area from take away to fine dining. Didn't have breakfast, a grocery shop on the corner so we made our own in the well equipped kitchen.

Walls in the apt. very dirty not the cleaning ladys fault though. The apt. needs maintainance like painting. We don't like a shower in a bathtub. Would give a 10 of 10 if the walls would have been clean, We have never seen so dirty ones in any accomodation ever and we travel a lot. Some of the furniture were new and some very used and old. And a big minus there is no bedside lamp.

Nice place , amazing location and clean apartment

Little noisy at late night specialy I open window for ventlation as in winter all room is heated its very warm can't sleep in sucb warm place without ventlation.. Then you can hear people screeming outside moreover the bedsheet is nylon if its pure coton will be more confortable

The location is excellent. The room is clean and nice. The employees are very professional. Everything is good. The staff truly exceeded our expectations—extremely professional, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Their friendly attitude and genuine care made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. We would definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning in the future! It's a 10. But i give 9 because of the parking info.

My only issue was that I didn’t find the information stating that parking comes at an additional cost. We had to pay €32 per car for parking, which was the only downside. I recommend this location and will definitely return. However, I suggest adding clear information about the parking fee for future guests.
