Even just walking into the lobby was a pleasurable experience. It smelled lovely and the sofas were very comfortable. The room itself was also very comfortable and housekeeping kept it very clean. Everything was well decorated and modern. The bed and pillows were perfect. The windows kept out nearly all the street noise so the room was quiet. I was very happy staying there.

There was no shaving light in the bathroom though there was a magnifying mirror. There were no instructions on how to lock in the plug in order to have a bath. I discovered you had to turn the handle covering the overflow above it to do so. After I’d used the mugs and glasses in my room, they were not taken to be washed and replaced with clean ones. Having no washing up liquid, I was unable to wash them up myself.

The location was ideal as it was very close to the shopping district and most attractions. The room was a good size and the shower was hot with good pressure. They have 24 hour reception so check out was very easy as we had to leave very early in the morning. We had dinner in the restaurant which has very nice decor and the food was quite good and reasonably priced.

As you enter the hotel there is an odd smell (like sewer) at the entrance and not sure where it is coming from. Its not a problem once inside. Getting in and out of the bathtub can be an issue for older people. We found some of the staff a little abrupt but they were helpful.

I didn't live in the Zenit Hotel, but my business partner, Peter Schneyer, I only booked the accommodation for him, but he is a very busy person, I don't want to disturb him. If he gave his e-mail address at the reception, please write to him.

The breakfast had a wide variety of food and drinks you could eat/ drink. The location was excellent near to the historical center and the Danube river and near all means of transport i.e. metro, tram, buses. I would choose it again. It was indeed very helpful to help us explore the city and visit as many places as we could in just 4 days.

Some of the food included in the breakfast could be more tasty i.e. pancakes, cakes, potatoes and the portion of omelets/ scrambled eggs could be larger.

Housekeeping was okay enough. They let us check out later than normal. The location was perfect, right next to Vaci street that has all the shops and restaurants on one side and the Danube and sightseeing boats on the other side. One of the few hotels with connecting room options for a family traveling with older kids. Bathroom water pressure was good.

They didn't leave/replenish milk and tea in the rooms. They also were training someone during check-in which took a long time ago we had to wait with our luggage while the person checked us in. The bathroom was quite tight and didn't have proper ventilation. No tissue papers in the room. No views from the rooms. Beds and pillows were a bit hard.

Very clean and comfy bed. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, they reccomended tours for our family to explore the place. The place is excellent to stay for our short trip. All tourist sites are walkable around. Even the public transportation are few steps away. The property is situated in the shopping area and we were able to spare some time shopping!! I would definitely stay in this hotel again in the future!

Amazing location, 1 minute walk from Vaci Utca and the Danube is also RIGHT around the corner, where you also have a tram stop that takes you to Margret Island within minutes. The subway is also just a couple of minutes walk away with two main lines that take you everywhere within minutes. The hotel is beautiful, clean, room is big, so enough space to open your suitcase. My room was to the street but I heard NOTHING, so it was quiet too. Bed was comfy, bathroom was nice. The hotel has sofas around the hotel to sit on, there’s even a separate room for guests to hang out next to the lobby, so great for small meetings! Staff was SUPER nice! I also saw they offered massages, etc.! There was a menu for the services at the reception!! Thought that was awesome! REALLY recommend the hotel for everyone, as the location is perfect and it’s a REALLY nice hotel with friendly staff!

I loved everything!

The location is perfect, in the centre and close to all attractions. you can walk to most of them and also close to tram and river danube. The hotel is very nice and modern room has all facilities including tv, tea coffee, kettle, ac . The staff are the best, ready to help in everyway, they made sure we were happy and helped so much. The rooms are very comfortable.

They need to clean it more and check it well before customer check in there were some hair in bathroom. It wasn't dirty but it needed a little bit more attention, especially when guests are going in their room for the 1st time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was great, very close to the metro and tram by the river. We managed to check in early and the rooms where nice, clean and comfortable with shampoo, soap as well as conditioner, lotion, dental kits and shower caps (which is getting rare these days).

Pretty minor, but the towel rail right by (almost touching) the toilet is odd and not very hygienic. But we just didn't use it and problem solved :)
