The hotel is in a perfect location, in the city center. The apartment was clean and spacious, very comfortable. We had a big apartment with a separate kitchen, a living room and a bathtub. It was a very nice apartment.

No dark curtains on the windows so there's a lot of light early in the morning, bring your eye cover with you. They change towels every two days, but that's all they do, no floor cleaning, no sheet changing or organizing the bed, no ashtray emptying, no dishes washing.

- directly in city center (all public transport within few minutes walk) - HUGE apartment, we are family with 4 kids :-) and we did not have to use the extra beds in living room - two bathroom with two toilets - did not expect that but it was very helpful - easy accessible with pram - parking directly under the complex - 20 meters from lift. Suitable also for bigger cars (we have VW Sharan) - balcony (we did not use it but when someone smokes...) - radiators in every room that could be turned off - staff very helpful and speaks good English - super quiet

- bed mattress somehow hard but that is a Hotel standard - most of the available TV canals were coded - room accessible from "outside" with relatively low railing so we had to be careful with kids - that dishwasher could be replaced, it sounded like chainsaw :-D

The location was perfect for us. Very close to supermarkets, loads of restaurants, transport links (including the 100E bus from the airport). The size of the rooms was more than adequate. It had a separate toilet and shower room which is perfect when sharing with friends. 2 rooms didn't have wardrobes but there was still ample space in the corridor.

The shower was a hand held one and not fixed to the wall which was a bit frustrating. Sometimes the shower wasn't hot, but we mentioned this to reception and it got fixed.

The property was spacious and had a nice outside area. It’s also in a great location for going out to restaurants and bars.

The only thing I can fault is the placement of plug sockets, none are really in locations where you can sit down and use your phone while it charges and not enough toilet roll is given 1 roll between 3 is not enough every 2 nights.

Very central with access to the bus, metro and tram. The airport bus stop was also very close. This was very convenient. There was a supermarket and several restaurants on the street. The apartment was clean upon arrival and the staff was very helpful.

We stayed 4 days and the apartment was not cleaned within those days. I don’t mind this but would like to have replenishments (toilet paper etc) but when we asked the reception they gave us anything we needed. This is a minor detail for us. The pro’s are more than the con’s.

The location is exceptional: right at the edge of the "ruin district" (full of lively and astonishing "ruin bars"), 50 steps from a major metro station where three lines meet, even shorter distance to a well stocked grocery store that works long hours and offers EXCEPTIONAL local wines for as little as 700 Forints (dont ask how much this is - it is nil). Our room overlooked the busy street, but the curious design of the HUGE terasse effectively damped almost all the noise. Very effective air conditioning - if you want it eerie quiet, just turn it on and shut the windows. The kitchenette has everything that might ever be needed (including a huge fridge, a toster, a dish washing machine, a coffee maker, you name it). The beds are comfortable. Lots of storage capabilities. A bathroom is HUGE, with a bathtub (I prefer a shower) and even a washing machine. The staff is unobtrusive and helpful. The lady that met us at the gate of the underground garage tried to explicate the intricacies of getting there in and out, using a card that you are supposed to tap here and there - but the procedure was so complex (to us) that the lady agreed to pop into our car and went down with us, showing the right moves in the passing. After all, it was not that hard. There is lift access to all the floors.

If anything, the price for the underground parking (if you happen to come by car) is rather steep. But then, parking in the streets of Budapest is very hard - you actually cannot park for longer that 3 hours, regardless of how much you are prepared to spend, so after all it seems the only reasonable possibility.

Location of the apartment is amazing, walking distance from everything. Very good for families. Two rooms are very quite, third one is oriented into the street and little noisy. Apartment was very clean, beds are confortable. Building is clean and you have option to park your car right under apartment in the garage (25e per night). There are two grocery shops, one across the street. I will stay here again if I will return to Budapest. They provide children cot and high chair.

the apartment is located in the heart of Budapest. Parking is in the basement of the building which is very convenient. The apartment had 2 rooms and accommodated 4 adults. It also has balcony although facing the inside of the building. The building has a couple of restaurants on the ground floor and there are plenty of restaurants and convenient stores around with a few 24x7. It has good security also. It's convenient to explore Budapest from this apartment as its quite centrally located.

We visited during summer and it was quite hot in Budapest. There are 2 Air Conditioners in the apartment. 1 in the master bedroom and 1 in the living room. There is no AC in the 2nd smaller room. The Air conditioners dont work at all. And there are no fans in the apartment. The dish washer didn't work after 1 use but the host were prompt to get it fixed on the next day. The apartment is not very modern but good enough for a short stay to explore Budapest

Apartments were clean and spacious. It is only a 5 min walk from the Deac Ferenc ter metro station, where you can also catch the 100E shuttle bus to Budapest International Airport. There are great restaurants and cafes within 2 to 3 min walk of the apartments. The apartments also come with a kitchenette so you can cook if you don't feel like eating out.

There were no hangers in the wardrobe, only coat hooks near the door, so we could only hang up our jackets but not our jeans or other clothing. Hallways are a little dark and you have to manually press a switch to turn on the lights for the hallway.

Great location, near main tourist attractions in Pest. Check-in staff were helpful and the apartment was spacious and clean. A view of the top of the Basilica behind the adjacent buildings from our balcony was an unexpected bonus!

Finding the apartments does require you to follow the instructions carefully, as the entrance and reception and contained within a larger block of flats with several entrances. The furnishings are very standard in terms of quality and design - but since we were very happy with the location, the value and the space, this was not a problem for us.
