WiFi speed as I checked was good and above 20 MBps through out the day so much that I could watch Netflix for 1 hr on HD. The person at reception was quite courteous, and allowed me late check out (by 45 min) till 11:45 PM. In general staff too was courteous. Location was great. Toiletries were neatly stacked and air conditioning was good. Pillow and bed-sheets were clean.

There was dust in some parts of the room and I avoided it. Some furniture was broken. And I had to call for replacement towel since the previous one seemed used.

Rooms were comfortable and big. The food was great, they had hot water and were very accommodating. The bed was the kost comfiest we've had in India so far. The people there were very friendly and the service was good. The location was good as it was near by attractions like the rose garden and food and bars etc.

Sometimes was a little noisy in the morning as we were next to the kitchen.

The behavior of owner is so good .he is very kind and gentleman and he also offered complimentary drink. We never offer for such kind of thing before. I requested to you please provide the slipers to the persons who stays there without asking. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it. The people were really helpful, it was quiet and had everything you need for a good stay. Beds were comfy and the shower was hot. The location was good had the rose garden nearby and plenty of places to eat and drink.

The receptionist of the last day misunderstood everything I was saying. It was like a dialogue out of Monty Python:)

Their staff is cooperative and friendly, they are available whenever you need them. The room was spacious with good size balcony and the bed was comfortable. The dining area was picturesque. It's near to sector 17 bus stand and market. It was a great value for money overall.

If there'd been greenery on both sides of the hotel it would be superb. Bath tub should have handles as it gets slippery while taking bath and it specially becomes difficult for a senior person to bathe if the stool is small.

Everything was smooth, the room was decent. Most importantly the bedsheets and towels were neat and clean. The food here is good, we kept ordering for most of our meals. We also had a complementary room heater which was a great thing in the cold weather.

Staff was very cooperative. I forget my laptop in the room and they spl send there staff to deliver other to me thought I was nearby. Room was good and spacious with all required amenities.

The Hotel is in a great location, with number of cafes and restaurants to dine or party.

WiFi signal was weak in my room. This led to WiFi connection dropping frequently.
