The design is awesome, which is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Location is great if you like to be close to Jl Braga, train station and shopping mall with supermarket. Rooftop bar and pool looked great but we didn't have chance to be there except for breakfast unfortunately. Staff were very lovely, helpful and efficient. Room was clean and we liked the design.

I felt that overall the breakfast had lot of options but rather for Indonesian guests. At the time we arrived, there was very little fruit to choose from, no yoghurt and cereals options very limited although that may be due to limited availability in Indonesia. Mirror above the sink could have brigher light. Not suited for make-up users 🙂

I like the 24 hours concept where I can check out based on the time I check in. I love the welcome drinks and they gave me a cheeky question to help me match my mood to the drinks. The staffs are very friendly. I love that the mini fridge in the room serve bintang and kawa-kawa. The room is spacious with awesome industrial interior design. The furniture is minimalist, but has good facilities like hairdryer. I love the huge window. I love the location of the hotel which is very strategic to everywhere (20 mins to train station by walking, close to shopping malls)

The room is not soundproof. I can hear noises from outside my room. I stayed on the 6th floor, and I can hear some machine noises from next building maybe? (not sure where the noise came from). Two of my pillows were a bit too thin.

This time my stay in Janevalla was really good. The rooms are fabulously clean, the beds are comfy and the breakfast is extraordinary. I also like their 24 hour check in/out system. (I would like it better if they had a 12 hour option for a fair price as well.)

One thing that I do not like is that some restaurant staff (not all) always seem to think that I’m running off without paying my bills. Is this because I a female solo traveler? Is it because I’m a foreigner? In any case I never did not pay my bill and I would tip them in the future if they stopped being this panicky.

i think it is more like a 3 star than a 4 star hotel, thankfully I had a discounted price so it was worth it. I wouldnt pay the normal price for this hotel. some minor things that can be better: 1. bathroom amenities was minimal, no lotion, soap was making my skin really dry 2. outside of hotel looked run down with cracks and dirty walls 3. if you like going to the gym, this is not the hotel for your, small and old equipments

The 24-hour stay was an interesting experience and made the booking very much worth it since it allows you to maximize your stay experience. Bathroom was clean, toiletries were of good quality, and the breakfast spread is excellent.

Despite being in the same category, some rooms have a better layout and/or view compared to some others. Not a dealbreaker but would be nice if there is another class of rooms with "bad" that can be priced cheaper.

The room was spacious and cleaner than our expectation, and we liked the industrial design of the room. The location was good. We need to wait until 3 PM for check in but it's okay because we still could keep our luggage there, and when we already able to check in the hotel already put our luggage inside our room perfectly, this was nice. I could ask to use iron.

There was no place to put shampoo and soap bottles in the shower cubicle, so we put them on the floor. Also, behind the beds were a bit dusty, maybe once in a while the staff could clean more thoroughly. Oh, and the outside of the building already looks old and rusty , maybe they can renovate or do something about it, because it's not really inviting from the outside.

24 hour System stay are so comfortable for us while we check in at 11pm and we check out at 7pm at the next day Staff are friendly and warmly Location just perfect near to the mall and any attraction in Bandung Nice pool view at the rooftop Many good option for breakfast Just excelent the price are so worthy with the services Just great

The Shower are broken

Amazing value for money. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast offered am amazing range of options and I quite liked the industrial theme of the hotel. The 24h concept (checkout is 24h after your checkin, which can be any time of day) is a new and good concept.

for all this hotel was insane... starting with the staff at front desk and the PR was really2 friendly and helpful. then the room, I requested the high floor, its granted and thats awesome view of Bandung. all the facilities at room like AC, hot water all running well and the room was clean... I will recommended this hotel and I'll be back to this hotel for my next trip... see you on top and my next trip.

The hotel has a check out time depending on your check in time, e.g. you stay for 1 night and checked in at 8pm, then your check out time is at 8pm the following day. I believe this hotel is the only hotel in Bandung which is doing this. Nice one! Rooftop in the 9th floor with pool is amazing. Staffs are friendly and helpful! Danke schoen!

maybe it is time to provide smoking rooms or at least smoking space in each floor, since there are no rooms with balcony. we can only smoke on the first floor area (front of lift) and rooftop. Shampoo and shower gel are only upon requests, they are for free though.
