The pricing I got from Booking.com was really good. Best point of this property was the location. Plus it had proper parking space for cars. Staff was very accommodating.

Size of the room was too small. Many spots in the room was dirty. The hand towel was either dirty or not washed properly as it had brown stains on it. Room needed alot of renovation work to be done.

Although I had booked an executive room, as it was the only one available due to peak time rush on website. Due to some issues in the room we were very nicely given the Luxury Room which was bigger and had a sitting area next to it. The breakfast seems to be a attraction since the restaurant has a good spread/choices. In general their restaurant is mostly full as the food is good. I’d suggest the luxury or delux rooms as they were as shown in pictures. I am also impressed with their staff for being kind and supportive.

I guess the size of Executive rooms is not that apt, and would not suggest that for two people.

The breakfast was good and the location of the hotel is also very close to all the tourist attractions.

The only thing which i didnt like there is that the breakfast menu has very limited options.

I had a really good experience with zense resort... really one of the peaceful stay in Goa. I loved there food, i loved there staff , and there facilities. I m looking forward to visit this hotel in my next trip. I highly recommend u to just stay there for a day n will know what I'm talking about.

The staff are excellent but the management are bit greedy in adding on charges like extra for early check ins or late check outs they don’t consider the future relationships but the staff and service were excellent, would definitely go back

The rooms were really nice. Room is the best part of the place it's spacious. You can spend the quality time in the room. Choose this place for the room if you want that to be good.

The room service 20% extra is on the higher side. The cleanliness can be more. Only yellow lights in the room. No white light.

Booked the hotel through booking.com, bit costly as booked at last moment. While booking Zense resort i went through the reviews on all the sites like booking,goibibo,yatra,google....After reading i had few doubts like the washroom water overflow, cleaning and all, so for that i called hotel staff (Swetha) and cleared all my doubts and no issue faced in my stay at Zense. So i booked the hotel for 5 days and my stay at Zense resort was awesome. Don't know about other but for me staff was very polite and nice not just one person each and everyone (few names i remember Manoj pati, Swetha, Amit). Room service was quick irrespective of what time you are calling them. Just they need to include more items in breakfast menu. Pool is very small you cannot swim but refresh yourself there. The property is well maintained and clean with spacious rooms. Locality : Near to Candolim and Calangute beach, but as people like me who don't know the shortcut to reach to beach they will need some transport like bike or scooty( Min distance to walk to any of these beach 500m ). They have contacts to hire bike so not much of trouble for that. You can bring outside food and stuff ro your room, no restriction from management. Staff also has good contact and they can direct you to where to go and how to go to nearby places. Its a couple friendly safe property. Go for the Luxury Double Room on first floor. Food was amazing. Always add breakfast in ur booking as it is exceptionally amazing and worth.

Lift was of a too old model, could be better.
