Very nice building and friendly staff

Sometimes staff bothered you too much. Difficult to relax because always getting phone calls and people knocking on the door asking about the stay

free metro shuttle (5mins) + 15min Metro to New Delhi Railway Station is the best combination to explore Delhi as a tourist classic Radisson blu as expected: nice, clean and quiet rooms, good accommodation (e. g. well equipped gym)

while paying by credit card customer is usually asked if he wants to pay in foreign currency or in Indian Rupees. Staff chose foreign currency without asking/showing (we did not see right away), so our whole stay got 6,25% more expensive. Some security staff could have been more friendly edit (one moth later): I really appreciate that the hotel refunded the difference of 6,25% (even it was my fault to not watch out during payment)! Thank you!!

Room was comfortable and big. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok with many choices.

I was early for checki in. I was told that I would have to wait until 11:30 or 12. As I was waiting, they were inviting other people coming in to check in. I found this strange, and I watched them check in several people. I went to the desk and asked if I could check in. They checked me in at that time. Not sure why I had to wait? I was placed in an area where they were remodeling rooms. They were working into the evening so I had to call the desk to ask them to have the stop. Noise and varnish fumes were the only bad things from my stay. Should never have place in a room in that area.

We booked the hotel one day in advance, we needed some place to stay between flights, somewhere of known quality and with the spa. We were met by a very friendly girl at the reception, check in was quick. We discovered quite a good restaurant in the lobby area with a choice of not so spicy food and nice and friendly service. Spa area of the hotel is not big, steam, sauna, jacuzzi and recreation room. Steam and jacuzzi are a bit old and shabby, but sauna is good. Especially should mention the massage master. Usually massages are very light in India, masseuse just rubs some oil into your body. I mentioned that before the session and my wishes were fulfilled. The massage master did some excellent strong massage and some excellent facials. Even at 5 in the morning at the airport I looked fresh and shining. Rooms in the hotel are OK, beds are quite soft and comfortable.

There was a birthday party somewhere in the rooms, not even next to our room, but we heard almost everything what was going on their. Luckily we were dying to sleep and lost interest in the affair quickly. But before the departure in the middle of the night some neighbour knocked at our door also trying to locate the party room. So noise cancelling is not very good at the hotel. We also could not find the central switch in the room. We tried everything and slept with some light on. Some facilities of the hotel are old and kook like from 90s. Steam and jacuzzi definitely should be upgraded

close to airport and the hotel restaurant is good

the light switches in the bedroom are a bit of a pain. we found out in the morning that they are actually attached to the clock next to the bed. obviously the designers thought it a good idea but give me a light switch anyday!

Generally when I book at this hotel, the breakfast is included. And I love the breakfast! Breakfast becomes my dinner lol! there are many dishes to choose from .. many traditional Indian dishes, fruits, cereals, eggs, lassi's, fresh juices.. the spread is perfect and if you are a foodie, like me.. go for it! Close to the airport and get the room with transfer, they will drive you anytime of the day or night. The facilities ( spa) are worth the extra money ... sauna, steam bath, showers... spa services...massage.. hairdressing.. you name it.. I love the Radisson and only stay here when in Delhi. A bit more expensive, however, you are worth it!!!

Bookings.com should have a service in case of trip cancellation or changes.. this bothers me.. .my flight to Spain was changed and I missed a full day at the hotel and had to pay for a night that I wasn't there.. in CAD for two night reservation was just under $500 and I was only there for one night. Disappointed that the hotel will not accomadate these changes... it would be amazing customer service.. but the money takes precedence over LOGIC.

The Radisson is mostly like visiting a family home in Delhi....everyone wants to take care of u. The person who stands out....above and over the others is our driver Sarabjeet. I have not enough words in my vocabulary to describe how awesome he was. He goes way above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and protects us in a way that a family member would. My children loved him to bits. In fact, if ever in Delhi they promise to book the Radisson just to see Sarabjeet again. The staff at reception are super helpful and always trying to improve customer satisfaction.....hospitality industries must keep striving for more ....I love it. The breakfast at restaurant seems a bit overwhelmed on most days. There is not enough space to fit everyone in and this needs more work. Love the spa....its beautiful....best massage ever Happy hour.....amazing service....Mr Sharma is amazing Room service was on time and super efficient Bobby....room cleaner....we loved the personalised touches Sharaniya and the girls at reception....keep grinding... u guys are awesome. Thanks for recommendations and lovely cookie gift as I left
