I have been coming to the hotel for several years and I am satisfied. This time I was with my friends and we liked the hotel - it is a pleasant small hotel with good access to the city. The staff is very nice, friendly and accommodating. My English is not good, but it was obvious that the people at the reception (especially Zoárd and Estella?) really tried to communicate to my satisfaction. Later, I witnessed that they responded patiently and calmly even to one rude customer. The rooms are pleasant, but I remember the time when the hotel was almost new, since then maybe some bathrooms would need a little refresh (eg towel rings and the like). All in all, I and my friends, who - unlike me - were there for the first time, enjoyed their stay at the hotel. I think we will continue to use the hotel during our stays in Budapest.

Great location, bus stop in 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel, metro station in 5 minutes walk. Also, there were many markets close to the hotel working late, if you needed anything. Very clean, we got room cleaning every day. The breakfast buffet offered many options to choose from, all freshly made and with good taste. All in all a great hospitality from the staff, fascilitated our check in and check out. Personaly, would stay again in this hotel.

Some times after returning to the hotel, our room card key didn't work and had to go back down to the reception to solve the issue. That was a bit annoying, since you are all tired when you return to the hotel after a day of doing touristy things and you want to get in your room as soon as possible to rest. Other than this, everything else was okay.

Relaxed atmosphere

Hotel location, room cleanliness, staff - all was mostly great and awesome.

Room 501 on the last 5th floor that we had is right next to the main generator room for the building which makes sound and vibrations 24/7, is very hard to sleep and get used to, so pray that you dont get situated there... Also, there are also only 14 tables in the breakfast room/hall and almost 40 rooms in the entire hotel, and at least twice we had to wait for 15 minutes to be able to have a seat and eat. Also, some staff when cleaning the plates from prior users are not really that active, sometimes we were missing clean table, or clean fork/knife or glass, and had to remind them in kitchen to put them out.

All the staff is managing this hotel professionally with passion; rooms are very clean and warm in winter, breakfast is complete and always available. This hotel has an excellent location with great logistic and easy access to public transportation. Reception is open for late night arrivals and receptionists, starting from Zsaklin were genuinly ready to support us as turist. Excellent value for the money, would really recommend!

The entrance from the street is dark and small, not easy to recognise.

We arrived at night on 4th October. We were travelling around Europe, backpacking. The man who checked us in was one of the most amazing people we met. After hearing about our travel plans, he gave us a map of Budapest and provided great recommendations about the best sights and even when to visit at night for the best view. He gave great insight into local buses and where to find them. We saw some amazing things because of this man. He was truely amazing. The hotel was good and we enjoyed the breakfast. We would stay here again.

The accommodation was very nice; I did not expect that for a 3-star hotel. Breakfast was also very good with a wide choice of food (pastries, sweet and savory spreads, eggs, sausages, salads, cured meats and cheeses). The location is on M1 line you can reach the hotel without any problem. Bus stops are also near. I would like to praise the wonderful Estella. She explained everything we needed. She is very kind and pleasant.

Maybe the reception and dining room could be more modern, but it doesn't affect my very good review.

I like the location. Close to everything. Walking distance to Nyugati Railway and 6 bus stops to Keleti Railway or walk. The metro stop is fairly close. The staff were very kind and helpful . From reception, the kitchen staff and housekeeping were very friendly. Thank you to Estella, David, Patric, and Jaclyn. I pretty much walked everywhere.

The pillows 😌 I did manage to grab extra pillows. I guess I just needed a bit more fluffy ones.

We booked the room at the last minute. We needed a car park. On Friday night there were spaces on the street next to the hotel, but we put the car in the garage for 15 euros because we had no forints. The excellent breakfast was a nice surprise, it was included in the price. The room is nice, 2 pillows per person, thank you very much. The hotel is in the centre, 20 minutes walk to the sights. 2 bottles of water in the room. Refrigerator, air conditioning. From the funny - if the windows of your room face the courtyard, it is better to close the window from 6 am, in the morning you will smell the breakfast)

It would be quite nice if there were slippers and toothpaste in the room. All in all like it) and I understand it's difficult, but if the hotel could help the guest with forints to pay for the first hour of on-street parking, 10 points on booking would not be enough

The hotel looks very basic, all the furniture in the rooms as well as in the breakfast cafeteria is very dated. But we had a great stay. The staff was very nice, the room size absolutely fine, and the location perfect as a base for sightseeing. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. Although it's small in size, the selection and food quality is really great and delightful. The inner courtyard with the fish pond is tranquil, very lovely to spend time before or after a long day of activities. Absolutely recommended and I wouldn't mind staying there again.

At breakfast, they were often short of glasses and mugs and you had to wait until the staff washed them. At times, they were busy with the dishes and took a while to fill up the buffet.
