- Nice large room (45m2) with big windows - Close to bus, tram, metro (we walked to city centre every day and/or Danube river) - I read comments about heating not working or loud street noise : heating worked perfectly for us and it’s ajustable. Regarding the noise, we had a room on 4th floor over Osvat Utca which is probably quieter than facing big main street. No complaints on our end. - There’s a small fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and most of what you need. - Bed is comfortable and there’s 3 pillows per person - We had breakfast outside but it’s 12 euros per person per day. - Only a couple minutes by foot to Lidl

- No view, simply on construction site. But since it was cold and we didn’t use terrace; was fine. - We found it expensive but was also during holiday season.

This was one of the most comfortable rooms I've stayed in Budapest. In particular, I love the bed and the fact that the air conditioning works wonderfully, which is not always the case, even in costly hotels. I had a studio and was pleasantly surprised to find out that it even had a washing machine. The studio had a wonderful large table that could be used for dinner or for working as well as a wonderful sofa and the above noted very comfortable bed.

Unfortunately the location was not as good. The hotel itself and its entrance are located in a quiet side street but Blaha Luiza tér is very busy and not upscale. I had high hopes from the fact that there's a supermarket next door (Lidl), but that supermarket is not very nice at all, so I would suggest guests walk a little bit more and go to other locations a few blocks away. I also noted that the lobby was extremely small, but I believe it is because they are building and we'll probably have a larger lobby opening soon.

Everything was perfect, Large bathrooms fully equiped, comfortable beds, large spaces,friendly staff, it smells nice, only thing that was not so cosy was the lobby bar if I really have to give a remark. The best part was the size of the room and the bathroom which where fully equiped, good hair dryer, spacious shower, but then again I booked the appartment condo, I don't know about the standard rooms. Location was also good, next to the Baha metro and tramway so you can get anywhere easily from there.

The bathtub could have been cleaner.

Without any doubt, the best feature of this hotel is mister Norbert, one of most polite and professional hotel managers I ever met. We had some minor issues with our room and mister Norbert went far and beyond to help us solve this, despite being very busy with other guests. Thank you mister Norbert for your effort and patience! Hotel is centrally located, rooms are huge and well equipped, many good sites are within walking distance and public transport is just around the corner.

Everything was great.

The room included all the required facilities such as oven, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, safe, iron etc. The location is good, near new York Cafe and M2 metro station. The room got also dishes and silverware, the room was quiet

The living room have strange pole in the middle with shelf that interput in the way, there were spiders, and spider web in some places, and the shower had small leakage to the floor. There is one elevator and it is slow and not enough for everyone, use stairs instead. The dinning table also was moving and not stable

The gym was unavailable so had to use the one next doing which was good in terms of equipment and had a nice entrance lounge with water and towels Breakfast was good quality and not excessive Would have preferred more fresh juice rather than sweetened liquids from concentrate The rooms were very spacious and very well equipped

I had ordered twin beds but there was only a double Due to a clerical error the Room service did not arrive and when I reminded them it took still a bit long and i had to sleep a lot later. It would be good if reception checks with the room if things get done The sofa bed mattress while large was too thin and not so comfortable The main bed was superb though

Amazing room, breakfast from dreams, and cleanliness. Location can't get any better. This place is great if you want to treat yourselves to a above average quality of accommodation! Perfect for walking around the city in any time of the day.

The staff hasn't read or understood my message prior to coming. It was a part of a gift to my partner, and they didn't seem responsive to help with little extra things I wanted. Also, for this price range, I was at least expecting to have a discount at the parking in the garage, instead of paying for it full price, as it was stated online that the hotel has a parking.

Location was very good everything about the hotel was great. Rooms lovely and spacious, didn’t try the breakfast. Staff were all lovely and couldn’t do enough to help

Having to pay €50 as you arrive for the minibar and if you touch nothing in it you get it back, slightly ridiculous. Washing machine in room and says that if you use it they will have to charge you €250 Incase you damage it. Was kind of scared to touch anything to be honest

Perfect for families. Our apartment was spacious and clean and fully equipped with cot bed and high chair for our baby. The housekeeping, reception and breakfast team provided an outstanding level of service, making sure we had an excellent stay on all aspects. As people of colour, we can ensure that NH collection Budapest was really safe and extremely welcoming to us. Highly recommend and we will stay here again on our next trip to Budapest!

Although the hotel is extremely clean, it could do with a little bit of renovation but it didn’t affect our stay. The hotel is located in a busy area/quite central so it can get a bit noisy. This is the only reason why I didn’t give a 10/10

The room was very comfortable and spacious and allowed us to enjoy relaxing in the room. The location is fantastic, and it is really easy to get around with easy access to the airport. The stuff was very nice and helpful.

All small issues for me: We had 4 rooms for our group, and not all were set up as well. One had a big column in the middle of the living area. The kids didn't mind. The gym could do with some airing out and lift took ages.
