The property is right in the heart of the city making it very accessible to public transportation, sights and shops. Room is a good size, beds are comfortable making it very easy to sleep especially with black out curtains. TV has English news channels. Easy check-in and friendly staff. Strong wifi connection.

They only provide you with one bottle of water for your stay. They do not provide full set of toiletries- shampoo and bath wash is the same, no body lotion. Pillows are quite poor quality, you can feel the cotton fibres.

The location is a very great, and convenient location to every viewpoint.

We stay for 5 days on the 3rd floor, there is only heating equipment in the room, and we could only open windows for fresh and cool air. After we open the windows, we could hear some noise, just like people who were drunk and yelling at the midnight, sometimes we even smell from people who enjoy marijuana just at the front door of this hotel. After that, around after 5 am in the morning, very loud unloading voice from the underground driveway just in front of this hotel. This hotel faces two directions, we are facing the underground driveway, maybe the other one facing the street would be better. You have to decide whether to wake up from the noise or the heat, all good except these.

The bed was confortable…the room was clean, every day came the housekeepers, friendly stuff.

We had nr 311 room, the toilet was broken, it was always leaking and the light in the bathroom was always blinking.The price of breakefast is a bit too high..

The hotel's location is excellent, allowing easy access to various attractions by walking or taking public transportation. The surrounding area has convenient dining options. However, the hotel's facade is relatively small, making it a bit challenging to locate. The bathroom is quite compact, and after taking a shower, the water tends to accumulate on the floor. Additionally, there's limited space around the sink for toiletries. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall convenience and accessibility of the hotel make it a worthwhile choice for travelers."

Travelled with a friend for the Christmas markets for 3 nights. Hotel was absolutely spotlessly clean. We received clean towels each day. Also the rooms were so warm and comfortable. The location is excellent and you can walk everywhere from there. The staff were so helpful with organising taxis for us and provided complimentary umbrellas as we did have some rain.

It's not a big deal but perhaps it could be explained that the water in the small fridge was not complimentary. It was 3 euro a bottle and we could have brought our own in from outside had we known but this did not change our view on the hotel. No bar or meeting area for friends either but we were spending most of our time outdoors anyway.

The location is perfect, central to shops, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The room was clean, compact and comfortable. The bathroom was modern with a good shower. The staff were helpful. We did not book in for breakfast and were glad as the hotel is so central there are loads of options nearby.

There was NO BAR or RESTAURANT operating in the hotel and therefore No Room Service. There is no lobby, just a small reception desk and a few chairs. The advertised picture of the hotel is just a sign for the hotel over a clothes shop. The entrance to the hotel is just down the pathway at the end of the clothes shop. This was not an issue for us just misleading advertising. I thought we were in the wrong place because the taxi from the airport brought us to an underground car park and we had to come through another hotel to get to ours.

The Staff: We were scheduled to check into the Ramada Budapest City Center at 11:00 on June 24; however we missed our connection in Frankfurt, so we arrived at 00:58 the next morning. I mention this as background to say that we were beyond weary upon our arrival and the front desk was simply fabulous. The Location: This hotel is well located and only a short walk (less than 15 minutes) to the main “must see” tourist sites, including St. Stephen’s Basilica, the Danube and the Erzsébet Bridge. The Room: The room was larger than most chain hotels, and it was clean, modern and the air-conditioning worked well too. We had a corner room facing Petőfi Sándor u. Which was great to be able to look down the street rather than at another building.

Spacious room with all amenities, clean bathroom. Located right in the centre. Receptionist Henrietta was very kind and took the time to explain on a map all the attractions in Budapest and how to get there. Complimentary water bottle was also a plus.

Just 10 minutes past check out time, a lady knocked on our door and spoke in a very aggressive tone, asking us ' Are you staying one more night?' To which I replied, 'We're checking out'. She replied in an even more rude way that Check out time is 11am. I am not sure of the name or designation of this person but she didn't work in the reception. It was clear she was not trained to speak politely to guests. I have stayed in several Ramada hotel chains across the world and also in other big hotels in Budapest, but this kind of treatment was not experienced anywhere else.

The service we received at the hotel was exceptional. The hotel employees are wonderful. I felt I could talk to them for any problem and small question. I want to especially recommend Ahmed, from the reception who helped us solve a small problem we had in the room and helped us with everything we needed, he is charming and an asset to the hotel. I would also like to recommend an employee from the reception with glasses and gray hair who is also charming, and treated us very well. The hotel is clean, the rooms are big and the hotel has a good vibe. The cleaning services come when you need them. The price was also good. I will definitely come again.
