The hotel is very well located with everything on the surroundings, restaurantes, transport, convinience store. The room was very clean, it was accessible, with lift and a ramp as well for luggage. the room is a bit small, but he bed is very comfortable.

The bed is accssed by a stair inside the room, that can be good for some people and not for others. The reception is not 24 hours, so if you need something after they close, it might get complicated. On my room, the shower holder was broken, so the shower wouldn't stay up and I had to keep holding it, when I went to complain about it, they said they couldn't do anything because all rooms were occupied and they couldn't fix it.

Breakfast was good. Room was spacious. Great lighting in the bathroom. Plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable. The A/C was wonderful. Daniel (front desk) was very helpful when we arrived, and scheduled our taxi for our departure. Bus stop was right outside, so very convenient. Grocery store right next door was very convenient. Refrigerator in the room.

When we originally arrived, we couldn't find it (signage was poor). Entrance wasn't well-lit, and there was no directional signage once your entered. (The hotel entrance is on the 2nd floor). Holder for the shower wand wouldn't stay in position. With the bed being up in a loft, I didn't like stooping, and then crawling into bed. Even though we had no problem, people need to be aware that they will be climbing up/down stairs to get into bed. Lots of ambulances in the middle of the night (probably near a hospital).

The residence is situated in the center and that is a big plus; if you are traveling with a car, parking is payable alongside nearby streets, but it is free from 10p.m. till morning. The room was ok, the outdoor sounds weren't heard at all: in conclusion, room needs a little refreshments and the breakfast area needs a deep cleaning. We were unable to find a clean cup for morning tea, random cups were just laying around. I recommend the stay, because it is a great value for the money.

The location is very good, close to everything, the tram station, as well as supermarkets and cafes

The smell of breakfast reaches inside the room, and the sound outside is very annoying. check out time is so early from 10:00 morning

I had a great two-night stay in Sissy Residence with a really good price ratio. The hotel's proximity to the city centre is a big plus. I also liked the unusual arrangement of the hotel room. The wifi was functioning and allowed me to work without being disturbed. The ladies at the reception were very kind and helpful. The whole hotel was also perfectly clean.

The reception is open only during the day. However, they will provide you with a phone number which you can use in a case of a need. So in the end, it's just fine.

All in all thank you for this pretty place

Location - hotel is located short walk from Dohány Street Synagogue and Szimpla Kert, and also is very good communicated with the rest of the city - tram station is just opposite to the entrance to the building, 2. Room was clean and comfortable, 3. Breakfasts were very teasty, 3. And the best of the best were hosts - we felt like at home, contact was great even before our arrival as we had to check in later, after standard reception working hours, and wasn't any problem with that, we received all necessary information few days earlier. As we had to check out also not-standard, very early, and hadn't got possibility to eat breakfast that day we received sandwiches "to go". And we even didn't ask about that! That was the proposal from hotel staff- so nice, we were realy nice surprised! To sump up I highly recomend the hotel and we surely will come back in case of next visits in Budapest

The room was really clean and i saw many reviews saying that it very loud, but my experience was the opposite. It was very quiet, we got a room facing courtyard, maybe thats why. And the staff were amazing! The lady at the reception is very warm and welcoming and helped us a lot! The location was good. It was quite close to everything by metro or buses but by walk it can take some time. The room had a air conditioner which was great in the summer heat! All i. All good experience.

When you first come i through the front door, you might be a bit surprised about the condition but inside the facility everything was very tidy and good. Would’ve been nice to have a microwave in the common breakfast area.

very close to points of interest, tram and metro station. many cafes and restaurants in the area. room equipped with fridge, TV and the light in the main room could be turned off/on both from the top (bed) and from the front door.

Some nights it was quite noisy even though the window of the room faced an inner courtyard. the internal staircase can be quite uncomfortable if you need to go down to the bathroom, but it looks very nice

The location was ideal and easy to get around. Just what i needed even if it was a short stay. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Overall i really ennoyed my stay and i wish i had more days. For sure i will revisit if im back.

The only downside of it was there were many insects and flies in the room eventhough it was so clean. Also the mattress was so and so and the access to get to it is not so easy if you have a bad back. The tv channels were not working either and no sound proof. It didn't bother me as much, but it could be unpleasant for someone who needs some quiet or to speak freely without thinking they might be disturbing.
