Breakfast was a good spread of Indian and some continental. The views from the breakfast dinning area was spectacluar of the hills and mountain range at a distance. The location was a distance from the road givig it a quiet location with a view. This was made easy due to the pickup and drop to a convenient point on a phone call. The facilities provided for the guests were for all ages as tabletennis, pool table and many more. The support staff at the play centre were cooperative and played and guided the guests esp. Kavita, Pankaj and Ria. Comfortable stay...

I visited with my wife for 2 nights. Our stay here was exceptionally good. The hospitality from the staff was exceptional. The staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is at the end of mall road and on a steep mountain. But the hotel provides shuttles for pick up and drop to go up and down the mountain which take hardly 2-3 minutes. The rooms were very spacious and clean. There was some noise coming to our room from at night from a compressor which was next to our room. The staff immediately offered us another room and they gave us the suite. The suite had a sunrise view and a huge balcony. The food there was really good. The breakfast had good enough option. They had hi-tea and snacks every evening in the terrace that they have with bonfire. With coffee and tea, they had multiple snacks as well. This was part of the room price that we had paid. On 30th December, they had fun activities planned during the hi-tea time. It was a very good vibe. We really enjoyed our overall stay. Would love to visit again.

The courteous behaviour of all the officials of Hotel And Timely delivery of items in room with accuracy.

During breakfast time, boys remains so busy so busy that they forget to deliver the promised tea or coffee... It is utterly disgusting... Else everything nice.. Also, the approach road to hotel is just horrible... It is not mandatory that every border will have the capacity to keep or call a car on each occasion... Pl bear it in mind. Thirdly, no TRAVEL DESK! A star hotel has no travel desk??? What a peculiar situation!!!! Noone expert to guide???? Mussorie is a Tourist place and it's economy dependent on it... The hotel authority just ignoring that aspect... God sped.

Overall location was great, as it was quite and had great views, but reaching it was a bit hard Google maps just get lost, near it and had to call hotel 3 times for directions I found property a bit overpriced, i paid around 40k for 2 nights stay, but nothing was extra ordinary, price may reflect the holiday season, but still, i think 28-30k would be a fair price for this property for nights

Excellent facilities, cleanliness and overall experience. Staff, especially the concierge, ravi was courteous, helpful and instrumental in enhancing the stay experience.

The access road is narrow and steep. Very difficult for drivers who are not experienced in hilly area driving. Walking on the route is also next to impossible due to the steep incline. Due to unavailability of pickup and drop facilities after 10 PM, this causes problems.

It was a memorable experience at The Oasis Mussorie.. the staff was very courteous. Especially Raviraj was very helpful... The Room was Cozy and decent Sized. The Food was Amazing.. Highly Recommended for families

The hotel location was bit inconvenient however not very far from mall road (800 mtrs) and they also had a shuttle service for pick and drop half the way to Mall road / Library Chowk

Facilities were poor, and the description of studio rooms wasn't correct. Two studios on 6th floor were good with cupboard and powder bathroom whereas 2 studios on 1st and 2nd floor were small without even cupboard and bathroom..which was unusual. We were 8 couples and wanted to have similar rooms. You should classify 6th floor rooms as executive suits so we have nothing to complain Lights in the drawing room above TV and suitcase area were insufficient.

the staff was excellent and the property is very well maintained .

it’s an effort to reach the property and even though the hotel provides a shuttle it goes only till paid parking lot from where there is another 200 metres walk ( on poorly constructed road with constant flows of cars) to reach library chowk . ideally the shuttle should drop and pick up from library chowk

Breakfast spread was reasonably good all the 3 days of our stay. The serving staff especially Shanker was noticed to have been taking extra care of all residents. Overall food was good enough. Rosemary terrace banquet place was a good experience. The live Karaoke music vocalist was good.

Balcony Rooms were small in size, hotel should have provided a second chair in the room, probably because of the room size. The light above the washroom mirror is insufficient, one can easily cut his skin while shaving. Toilet fittings are good.
